Un très bel hôtel. Suite à un problème nous avons été surclassé, la chambre était spacieuse !! Le restaurant italien de l'hôtel en Rooftop est top, la piscine est juste à côté !!

Il faudrait faire en sorte qu'il n'y ai pas de bête surtout avec les kitchenette dans les chambres. Je sais bien qu'au vu du climat, c'est normal, mais ça ne fait jamais plaisir.

Da ich jetzt zum 20.mal hier in diesem Hotel war gibt es nichts mehr dazu zu sagen, denn es passte wie immer alles super. Vom Essen bis zum Schlafen, die Mitarbeiter herzlich und Freundlich und das ganze Ambiente einfach toll. Ich kann es jedem mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Ich komme 100%tig wieder.

לא ידענו שמותר להכנס כלבים למלון, מידי פעם עלה ריח של שתן במיוחד אחרי הגשם, לא קרוב במיוחד לאיזורי בילוי בפוקט סיטי אבל לנו לא הפריע

One of the best stays I’ve had in Thailand! HOMA Phuket Town really surprised me in the best way. The hotel is modern, stylish, extremely clean, and feels much more like a comfortable apartment than a typical hotel. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a kitchen. The rooftop pool is definitely one of the highlights — amazing views, great atmosphere, and especially beautiful around sunset. 🌅 The gym, coworking spaces, restaurant, and other facilities are also excellent. But what really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is also convenient for exploring Phuket Town, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s not directly on the beach, but getting around by Bolt is very easy. Overall, HOMA offers a perfect combination of comfort, design, facilities, service, and value for money. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️🇹🇭

J'ai vraiment tout apprécié dans cet hôtel : le personnel, les équipements, la grande piscine avec une belle vue etc.. Il est situé dans un coin calme aussi avec pas mal de restaurants à côté. Je le recommande à100% pour une famille avec enfants.

2nd stay: Excellent modern complex, having a big open swimming pool on the top floor, an excellent Italian restaurant (really good food and service), a small cinema, library etc. This is a co-workers popular place, like digital nomads. However, as a family of 4 we felt very well there too. I highly recommend family rooms with two bedrooms, they are spacious.

Not many good places to eat outside the hotel, but 15 min taxi ride brings you to the city center.

The property was very comfortable for our family. The room was spacious and well equipped, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and other facilities. The staff were friendly, responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Nong, Jane, Monpu and Baitoey for their kind assistance and hospitality.

We had one safety issue with a bedside lamp. The wire near the joint was already damaged and exposed, which caused a short circuit and a strong spark. Our baby received a very minor burn, although thankfully nothing serious happened. The staff responded quickly and replaced the lamp. I would only suggest that the hotel inspect similar lamps in other rooms as a precaution, especially for the safety of families with young children.

The hotel was great overall. The room was spacious, and the facilities were excellent. Having a washing machine in the room was especially convenient. The hotel itself looked beautiful, with lots of trees and greenery surrounding the property, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The pools were also nice and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we had no issues during our stay. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight. The food was tasty, portions were good, and the prices were quite reasonable. Breakfast was served as set options rather than a large buffet, but it was still nice and enjoyable. The location was very convenient as well, with everything we needed close by.

Nothing major to complain about. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

I think there were constructions above our room. there were constant booms in the ceiling, screwing machines and hammers. The hours were not obscene but we were in vacation.

Ich denke da ich jetzt dieses mal zum 19. mal dieses Hotel besucht habe gibt es nichts mehr dazu zu sagen. Ich liebe dieses Hotel weil es mir alles bietet was man gerne hat. Es wird weiter mein Hotel sein bei der nächsten Buchung. Vielen Dank an allen Beschäftigten, für ihre stets freundliche und Hilfsbereite Art.

Es sind hier wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, weshalb ich 9/10 Sterne vergebe. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer gebucht. Der eine Raum hatte kein Fenster, nicht einmal einen Spiegel gab es - es war Schlafen wie in einer Abstellkammer. Dann Kleinigkeiten wie: nur eine Rolle des einlagigen Toilettenpapiers und nichts zum Nachfüllen da - bringt einen schnell ins Bedrängnis. Oder die sterile Beleuchtung mit weißem Deckenlicht - da kommt kaum Gemütlichkeit auf.

Hotel was really nice and in good location. Close to market and shops. We loved that we had a microwave in the room where we could have a meal if we didn’t want to go out anywhere.

