Good position, close the the Van Gogh museum and at walk distance from city center

The price was absolutely unjustifiable given the services and overall quality provided. Towels are not included, and guests are expected to make their own beds. Basic amenities are largely absent, while luggage storage comes at an additional cost. The floor appeared dirty, and the room’s furniture is clearly in need of an update, to say the least. The place was also very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep properly. We paid over €170 for one night for two people. Considering the price and what was actually provided, this is simply ridiculous and nowhere near good value for money.

Posizione eccellente, a pocchi minuti a piedi dal centro e da tutti i principali mezzi di trasporto (autobus, tram, metro). Il personale eccellente, di una gentilezza difficilmente riscontrabile in altri posti. Camere familiari essenziali, senza troppe pretese ma ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Looker per il deposito bagali a pagamento (4€ 6 ore). Ottima la pulizia.

Sehr gute Lage des Hostels - zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. der große Vondelpark liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Das Doppelzimmer war recht groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre im Hostel ist entspannt.

wenn überhaupt: der Zimmerpreis ist nicht gerade günstig gewesen, aber für die Lage in Amsterdam wohl angemessen.

Het ontbijt was echt goed. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel super.

De gehorigheid van de kamer. Wij hadden de pech dat we ook boven de ingang sliepen dus wij hoorde ze zowel van buiten naar binnen komen en eenmaal binnen vielen de deuren bij iedereen hard genoeg dicht om je wakker te houden. Bedden lagen op zich oke! Maar toch vrij smal.

There was an issue with our booking, initially we were asked to pay €400 extra, but after consultation something else was worked out, turns out booking.com has issues adding children to rooms when they are younger than 4.

La ubicación y el trato con el personal ,

Hay que pagar las toallas, no hay gel o champú , la limpieza , justo al llegar papeleras sucias con restos y camas sin hacer ,el desayuno muy pobre . No no hicimos fotos pero os aseguramos que fue así .

Muy buena situación. A 3 minutos andando de Leidseplein dónde puedes coger la mayoria de las lineas del tranvia. Habitación limpia y acceptable.

Nada negativo a destacar

No es un hotel en plan de lujo y súper bonito, es un lugar funcional, cómodo y con encanto. Está todo muy ordenado y limpio, y hay mucho personal trabajando, lo que significa que existe un servicio constante. Ubicacion excelente. Se los mejores lugares en los que he estado.

Me sorprendió que no pueda decir nada malo

Everything was really good.But there should be Air conditioner inside the rooms as well. Because when i went there,we were four guys and there was no A/c or anything,temperature was 32,so we all were a bit pissed. Except that it was okay. But for next time,There should be definitely A/C there incase of hot weather.

Pentru un hostel în Amsterdam este exact ce trebuie dacă te încadrezi în categoria asta de client. Poziționarea este excelentă: lângă Vondelpark și foarte aproape de principalele atracții, deci ajungi pe jos cam peste tot. Servesc micul dejun și au o zonă spațioasă de socializare și un lobby fain, bun de stat la o poveste. Camerele sunt curate dar dotate ca pentru un hostel. Atmosfera e sigură și organizată, iar prețul e corect pentru Amsterdam. Angajatii de la receptie sunt amabili si profesionisti. E o alegere perfectă dacă vii cu gașca sau călătorești singur și vrei ceva practic, fără fițe, dar cu tot ce ai nevoie. Recomand.

La struttura è carina perchè situata in vondelpark e quindi in zona abbastanza centrale. Comodissimo raggiungere il museo di Van Gogh. Comoda e servita dai mezzi pubblici.

Asciugamani a pagamento e biancheria da letto blu che non dà l’idea di essere pulita.

La amabilidad del personal, el buffet del desayuno y el espacio agradable, lo prácticas que son las instalaciones, la ubicación cerca de museos, y líneas de bus, alquiler de bicicletas y comercio.

La habitación familiar de menos coste no estaba tan limpia como la anterior familiar de más categoría. La insonorización de las habitaciones no era muy buena. Hubo unas personas que hicieron ruido hasta casi la una de la madrugada. No obstante, la solución que nos dieron al día siguiente fue buena, nos pidieron disculpas y nos trataron con muchísima amabilidad y profesionalidad.

El espacio era muy lindo, amplio, con buena atención. La habitación era agradable, con baño y ducha dentro. Habían ascensores en funcionamiento. Además, la habitación estaba limpia, con agua caliente, y tenían casilleros pero deben llevar candados gruesos, ya que los delgados no sirven. El desayuno muy completo y bueno, provechoso.

El baño del hall le faltaba aseo, los servicios bastante caros, pero supongo que al precio de la zona. La habitación no tenía AC, y solo una pequeña ventana por lo que le fataba ventilación.

