Excellent

Nothing to see.., all good

It's clean and near to Ayala Mall

The security..one security did not allow me to bring a vaccuumed dried fish which does not smell at all and told me to pack down stairs? What a stupid suggestion. I insisted to bring it along with me but what I did not like is how he approached me. We are guests and should be treated well. He could have smelled the packaging himself and let us go.

My stay here was a great experience. The food was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Food is excellent, very western :-) Clean comfortable rooms. Great long term staff,,, esp Mark in breakfast area.. Been there 8yrs . Great testimony for the business...

Netflix didn't work or wasn't complementary with the rooms ?

Pool and breakfast

Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet. Gute Lage direkt neben der Ayala Mall.

.

It is 5-6 minutes to Ayala Mall and the location is great. “House of Lechon” is 3 minutes walk. Buffet had a variety of of local and international dishes. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Nothing!

The accessibility to the mall

Elevator etiquette of some guests The aircon is dripping in my room

Food was good but it could have been better if there were more options to choose from. The breakfast was the same from day one to three (not really nice). Lunch and dinner was ok.

The line up during breakfast and there was an error in booking at booking.com that was not resolved by Quest agents.

Excellent breakfast with lots of delicious food.

Chocolate drink (sikwate) shouldn’t be sweetened.

Staff, food, & services

Toilet gets blocked, shower in bathtub - high risk, prone to accidents, dangerous to guests

- very friendly, kind and helpful Staff - good room service - good room size with balcony included, good size TV - really nice pool and good pool temperature - good money value

Location

Breakfast was phenomenal. Location is great. Affordable rate.

Breakfast was the highlight! There was a large array of food to try and everything taste good. You have many different options to suit your mood and taste buds. My location was overlooking the pool, which was great. Room and hallway seems dated but nothing afwul. easy to get arounbd and walking distance to the Ayala Mall.

Slightly dated and smaller room. It feels more like a motel instead of a hotel

Amazing hotel and location.

Only stayed one night but was perfect for what I needed

It was so fast to check in and out. And how near the places I want to visit!

Nothing. I also dont have that big chance to explore it

I like the location, food (plenty of variety), good staff.

The only thing that I don’t like is the power outage, not sure how ofter. We didn’t able to check in because of power outage. I hope they will have a generator for powering interruption.

Staff were accomodating. Also was clean. Even if the business office was close and staff was already going out. She still helped us with the printing and sending our impt document we needed to send. So glad she went out her way to help us.

Oh it was just that time the had to sercice the 2 elevators but it was just for a few hours.

Location, value and the breakfast buffet.

Proximity to the mall, room is nice and big enough for family of 3 and your food selection in the buffet section is superb. Been to places abroad and yours has so many to choose from

Nothing to mention

Always a great breakfast buffet and tried the dinner buffet this time which was great as well.

There is renovation going on the 11th floor. We were on 10th floor and there was a heavy smell of paint. We were moved immediately to a room many floors above the renovation which solved the problem. Also of the 4 elevators, only 2 were working during our stay which I am sure was a temporary issue for maintenance. Just made for long waits up and down
