great breakfast on the rooftop for 7,5 Euro (if not included in the accommodation), nice rooftop with great view, Braga street is a 15 minutes walk, good gym & nice swimming pool, the front office is very helpful for ordering taxis or giving tips or helping out in any other way, authentic Sundanese food in the restaurant, rooms are modern and sound-proof, there is a billiard table; internet is fast & stable, really a very good experience all in all

De locatie en de architectuur. Van buiten lijkt het of je eens een keer in een andere omgeving zult zijn. Het lijkt een bijzonder verblijf te worden.

De binnenkant. Alles is industrieel, de kamers zijn klein en benauwd. Door de architectonische snufjes die bedoelt zijn voor natuurlijke ventilatie hangt overal een benzinelucht/smog. Op het dakterras in de ontbijtzaal en in de gangen. Het ontbijt wordt geserveerd op 2 verdiepingen. Westers op de ene en Indonesisch op de andere verdieping. Er is een overvloed aan personeel op het opdringerige af. Na een benauwde nacht in iets wat meer een cel was dan een hotelkamer, hebben we besloten ondanks de vooruitbetaling het hotel te verlaten. De aan de bali beloofde refund hebben we nooit gekregen.

i had a wonderful stay at janevalla bandung, I really appreciated good hospitality, and the team here did an excellent job, and one of the highlights was the excellent service from Ranggga at the receptionist, he was very helpful , and made the whole checkin process easy and comfortable, he explained everything very clear and always willing to help with any questions, thank uuuuu rangga for ur warm hospitality and making our stay memorable and enjoy !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The hotel is minimalistic where the hotel uses exterior corridors (stayed in 6th floors). To keep up the dust in the corridors looks like a constant challenge because of the dust of the traffics.

This was my third stay here and it never disappoints. Everything was excellent as always. During this visit I wasn’t feeling very well, and the evening staff were incredibly caring and attentive, which I truly appreciated. Special shoutout to the reception team and the room service staff on duty that evening (unfortunately I didn’t catch the name). They kindly offered me complimentary pastries and juice so I could take my medicine while waiting for my in room dining order to arrive. Such a thoughtful gesture and definitely above and beyond. Thank you as well to the receptionist who assisted me during check in & check out and the breakfast staff for being warm and helpful. Simple things, but they really made my day. Always happy to come back!

Very nice hotel and super helpful staff. The morning receptionist Tasya helped me to book a car, motorbike and taxi always with a smile! All the team there is super friendly and really client oriented. Rooms are very nice and the hotel facility is great. Good breakfast at affordable price. Only negative point is the noise from street traffic. Recommend to get a room in the back of the hotel if you want to relax and sleep well. This noise is especially due to some motorbikes that you can hear strongly from within the rooms. They should install noise insulated doors to improve comfort. Apart from that the venue is great.

It‘s a four star hotel with budget quality. Breakfast was bare minimum. The food is mostly cold. The room was not really clean. The bathroom window covered with waterspots, floor with molds. You can even see that one side of the building covered in moss from outside. There was no face towel, no body lotion, no conditioner as the 4-star usually have. When you open the room window you can see the street view layered with waterspots and molds too. We have been to many places with industrial concept. But this hotel really showed the sloopiness and poor maintenance concept beside the offered industrial modern concept. One of the bedside lamp was flickering. You can easily see that the floor was stained in many spots.

Breakfast was decent would have preferred plantbased options with milk and more fruit variety and plain yoghurts.

Ist leider so zentral gelegen das man direkt im Smog ist. Der Pool ist nur bis 17h nutzbar. Preise sind schon gehobener und Portionen kleiner Frühstück im freien = Raucherlounge von Einheimischen.

Perfect service and a very good hotel. The rooftop swimming pool is nice and if I had any questions I texted my big friend (employer of the hotel) named Adit. That man deserves a raise! Helped me with restaurants etc. Next time I'm booking this hotel again!

We stayed at Janevalla Bandung for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special – our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion, with writing on the mirror and a lovely surprise that made us feel truly welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Adit at the reception, who greeted us so warmly and even informed us via WhatsApp when our room was ready. The breakfast offered a huge variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. We also loved the rooftop bar – it wasn’t very crowded during our visit, but the service and food there were excellent. And of course, the pool with its view over the city was another highlight. Overall, it was the perfect start to our honeymoon, and we can highly recommend Janevalla Bandung to anyone visiting the city!