It felt like dog hotel. Lots of guest had dogs with them and that kept on barking constantly day or night. Was a bit annoying when you were trying to sleep.

Steve and Yen made the experience good , the food wasn’t good , there was an ant inside my mash potatoes. The restaurant still charged me for the meal and only give me 20% discount which I wasn’t happy with.

Удобное местоположение. И классное комьюнити с собаками, где ваш питомец может познакомится и поиграть с другими животными. Мы брали квартиру с отдельной спальней, и это было удобнее, потому что в маленьких студиях слишком неудобные планировки и кровать у входа. Сам отель чистый и с хорошим ремонтом.

Слишком высокая цена за месячную аренду и большие доплаты за собаку. Учитывая, что место для выгула собаки слишком маленькое и мы сами убираем за собакой — цена очень дорогая.

لقد حجزت غرفتين وصاله وحمامين ومطبخ ، الغرف ذات تصميم والوان راقيه ، الاسره مريحه ، .. لقد حجزت لمده ليلتين ثم مددت 7 ليال اخرى . حجزت في هذه المنطقه لهدوءها توجد محلات صغيره قريبه وشوارع حيويه التنقل الى الاماكن السياحيه يحتاج الى سيارة ذهبت من الفندق الى المدينه القديمه سيرا على الاقدام احتجت لحوالي 40 دقيقه ونصف ساعه سيرا على الاقدام الى مول صغير لا اتذكر اسمه . الموظفين ودودين جدا لم اجرب الافطار المسبح جميل ولم اجربه ايضا الفندق ملائم للاسر التي تبحث عن الهدوء والتي لا تريد الاماكن المزدحمه من مول سنترال بوكيت الى الفندق حوالي ربع ساعه ب 200 بات حوالي 22درهم الى شاطئ بوتنغ حوالي نصف ساعه اخذت تاكسي من المطار الى الفندق 700 بات

رائحه سيئه تنبعث احيانا من احد الحمامات اعزكم الله لا يوجد هاتف في الغرفه والتواصل عن طريق واتس اب ولكنهم ايضا سريعين في الاستجابه

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel en kunnen het van harte aanbevelen. De uitstraling is meteen bijzonder: een sfeervolle, open lobby met sculpturale zuilen en veel groen die een heerlijk tropisch gevoel geeft. Het hoogtepunt is toch wel de rooftop infinity pool, met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad tot aan de groene heuvels — perfect om even te ontspannen met een drankje. Maar wat ons het meest is bijgebleven, is het personeel: overal werden we vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam geholpen. Dat maakte het verblijf compleet. Wij komen zeker terug en raden dit hotel iedereen aan die op zoek is naar comfort, mooie faciliteiten en warme service.

De discussie over extra kosten voor een extra bed. Ik werd van kastje naar muur gestuurd. Ik had een mail gekregen vanuit booking.com dat de hotel akkoord was met het verzoek en geen extra kosten gerekend zou worden maar het leek alsof personeel bij de receptie daar niet mee eens waren

This hotel is amazing. The rooftop pool is the best thing ever especially at nighttime. The food at the restaurant is also really nice. I only did 3 days here because travelling round but I would have loved to have stayed for much longer. The staff are all amazing and so helpful

Є балкон, який виходить на зелені пальми, на даху - прекрасний басейн, з рестораном та пляжним баром. Ціни чудові, їжа смачна і подача прямо дуже і дуже гарна. Краєвид з басейну - на гори, місто та захід сонця. У готелі можна забронювати 3 години безкоштовних окремих кабінетів у ко-воркінгу, якщо ви працюєте і ведете зустрічі. Я працювала, тому мене це прямо врятувало. Бронювання відбувається онлайн, все автоматизоване і не потребує вашого зайвого часу. Також є ігрова для діток і тренажерний зал, йога. Також у готелі можна жити із тваринами, на ресепшині є місцевий котик Тау-Тау: сіреньке чудо, яке всі люблять))) Коли я заселялась, від готелю отримала повідомлення, яке починалось словами «Вітаємо вдома!». І я, дійсно, відчула себе тут як вдома♥️

لم يعجبني شيء ، والذي زاد الأمر سوءا هو المدير الموجود في الاستقبال الذي طلب مني مبلغا من المال لأنني تأخرت في الخروج رغم أنني لم أتجاوز الساعة الثانية ظهرا !! كل الفنادق التي سكنتها ليس لديهم مشكلة في ذلك ؟! هذا التصرف من المدير يدل على عدم الاحترام والرقي مما ينعكس سلبا على سمعة وتقييم الفندق .

