A2 Pool Resort, Phuket Town - scheduled shuttle to Phuket Old Town

I liked that there’s a good pool spreading all around the hotel center, and I like that there’s a buffet and Gym.

I didn’t like how there wasn’t a sink for dishes and vegetables, and no microwave or Oven/Furnace, but otherwise the place is beautiful

מקום מאוד קליל ונחמד, הצוות מקסים, הצוות קבלה מאוד נחמד ועוזר בכל מה שצריך, הצוות מסעדה ידידותי, הצוות ניקיון פשוט מקסים, כולם כאן אוהבים ילדים, הילדים מרגישים חופשיים, מאוד ידידותיים! כל חדר כמעט עם גישה ישירה לבריכה שזה מהמם יש בר בריכה ואפשר להזמין ארוחת בוקר או צהריים או ערב צפה (בתוספת תשלום). אוכל מעולה ולא יקר במסעדה מגבות בריכה יש בשפע, מקומות ישיבה, אין עומס על המלון בכללי. יש עמדת 7/23 אוטומטית בכניסה ודוכן גלידות שהילדים מאוהבים בו.. 5 דקות הליכה יש רחוב עם מלא מסעדות ודוכנים טעימים וזולים ! מחירים של תאילנד של פעם!! , משחקים לילדים ועוד

A2 Pool Resort is conveniently located between the Phuket airport and the city, closed enough to most of the main objectives (for us the most important was Hanuman World). From the airport we took the bus (100 baht) which left us right in front of the hotel (very nice driver). The check in was quick, the room was perfect for our needs (1 night stay for rest and relaxation before going further to Khao Lak), after more then 24 hours of travel/flights. The room was clean and spacious, with a small terrace which had stairs going right into the pool. The pool, exactly as in the pictures, is going through the entire garden which was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the privacy, cleanliness and the fact that the place was not crowded which was exactly what we needed.

I stayed here 4 days and 3 nights was truly awesome. Celebrated my birthday where by the staff send me cake and also complimentary food. Me and my husband really enjoyed.

Die Unterkunft war in einem desolaten Zustand. Der Pool war leider nicht benutzbar.

Es waren extrem viele Moskitos im Zimmer, so dass wir das Zimmer und die Unterkunft verlassen mussten

Everything was great, rooms were large and clean and everything worked well. Pools were well maintained and clean. Staff were lovely and did everything they could for us. Included breakfast was great. Very nice place

The location is a bit out of the town but they run a free shuttle everyday and bolts etc are cheap

Pool hours.. It's a pool resort. Longer hours for the pool would be nice. Guests put their rubbish and plates in the garden and it started for the days we were there. Bed and pillows were hard as rock.

Das Hotel haben wir kurzfristig als Notlösung gebucht (da wir das ursprüngliche wechseln mussten) und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!! Der Pool war sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet, 7 Eleven Automat im Haus , 7 Eleven zu Fuß 5 min entfernt, Shuttle nach Phuket old town 1 mal am Tag, Frühstück lecker und gute Auswahl , Abendessen auch lecker. Hotel war auch nicht riesig, schön überschaubar - können es für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt Nähe Oldtown wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen :-)

Ein Mülleimer in der Nähe vom Pool wäre praktisch - sonst aber wirklich nichts auszusetzen..

Schlechte preis Leistung, aus meiner Sicht keine 5 Sterne

Wunderschönes Hotel, es ist zwar direkt an der Straße, aber man bekommt davon wirklich nicht viel mit. Hatte ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen mit Poolzugang in erster Etage. Der Pool ist dann durch eine Treppe am Balkon zugänglich! Sehr schönes großes Zimmer und Essen war auch gut. Frühstück ist ausreichend, viele warme Gerichte. Man braucht schon einen Roller oder ein Taxi um von dort wegzukommen, aber ein 7 Eleven ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Reggelinél csak 2 darab asztal van a teraszon sajnos a sok emberre,és bent nagyon le volt hűtve a reggeliző helyiség ahol nagyon hideg volt.Ahotel szobái és a fürdöszoba is már felújításra szorulnának .Szobát kellett cseréljünk már érkezéskor,a fürdőkádat valami festékkel próbálták lefesteni felujitani de pergett vissza rola a festék,és nem volt éppen a legtisztább furdöszoba sem. konnektorok kitágulva töltök kiestek a konnektorbol.A másik szoba amit kaptunk már jobb volt sokkal kaptunk egy hosszabitót elosztósat is hogy abba tudjuk tolteni az elektromos dolgainkat.A szobai hűttő hangosan zakatolt a szobában,és dohos szag volt a szobában sajnos. A hotel lokációja sajnos nem jó reggel és este motorral 45 perc karonig és este vissza 45-50 perc volt.A lefoglalt idöt nem is töltöttük ki ebben a hotelben átköltöztünk Karonra egy másik hotelbe.Összeségében a személyzet segitökész,ök nem tehetnek a hotelszobák elhasználódásárol,és a kevés kerti asztalrol sem.Sajnálatos hogy a menedzsment nem fordit felujitásra és tisztaságra és komfortra több figyelmet.

L’accueil est parfait par le personnel, surtout si vous avez la chance comme nous d’être accueilli par ’Rachid’, il est très serviable et tjs là pour conseiller ses clients sur les activités, les restaurants locaux, les déplacements ... L’hôtel propose une navette touk touk gratuite pour vous emmèner dans la veille ville de Puhket ou dans le centre de Puhket. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et bien recharger toute la matinée. Accès facile à la piscine, quelques jeux :kayaks, ballons et bar à cocktails Nignt market proche +/- 1 km par les petites routes, nombreux restaurants locaux dont un répertorié au guide Michelin.

L’hôtel se situe le long d’une grand route très fréquentée, beaucoup de voitures et camions. Privilégiez une chambre sur l’arrière de l’établissement, certaines chambres donnant accès à la piscine sont defraichies, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre sur le côté droit de l’établissement en dehors de la piscine, entièrement refaite.

Nagyon szép volt a hotel belső kertje , medence . Tisztaság , kellemes reggeli .

Reggelizni a teraszon csak 2 asztalnál lehetett, egyebkent a reggeli a klimás étteremben lehetséges . Kevés nyugágy van a napozó teraszon. 8db összesen.

The pool, food and room were excellent. I liked silence in the hotel premises.

Could be closer to the city center :) in overall not bad :)
