Herzlicher Empfang, die Mitarbeiter sind professionell, außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und spontan die letzten beiden Tage unseres Urlaubs ebenfalls dort gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Matratze ein Traum. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Darüber hinaus muss auch hier die Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und der gute Service erwähnt werden.

Zimmer mit Balkon zur Straße sollte man meiden, da sehr laut. Alle anderen ok.

Excellent location: Very convenient and close to the city center, shopping mall, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Room concept: We stayed in a duplex room and really liked the overall layout and concept.

Poor hygiene: The hotel was not clean. There were many black spots on the carpet, and the bedding did not feel fresh. Bad odor: There was a really foul smell in both the elevator and the hallway. No outdoor view: We expected a room with a view to the outside, but unfortunately, we did not get one. Uncomfortable stairs: The stairs inside the duplex room were not very pleasant to use

Strategic location on the centre area of Bandung city, easy access of mass transportation or private one, to reach iconic places or just for fun culinary spots. Comfort atmosphere on hotel's facilities, rooms, good services comes from the staff in duty. Include, the recent management efforts to make the 101 Dago hotel,better and better.

Service Excellence hotel with great hospitality

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out to enable us to enjoy a day trip before leaving the city. They also checked in with us regarding the cost of laundry to confirm that we wanted to proceed. The triple room was perfect for what we needed and the third bed was comfortable (not just a pull out bed). There is an amazing supermarket nearby that sells everything that you could need!

The check in was smooth, overall not bad for 4 stars non chain hotel. BUT there is staff error and hotel error. But this is beyond stupidity, your system was odd and off becase we came late at 21:43 to this hotel and they lock their lobby and we should walk to lobby from basement. Just think for one second, is this normal for local chain hotel? I should go to Four Points instead this hotel because your system was really odd.

The staff is 10/10. I asked to change my room and without hesitation they did. I asked for spa massage in my room and also done.

The massage lady :( it was too long 90 min of my life. She was just rubbing oil on me and it was quite painful. Believe me, I have 10000 massages in a month now and she was the most expensive and horrible one.

Ini langgananku sejak single, lalu married suka staycation di sini, dan sampai punya anak aku nginep di the 101. Semua family ku dari Jakarta kalau lagi aku undang ke Bandung, aku bookingin kamar di the 101. This hotel is my favorite, considering many aspects. The staffs’ excellent hospitality, the location, the spacious room, the ambience of the hotel, the affordability of room rate, and its kids friendly atmosphere.

Location very strategic Rooms bit narrow but compact, inlive the rooms that has windows to road or mountain. All staffs are very helpfull and friendly. Ambience good. Parking lot very small but don't worry the staffs will help younto parking your car. Price OK worth it. Foods are nice.

This hotel is a gem. The location is strategic, easy to access to many places. We took the duplex room, which has ample space for me, my husband and my 2 boys (age 12 and 10). The boys took the upper floor and were pleased to have their own private space. Breakfast was okay. Food were tasty. Staff were remarkable. Always with a smile and ever willing to assist. Will stay here again whenever we are back in Bandung.

The breakfast food variety was okay.. the only highlight for me the indomee sedap station. The others were repetitive. The pool is near the breakfast area. So it can be a bit noisy. Room was okay but was a bit dated. We asked about spa. Prices was good but the masseuse will come to the room rather having their own place. That was a bit of a turn off.

It's a great place to stay. In the room there are all the necessities - a kettle, hairdryer, fridge. Also a nice balcony where you can smoke, which is a big plus.

The atmosphere is pretty cozy and pleasant - nice for a relaxing stay. They also have a helpful assistant for each visitor which is easily reachable via WhatsApp to help you with anything you need throughout your visit. Location-wise, it is actually very great — right in the heart Bandung, close to many popular attractions and cafes. However, it was annoyingly noisy at night due to motorcycle traffic, especially if you are staying on the first floor. It would be great if the hotel could improve its sound insulation to minimize the disturbance. But overall, it was a lovely experience. Thanks!

Room was really comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff tried to be helpful.

Breakfast was chaotic, children running around everywhere. The space is very cramped because of a large space given over to an (unused) children's play area. The swimming pool just outside means there is a lot of shouting that carries into the breakfast space. Staff were just standing around instead of being proactive.

Enjoyed a nice family stay with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had great variety and tasted good. However, check-in was delayed until 5:30 PM, which was quite inconvenient.

The staff is exceptional! Very helpful and courteous. I also like that you can get a massage in your room. The masseuses were also fantastic.

The quadruple rooms are huge and spacious. A good shower and solid wifi. The breakfast is in two shifts, so that the restaurant isn't overrun by people. This seemed to work rather well. We tried both shifts on different days and we had enough options and space to sit. Every day the breakfast options change and all of it is really tasty. Lastly, the location is pretty good. The big BIP mall is walking distance away.

I recently stayed at 101 Bandung Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Located in a convenient area, the hotel offers easy access to popular attractions, shopping centers, and dining spots in Bandung.

the room is so fire like the layout of it was really cute, the bed was amazing and I personally love the small couch. The facility there was amazing such as they have welcome drinks to provide us while waiting for our room, they where really eager to help us out when we ask for it and lastly the breakfast was really good with all of that food variations it had. thanks a lot guys!

The staff added more bottled waters even though the previous ones were untouched which was great. In addition, there was also a smart TV which some 5 star hotels do not have. Overall, our stay was amazing.

The vent in the shower room might not be strong enough to remove the steam from the hot shower.

Location are superb, mid of town. Love the breakfast, plenty of choises. The room, for business trip, the mattress, pillow convenience enough for take some rest after whole day activities. Love this hotel for business trip accomodation not for family trip
