when we entered the room, the connecting door was still open, no hand soup, no tissues, hair dryer was not functioning propelly, but we were happy campers, easy, at least you know

The hotel location is good. Very close to Trans Mall. Many good eateries nearby. Room is good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good - lots of varieties.

الغرفة كانت صغيرة جداً؛ ياخذون وقت طويل في التشك ان ، سرعة الاستجابة في حالة طلب الروم سيرفس جداً بطيئة، لا يوفرون ماء في الغرف بل قنينة فاضيه تقول انت بتعبئتها من ثلاجة ماء مشتركة بين الغرف

The breakfast are good and various. It is strategic. Unfortunately, the swimming area was already close for Ibis Studio guest(s)

Hotel is really dirty. There no fresh linens, hair of previous client was on the pillow. 2 pillows don’t even have pillow cases. Molds are in the bathroom. The hotel slippers has been previosuly used ans was not replaced. The aircondition was not working and was only set at 32deg Celsius. The shower gel was diluted with water. I requested for a non-smoking floor but they put me on the smoking floor and when I asked to be transferred, the staff on duty lied to me that it was a non smoking floor. The smell of cigarette was all over the room. The supervisor the next day confirmed it was indeed a smoking floor. There were flies all over at breakfast. Not a good value for money. The room was totally disgusting.

Breakfast was terrible & distributed in a huge area. You get your eggs inside then have to walk 30 meters outside to get your toast. Food not fresh. Same food everyday. Toilet in room was terrible. Nothing good about this hotel except for location.

My family and I decided to spend the long weekend in Bandung during the sandwich day between Sunday and the Isra Mi'raj holiday in June 2026. We were fortunate to find an excellent room rate, which allowed us to book two rooms—one for us and one for our children. This was our first time staying in this part of Bandung, particularly near Trans Studio Mall, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The hotel's direct connection to the mall made our stay incredibly convenient. We never had to worry about where to have lunch or dinner, as there were plenty of dining options just a few steps away. Having everything within easy reach made the trip much more relaxing, especially when traveling with children. Another pleasant surprise was the lively atmosphere created by the hotel's FIFA World Cup watch party. One of the matches was being shown during breakfast, and it was enjoyable to see guests gathering together and sharing the excitement. It added a unique and memorable touch to our stay. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Since this was the first time our children had a room of their own, they were absolutely thrilled. They treated it as their own little space and even made an effort to keep it tidy throughout the stay, which was a wonderful surprise for us as parents. Without a doubt, the hotel's greatest strength is its location. Being directly connected to Trans Studio Mall means that restaurants, cafés, shopping, entertainment, and daily necessities are all within immediate reach. It is an excellent choice for families looking for both comfort and convenience. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and left with many happy memories. If we come across another attractive room rate in the future, we would be more than happy to stay at ibis Bandung Trans Studio again. It offers great value for money, an unbeatable location, and a hassle-free experience for families visiting Bandung.

About the breakfast. I have paid and booked for 2 person. On the booking.com but final there was only one booking for breakfast So I didt breakfast and give my daughter only breakfast

Dear Management of Palma Hotels / The IbizZza Hotel Bandung, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent stay. I am a holder of a diplomatic passport. Due to protocol, I cannot hand over my physical passport, but offered immediate verification via the Dutch Embassy in Jakarta. Your front desk staff completely refused to cooperate and would not accept the valid KTP (National ID) of my local security team. Furthermore, my room's bathroom was unhygienic, and despite booking breakfast for 2 people, your restaurant staff publicly humiliated me by stating my booking was only for 1 person when my guest arrived. As a diplomat, this lack of security protocol knowledge and poor hospitality is unacceptable. I expect a formal response from the Hotel Manager or a representative of Palma Hotels regarding these matters immediately.

good location. great value. good atmosphere. good room. great food great food option. despite its holiday season they done very well yes thank you. but their sandal on breakfast policy make me uncomfortable. very not comfortable. you put the sign up front. yet still let people go with the room sandal to the restaurant. not even telling them about it. some people go back to their room to change when they see the sign. but most people ignore it. i say again. they ignore it. because the sign are big and up front.

I had a great experience staying at Ibis Trans Studio! One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a fantastic variety of food to choose from. The location is also convenient, as it's within walking distance to the mall, making it easy to explore. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

While I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Trans Studio, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. Firstly, I believe they should consider changing the sockets to universal ones for the convenience of tourists, as this would make charging devices much easier. Additionally, the telephone in my room was not working, which made it difficult to make requests or communicate with the staff when needed. Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall experience for guests

Te veel mensen bij het ontbijt met andere normen. Ik heb nog nooit meegemaakt dat er massaal met plastic zakjes en Tupperware bakjes het ontbijt buffet werd geëntameerd. Er was helaas geen croissantje meer voor ons over. De normale beleefdheidsnormen zoals stilte bij de hotelkamers werden niet in acht genomen door gasten uit een ander milieu. Too many people at breakfast with different standards. I have never experienced the breakfast buffet being invaded en masse with plastic bags and Tupperware containers. Normal standards of politeness, such as silence at the hotel rooms, were not observed by guests from a different social class. Terlalu banyak orang yang sarapan dengan standar yang berbeda. Saya belum pernah mengalami prasmanan sarapan yang diserbu secara massal dengan kantong plastik dan wadah Tupperware. Standar kesopanan normal, seperti menjaga ketenangan di kamar hotel, tidak dipatuhi oleh tamu dari kelas sosial yang berbeda.

Fasilitas kolam renang sudah tidak ada & tidak diinfokan di deskripsi hotel di OTA. sy membawa anak2 menginap 3 malem dengan harapan ingin berlibur berenang jd gagal total. Sarapan jg tidak variatif & rasa sgt plain

Stay in this hotel with my Family. Over all were good, clean room and friendly staff. The Breakfast so many kinds of selection food served. Standing applause and shout out to Ramdhan. The check-in process was quick

The washroom was very small and few cleaning chemicals was in the washroom which shouldn’t be there. After check in it took me only 20 minutes to check out and leave the hotel.

現地滞在時はこのホテルを良く利用します。 バンドンの中心街から少し離れていますので渋滞は少し少ないように思います。 建物自体は少し古くなっていますが、清掃・整備が行き届いておりますので全体的に良い環境とおもいます。 朝食も日本人の私にも合う味でした。 コストパフォーマンスが良いホテルです。
