Had no Wi-Fi in the room at all, was only able to access the Wi-Fi in the reception area. Net curtains in room were very grubby.

Fanns inga hissar. Om man inte bor vid poolen utan som vi och hadeutsikt mot vägen, så är det en väldigt trafikerad väg. Även om balkongdörren var stängd lät det nästan som att bilarna var inne i rummet. Mycket hård säng!!

يقع هذا الفندق في مكان لا توجد به مطاعم لوجبة الغداء او العشاء ولكن يوجد جنبه ماركت وكافيه فقط . والغريب انه تم تقيمه في البوكنج ب4 نجوم وهو لا يستحق حتى نجمه

You have to carry your luggage by yourself to the second or even the third floor, which is very difficult, especially with heavy bags. Also, the girl working at the reception is very rude. She never smiles and is not welcoming at all. Her attitude makes guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. These two points really affected our experience. The hotel should clearly inform guests that there is no elevator, and the reception staff should be more polite and professional.

They Gym is not well equipped. It is a small room near the swimming pool with no door and no AC or fan.

la posizione non è delle migliori, si trova su uno stradone però con un mezzo privato è facile da raggiungere. Il bagno un po’ piccolo e stretto e il personale non molto in grado di saper comunicare in inglese.