_ الموقع كئيب ومنعزل _ الغرف صغيرة جدا جدا _ المناشف قذرة ومهترئة _ الممرات والمصاعد كأنها ساونا من شدة الحرارة _ عندما دخلت الغرفة وجدت علبة الماء نصفها فارغ !! _ لم أجد أكواب قهوة داخل الغرفة !! _ المدير الموجود في الاستقبال لحظة المغادرة سيء تماما

موظفين الاستقبال غير متجاوبين و. غير مرحبين ابداً كأنهم يخدمونك بدون مقابل مافي هاتف للغرف و الواتساب لا يستجيبون و غير متعاونين في الدخول و الخروج طلبت منهم مساعدة ف الشنطة و قال احنا نساعدك بس هذا مو شغلنا طلبت مكواة ملابس جابوها بعد جدال مع اني طلبتها قبل اوصل الدوله + طلبت تزيين الغرفة ديكور بسيط لذكرى خاصه و أجابوني بالموافقه في بوكينق و لكن لم يتم تزيينها و صراحة بعد ماشفت التعامل سيء كنسلت فكرة الاحتفال و طلبت من منتجع آخر الاحتفال

Nice room, very clean - lovely helpful staff, fantastic infinity pool on the roof. Room had a mini kitchenette (microwave, kettle fridge and sink plus crockery and cutlery). 7-Eleven nearby. I paid for breakfast the next morning and it was excellent.

The location was useful for going down to Rassada Pier the next day but otherwise, the hotel is not located in a particularly interesting area.

No place like HOMA. Truly. That's the first thought that comes to mind. A stunning, ultra-modern and eco-conscious property rising right next to Phuket Old Town. The contrast between contemporary design and the city's historic atmosphere makes the whole experience even more special. Everything was perfect. Every time I went out exploring, I couldn't wait to come back ̶h̶̶o̶̶m̶̶e̶ HOMA. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooftop infinity pool was almost empty during August, making it the perfect place to truly relax. The restaurant deserves a special mention too: both the Thai and Italian dishes were excellent. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the value for money is simply outstanding. Thank you, HOMA. ❤️

It was very clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. It was an unusual place because they being eco.Friendly, but I loved the way it was different. The restaurant was excellent.The food delicious and the staff were friendly. Overall I loved this hotel.

I went up to the roof terrace on the first day and was disappointed by the artificial grass because it wasn't kept pristine, like the rest of the hotel.

I had a perfect stay at HOMA. The room was cosy, bright and had everything I needed for my 10 day stay. Internet in both the room and the coworking spaces was fast and reliable. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was delicious and affordable. Spotless hygiene and daily cleaning provided. I especially enjoyed chilling in the property's green spaces. Easy to get by bike/car to both Phuket Old Town and Patong. Definite recommendation, I'd stay here again!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au HOMA Phuket Town. La piscine à débordement sur le toit est magnifique et constitue un vrai point fort de l'hôtel. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les coachs sportifs individuels, proposés gratuitement, ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.

En revanche, nous avons moins apprécié le fait de ne pas pouvoir jeter le papier toilette dans les toilettes et de devoir le mettre dans une petite poubelle, ce qui ne nous a pas semblé très hygiénique. Nous avons également remarqué des traces noires dans les coins de la douche, ce qui donnait une impression de manque de propreté.

The hotel is very modern, spacious and immaculate. The room with upstairs/downstairs created a spacious environment giving a feeling of being home. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. Excellent service all round. We would love to return to HOMA in the future.

The view from the roof-top pool is spectacular. There are 2 air conditioners in our room, which cooled down the room quickly. Within walking distance to convenient stores and night market. Access to a wide range of international TV channels.

The staff (except for the receptionists) generally don’t have eye contacts or greet you in the public areas. The only late check-out option is to pay a certain amount of money and extend the room to 6 p.m, which seems to be a bit too limited. The dishwashing sponge in our two rooms seemed not have been changed after the previous guests left.

Excellent stay , nice , clean rooms , nice swimming pool . The only thing that I didn't like is there is no phones in the room to call reception but they give you what's app QR code to add to. Contact the front desk.. Overall still a high score 10 !

The room was great and we were given a free upgrade which made our stay even better! The staff were amazing the facilities were excellent, the pool was well maintained and has a bar so makes it even better! The restaurant on the top floor was good pricing and the food was delicious.