No towels or toiletries. This would cost them like 1 EUR per night and elevate the service so much...

Het was schoon en netjes en het ontbijt was goed. Ook een mooie locatie.

Voor een hostel aan de prijs. In andere steden heb je voor hetzelfde geld een hotelkamer. Ook was het buiten nog lang luidruchtig.

Need to make your own beds is ok for a cheap hostel. But for the price you can expect a bit more.

La ubicación, tienen taquillas para dejar el equipaje después del checkout.

Al haber reservado por booking, no obtuve la posibilidad de reservar una habitación familiar, por lo que tenía una habitación privada pero en una planta con grupos escolares, bastante ruidosos. Recomiendo reservar por la web.

Muy amables, esta céntrico y limpio. Tiene un comedor/sala de estar muy buena para charlar y descansar, si vienen en pareja o con amigos o familia, o incluso solos pueden conocer gente allí. Recomendamos coger el desayuno bufet, está muy bien por el precio, vale la pena,

Il manque une cuisine je dirai pour vraiment faire un peu plus hostel.

搭機場巴士30分鐘就可以到，位置鄰近國家博物館和梵谷博物館，旁邊就是Vondel Park 大型公園，是在地人日常散步慢跑遛狗最愛的地方，每天經過進出，心曠神怡。自助式早餐（額外收費）豐盛美味，洗衣烘衣（額外收費）也很方便。

浴巾、毛巾、沐浴乳、洗髮精、牙刷牙膏都要另外付費，房間也沒有附吹風機和杯子（漱口杯）。

Breakfast was good although slight discount for kids would have been better. Liked having games around to play. Location was ideal.

Great vibe to the place and lovely and clean

Lo que más queremos destacar es, sin duda, la amabilidad, la empatía y la sensibilidad de todo el personal del hostel. Durante nuestro viaje perdimos la cartera en el aeropuerto y nos encontramos en una situación bastante complicada, especialmente estando en el extranjero. En todo momento nos ayudaron, asesorándonos sobre los trámites que teníamos que hacer, indicándonos cada paso e interesándose por nosotras. Su empatía y sensibilidad fueron realmente gratificantes. Sentirnos tan acompañadas en una situación así fue muy reconfortante. ¡Gracias de corazón a todo el equipo! También queremos destacar la ubicación, justo al lado del parque y muy bien comunicada, además de la decoración, el ambiente y la limpieza del hostel. Sin duda, lo recomendaremos y volveremos si algún día viajamos de nuevo a Ámsterdam.

The room was not 100% clean… when we arrived there were many crumbs on the table… We were on the 1st floor and heard lot of noise from people down in the park (nth the hotel could control I understand but maybe ask for a room on a higher floor for quieter experience)

Die Lage direkt zum Vondepark ist sehr gut. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Einfacher Check-in/-out. Freundliches Personal.

Das Zimmer 212 war sehr hellhörig (man hörte das Duschen der Nachbarn, die z.T. 15-20 Minuten weit nach 22:00 Uhr am Stück geduscht und "andere Sachen" gemacht haben), auch wenn Gäste nach 22:00 Uhr in ihre Zimmer gingen, war das sehr deutlich zu hören. Eigentlich schade, dass das beim Bau des Hauses nicht berücksichtig wurde.

Es totalmente diferente a las fotos, instalaciones antiguas. La cama incómoda, un colchón que no superaba los 10 cms de alto. La limpieza mal, el baño olía mal.

Location was great, though the hostel was located down an alley, and I would not have liked to walk down there at night on my own.

The wifi did not work in our room. I mentioned it to the front desk, but it was not fixed during my stay. My son saw a mouse in the kitchen area one night. Paid over $300/night for a room for four people, and still had to pay $10 to rent towels on top of that. At that price towels should be included

No teníamos champú- gel para toda nuestra estancia y debido a que nadie hizo la limpieza de la habitación en el periodo que duró nuestra estancia ( 4 noches) tuvimos que pedir y muy amable un chico de recepción solucionó nuestra falta.

You have to pay for luggage satorage and, in my opinion, the breakfast is too expensive for what they offer. The check out is too early.

La ubicación es muy buena. Aunque está pegada al Vondelpark, y puede parecer oscura, se sentía bastante seguro llegar hasta allí, incluso de noche. Las instalaciones estan muy bien, son cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable y atento a todo.

Esto fue un error mío, porque no lo advertí en los servicios, pero no tiene cocina directamente. Nada, ni una pava para calentar agua (siempre tuve que molestar a los chicos de la recepción o al personal de la cafetería) para el mate, ni una heladera donde dejar cosas. En una ciudad cara como Amsterdam, o en el caso de que necesites de alguna manera tener alguna alimentación especial, una cocina siempre suma. Tiene cafetería, tiene bar, pero no tiene cocina.

