서비스가 좋고 이용하는 내내 편안했음. 오래된 건물이지만 5성급 호텔의 역할을 다 해주고 직원들이 친절해 가성비 최고라고 생각함.

Overall, I think this hotel offers good value for its quality and price. It is close to Bandung Train Station, and it was convenient to travel anywhere from the hotel.

The air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted, so the room was quite cold. It would have been better if the temperature could be controlled or if a thicker blanket had been provided. The hot water worked well on Friday night, but on Saturday, when the hotel was busier, the water was only lukewarm.

Het beste hotel qua service waar we ooit zijn geweest, 5 sterren behandeling. Van deuren openhouden en bagage dragen tot gratis vervoer naar het ziekenhuis regelen, alles wordt voor je gedaan. Het ontbijt was ook goed. Op dag van vertrek moesten we heel vroeg weg en kregen we een grote tas vol met eten mee voor tijdens de treinreis, fantastisch.

Jammer dat er geen ligbedjes waren bij het zwembad. De bereiding van gerechten jn het restaurant liet lang op zich wachten.

This was our second stay here, and we’d happily come back again. If you’re traveling with young kids, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Everything about our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities had everything we needed. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and we genuinely enjoyed most of the food. What really makes this hotel stand out is how family-friendly it is. The playground is spacious, well-maintained, and kept our kids entertained for hours. During the holiday season, they also had activities by Kompi Semut, including arts and crafts, which made the experience even more special for the little ones. The heated swimming pool was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. We also loved the complimentary horse carriage rides every morning—it was such a charming little touch that our kids looked forward to. Above all, the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel so welcome. Overall, this is a wonderful place for a family getaway, and it’s definitely a hotel we’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was disappointing as they only provided Indonesian local food. Western breakfast items not represented at all. 1 hour before breakfast closing time, no refilling of the food: they just let it run out.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The service, ambiance, signature scent, and cleanliness were all exceptional—honestly, there was hardly anything I could find to criticize. Was genuinely impressed and very happy with the overall experience. The only thing I missed was breakfast, as I had plans for exercise and exploring Bandung’s culinary. This is truly a five-star hotel in every sense. It’s a classic property that has successfully maintained its elegance & quality. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

오전에 있는 시위(어제축구경기결과에 따른)로 도로가 마비되어 반둥역까지 30분정도의 거리를 2시간만에 도착. 당연히 기차는 떠났고, 다음기차를 8시간이상 기다려 탈수있었다. 체크아웃이 예정된 고객에게 도로사항을 사전공지 해주지 않은게 많이 아쉽다. 충분히 예견 될 만한 사항인데.. 다음여행지로 떠나는 여행객이 아닌, 출국해야 하는 여행객이라면 어쩔뻔 했는가..

This hotel boasts an incredibly strategic location near Trans Studio Mall, the culinary hub of Jalan Burangrang, and the trendy night-market scene at Jalan Lengkong Kecil. Although it is an older property, it maintains a truly luxurious atmosphere from the lobby to the rooms, complete with a signature "fancy" fragrance. The five-star service is exceptional, with proactive staff who constantly reminded us to enjoy the various kids' facilities, making it highly recommended for families; my children loved the playground, weekend activities, carriage rides, and the Bali-style heated pool. Their attention to detail is remarkable, evidenced by an apology letter slipped under my door after a very brief midnight hot water fluctuation that I hadn't even noticed. To top it off, the breakfast offers an extensive variety of choices with a generous serving time from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, making it the perfect late brunch.

We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location is ideal for exploring the local energy, yet the hotel itself feels like a peaceful retreat—calm, cozy, and incredibly welcoming from the second you step through the door. Our room was a true haven—spacious, comfortable, and noticeably larger than many other hotels we’ve stayed at in Bandung. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to fully unwind. The breakfast was great too, offering a good variety of both cooked and continental options, and excellent value overall. The standout feature was the staff; they were consistently professional and helpful without losing that easygoing, personal touch. All in all, it’s hard to fault the Papandayan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return on our next visit to Bandung. Highly recommended!

The papandayan hotel give a luxury and comfortable staying experience. They help me arrange simple decoration for my wedding anniversary and my daughter's birthday. They have a warm pool that open from 6 AM to 6 PM. Their breaksfast was amazing . All of the food taste good. The staff was helpful, nice ans very welcome to all of us. The papandayan hotel has kids club with many activities and good facility. They also has fish pond surrounding with full of green trees that makes us feel cozy and comfort. I stay in premiere king rooms with clean and quite big room. They also has bathub in the bathroom. With that kind of facility the price feels value for us. The room is quiet and there is no loud noise even that they are in the busy road.

The service is top notch. The food, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, is delicious and varied, and the amenities and activities on offer are also very diverse. Highly recommended if you are planning a long holiday in Bandung.

Such a great experience staying at this hotel. The service is fast and excellent. Especially during breakfast time, the service is excellent, quick n very helpful. A lot of activities in kids club. Warm water pool and clean. Room is bright n clean. Eventhough in the middle of city, the atmosphere is like in the jungle with many Trees and fountain. Food is great n lots of variety. The hotel its in the middle of city close to shopping area, many restaurants nearby, etc. Definitely will be coming back again. Such a great experience.

The reception knew us when we arrived and welcomed us with big smiles. The Saturday night Asian food cart style dinner was amazing with so many different options. The live band at the pool bar was also fantastic. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfy! Great location.

The shower wasn't very hot and no poolside furniture (which is bizarre for a hotel of this size). The pool was also heated to an uncomfortably warm temperature.