I had the pleasure of staying at Janevalla. We were on our holiday to Bandung to celebrate my wife's birthday. We checked in late at night and were warmly welcomed by the staff. I mentioned that I had an early plan at 6 am the next morning, and a staff named Adit went above and beyond to assist. He arranged for our car, prepared our breakfast to be ready by 5.30 am, and even helped with wake-up call to make sure we wouldn't be late. We enjoyed our breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, which also had an incredibly friendly and attentive staff. On my wife's birthday, Mas Adit thoughtfully surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake. A small but meaningful gesture that made our stay even more special. One of the best part of Janevalla is the 24-hour stay concept, which meant we didn't have to rush to check out by noon. We could relax and wait until traffic was more comfortable before leaving, which made our trip so much smoother. The staff overall were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. At one point I accidentally left my shoes in the lobby while waiting for our car, and the staff immediately made sure they were safe until I came back. I will definitely return and recommend Janevalla to anyone visiting Bandung.

Im Zimmer (101) roch es extrem nach Lack, intensiver beissender Geruch. Ich habe 3x darauf hingewiesen, mal wollte sich darum kümmern. 4 Stunden später wurde mir mitgeteilt man habe einen purifier aufgestellt, jedoch wurde lediglich die Klimaanlage eingeschalten. Auch am nächsten Morgen wusste angeblich niemand von dem Vorgang. Keine Eintragung im System und keine Kommunikation. Ich war bereits das 4. Mal in dem Hotel und an diesem Tag mit 2 Zimmern. Da bringt einem auch ein sorry nichts... Schade

The second time i stayed at Janevalla, both the experience were extraordinary. Let’s start with the location. The best you can get, close to almost all Bandung attractions such as Braga street, Dago, Taman Lalu Lintas, Bandung Zoo etc. you don’t have to go so far just to enjoy your time and sightseeing. Now we talk about service. Two times i stayed there, two times as well i felt the warm welcome from all the staff. And especially i received extra care from Ms. Imma, she’s always super attentive and supportive with all service i need during my stay. All the staff were very meticulously and fast respond doing their work. You don’t have to be worry that you’ll feel neglected on your stay. Amenities and cleanliness are guaranteed 24 hours no matter when you need, they will always ready to refill and restock the amenities during your stay. Last the 24 hours check in system is definitely worth your money. You come at 8pm you’ll be checking out the next day at 8pm as well. Over all, its always pleasant experience to stay at Janevalla, and i guess, Janevalla will always be my first option if i’ll be visiting Bandung again next time.

This is my first experience stayed at Janevalla Bandung. We love the room (spacious, clean and comfort), location very stategic, all staff very helpful and friendly. They always ensure that we were had a good experinece. Since they have a limted parking space, they offer valet service as a complimentary. So this is an excelent service. Menu for breakfast had enough variety. For sure we will coming back again.

I have been visiting this hotel many times from last year. As I need to visit Bandung almost every month, I am a frequent visitor to this hotel. I love the flexibility of 24 hours stay and the warm welcome from the staff - especially Ms. Ima Wilda. She makes sure that my visits are always comfortable. The staffs are very friendly especially since I have become a routine guest. Rooms are comfortable. Even if you're too lazy to eat out, their room service also good with reasonable price.

Stay just for one day in the Grand Deluxe and its my dozens time staying at Janevalla and at my latest stay the hotel got a bit of renovation and i can see its gonna be one og instagramable, the rooftop bar is gona be a chill lounge, its never dissapointing when it comes to Janevalla, and for breakfast if im not wrong the deluxe and gand deluxe get to breakfast in the newly renovated rooftop and they have alacarte menu beside your usuall buffet, all and all its an upgrade

We had such a wonderful stay here! The 24-hour check-in system is incredibly convenient. our family arrived in the middle of the night, and we were warmly assisted by Kang Ari, who made the process smooth and pleasant. The room exceeded my expectations. spotlessly clean, pleasantly fragrant, and beautifully designed. The towels were luxuriously thick, and the minibar was fully stocked. Big thanks to the housekeeping team for their excellent work ☺️ One of the most impressive features was the TV system. You can find everything there — hotel facilities info, room service menu, even flight information 😄. Even better, you can request extra drinking water or other amenities directly through the TV without calling the operator 🫶🫶🫶 So modern! During breakfast, Teteh Anita was incredibly kind and thoughtful, offering alternative options when we couldn’t find a certain menu item. That’s brilliant service! Check-out was just as smooth, with Kang Adit being friendly and informative. I’ve decided this will be our go-to hotel whenever our family visits Bandung ❤️

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which was absolutely amazing! They serve it on two floors, one offering Western dishes and the other featuring Asian cuisine. At the end of our trip, Rangga surprised us with a delicious mango dessert and a heartfelt letter, which was such a thoughtful gesture. the receiptionist still awesome as before they make the process simple and efficient. nevertheless, just need to add on some refresher in the room, toilet and lobby area so we can feel the welcome by the scent. and not to forget the meal if can be substitute daily menu.

I like the ambiance, make me feel like i dont wanna go from there, i like the room design, then you can stay for 24 hours, it's really something new to me. I c/i start from 11 pm and c/o at 11 pm next day. All of the staff is very nice to us. I like the food too and the price isn't too high