Struttura situata in centro, in zona Musei, a cinque minuti a piedi da bar e ristoranti. Nonostante questo camera silenziosa, sufficientemente spaziosa per 4 persone, pulita e accogliente. Staff carino e disponibile. È possibile decidere la mattina stessa se usufruire della colazione a buffet.

Rispetto ad altri ostelli non ci è stato fornito il sapone per la doccia (la camera era dotata di lenzuola e asciugamani) ma non è stato un problema, si poteva comunque acquistare alla reception.

The hostel is in a beautiful building and the location is excellent, which are definitely its strongest points.

Unfortunately, the rooms are quite uncomfortable and could benefit from more investment and modernization. The bed linen did not feel as clean as I would expect, and the dormitory setup feels outdated compared with many other hostels across Europe. Simple improvements, such as privacy curtains around the beds, would make a big difference and provide guests with a more individual and comfortable space. The bathrooms also need renovation and modernization. Overall, the hostel has a great location and a beautiful building, but the accommodation itself needs investment to keep up with the standard offered by other hostels in Europe.

Mi é piaciuta molto la hall, con dei bei divanetti e molti spazi comuni.

Non mi é piaciuta la pulizia. Il parquet era sporco e i muri con un pó di ragnatele. Poi la stanza era molto piccola: Se ci sono quattro ragazze/ragazzi e hanno molte valige, non sapranno dove metterle

Insgesamt ist das Hostel wirklich schön und die Lage top. Schade, dass an der ein oder anderen Stelle nicht so genau auf Abnutzungspuren in den Gemeinschaftsräumen geachtet wird. Auf den Sitzgelegenheiten waren teilweise alte und große Flecken, der Zustand von Spielen und Stiften war nicht so gut. Das ist aber Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Das Zimmer war tipptopp und alles war sauber. Das Personal ist total freundlich und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Équipement chambre : lits confortables avec linge de lit fournis, placards individuels, salle de bain privative avec les toilettes et douche séparés. Emplacement : près des musées et du centre ville. Employés : très gentils, accueillants et réactifs (en personne et via le chat booking) Hostel ouvert 24h/24 Sécurisé (badges par personne pour l’entrée + chambres + toilettes communes)

Le pommeau de douche est fixé très haut, du coup on ne contrôle pas où va le jet d’eau. Notre lavabo était penché en avant, donc l’eau pouvait s’écouler sur le rebord et tomber au sol. Nos toilettes ont déjà été utilisées avant qu’on arrive et la chasse d’eau n’a pas été tirée. Il fait plutôt chaud dans la chambre, et en temps d’été, on ne peut qu’ouvrir que la fenêtre du haut (fenêtre à soufflet) pour laisser passer l’air.

I paid for a double bed room and was given two single beds pushed next to each other - not ideal for a honeymoon. Shower head kept falling down.

Great breakfast, vibrant and lovely common space. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit dated (we were in the park building). No AC and no way to open the windows more to get some air.

Impeccable vibes! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great mix of families and young people and super location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lockers are big and rooms are spacious enough to easily access them. The kitchen offers really good food at affordable prices and the common area is a fun space to hang out in (foosball table was a hit!).

Wish there was kitchen facilities for storing and making food. No screens on the windows - when it was hot we had to open windows at night and no screens meant we ended up with some mosquitos in our room.

You can hear the Noise from outside ! And the room i was in is very small for 8 people! The room is not so well ventilated!

Would have been good to provide a cooked breakfast. More stools to sit on in rooms - we came as a four but only had two stools. Would have been useful to know locker sizes beforehand.

Habitacions adequades tenint en compte que és un alberg. Molt ben situat, i això té molt valor en una ciutat com Amsterdam. Llits còmodes i amb endoll i llum a cada un. Molt bona informació abans de l'arribada.

Leider ist nur das Gebäude barrierefrei. Trotz Angabe rollstuhlgerecht, waren die Zimmer das in keiner Weise. Teilweise Stufen in Bad und Dusche. Türen viel zu schmal, keine Haltegriffe. Für Rollstuhlfahrer nur mit Hilfe zu meistern

Good location with easy access to public transports and grocery stores. Most staff were very helpful.

No A/C or a good ventilation system, which became a big problem during the heatwave where people could not sleep at night, at least for more than half of the room. The charge for luggage storage after check out is pretty much the second most expensive during my whole two-month trip across West Europe, if not the most expensive one, so just be aware of it.

El ambiente dentro del hostel es especial / espectacular. Todo el personal es muy amoroso y dedicado a ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites. Se ven muchas familias y grupos de todo tipo, realmente se siente un lugar amigable y seguro donde estar, más cuando, como en mi caso, venis viajando sola hace tiempo y extrañas tu casa.
