I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Kimaya. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. All the food served was delicious and fresh, with many varieties to choose from. Service was tiptop from check-in to check-out. Room clean and comfortable. Thank you Kimaya team for the great hospitality!

We zochten een hotel en het centrum en klopte ook helemaal.

1 van de 3 liften was buiten gebruik. Dus regelmatig wat langer wachten of een hele volle lift.

It was a nice location, clean and proper and very close to nice attractions within Bandung, being this close to the main restaurant and cafe street helped a lot make the experience better.

The pool was a bit small if there were quite a few people joining in, and there wasn't as much of a view, despite it being on the rooftop. Otherwise, the rooms were quite large and spacious. There wasn't as much light coming through on the side of the building our rooms were on, and not as soundproof as expected, but not overall a bad experience.

Dat het personeel niet kwam checken of alles oké was of hield geen praatje.

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Koelkast en waterkoker aanwezig. Kamer was schoon, en geen last gehad van geluid overlast. Behalve uiteraard moskee maar daar ontkom je in java niet aan. Erg fijn vonden wij ook dat er een handdouche aanwezig was. Bedden waren prima. Airco was goed. Water kon je onbeperkt bijvullen op de gang. We hadden een leuk uitzicht op Brag street en de locatie was dan ook geweldig.

Kamer was helaas wel wat aan de kleine kant, maar praktisch. Het zwembad was eigenlijk meer voor kinderen. Dus echt een kinderbad. Helaas ook niet echt sfeervol en weinig ligbedden en mogelijk heden om te zonnen.

De locatie is fantastisch. Het ontbijt is lekker (vooral gericht op Indonesiërs). De lobby is mooi. Personeel is heel aardig.

De kamer is vies. Het afvoerputje stinkt enorm, zeker zodra je gaat douchen en dan stinkt je hele kamer. Als je "classic braga view" hebt, zie je helemaal niks van de straat Braga, maar kijk je wel uit op een moskee. In de lift hoor je muziek en als je kamer naast de lift zit, dan hoor je de liftmuziek door de muur heen. Het zwembad is klein en het is niet een superleuke plek om te zijn.

Before focusing on sustainability initiatives, the hotel must first meet basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service. Reusing linens or reducing laundry may support sustainability, but guests should never receive stained bed sheets. Both my bed and my daughter’s bed had stained sheets, and I had to call the Front Office to have them replaced. Sustainability should never be used at the expense of hygiene or guest comfort. Please ensure that all rooms, linens, and amenities are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before guests arrive.

Our stay was completely unacceptable and far below even the most basic hotel standards. Upon arrival, no luggage trolley or assistance was provided, forcing us to carry all our luggage to the room ourselves. The carpet was filthy, and the room was dusty. Even worse, both my bed sheet and my daughter’s bed sheet had visible stains. I immediately called the Front Office to report this and requested that the sheets be replaced. Finding stained sheets on two separate beds is unbelievable and raises serious concerns about whether the rooms are properly cleaned and inspected before guests arrive. The windows provided almost no sound insulation, and loud outside noise disturbed us from around 4:30–5:00 a.m. The service was equally poor. When I wanted to buy a coffee, nobody was available because the staff member had apparently left to deliver food upstairs. A hotel facility should not simply be left unattended. Unfortunately, this was not my first terrible experience with the HARRIS brand. I also went to HARRIS Hotel Summarecon Bekasi, but the room was in such poor condition—and I found hair in it—that I refused to stay and cancelled the entire booking. I have photographs and videos documenting the conditions at both properties. The security staff at Kimaya Braga were the only employees who were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel failed in cleanliness, room maintenance, guest assistance, and basic service. After these two experiences, I have completely lost confidence in the HARRIS brand. I will never stay at a HARRIS hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

De medewerkers zijn heel erg behulpzaam. Het ontbijt onwijs uitgebreid. De bedden slapen lekker en de douche is top!

Het zwembad is veel kleiner dan op de foto’s lijkt. Er was twee avonden live muziek waar we niet van houden. Maar dat is een kwestie van smaak.

De locatie was top en het bed prima

De douche had bijna geen waterdruk en de kamer rook niet heel fris.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and made me feel at ease throughout my trip. The location is excellent, as it’s just a short walk from Braga, making it very convenient to explore the area. A special thank you to the receptionist, Nisa, who was cheerful, friendly, and polite. She made the check-out process smooth and welcomed us with a warm smile, which made a great first impression. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

- Concierge Services was bad. Koper2 dan tas2 tidak ada satupun yang membantu menurunkan dari mobil ke dalam hotel. Ini juga terjadi terhadap tamu2 yang lain. - Security. Ketika mobil akan keluar rupanya tiket masuk harus di stempel. Hal ini tidak diinfokan ketika mobil masuk dan juga oleh staf Cek-in juga tidak diinfokan. Sehingga hal ini menyulitkan dan membingungkan ketika mobil akan keluar. - Check-in Experience. Staff tidak menginfokan ketika nanti akan cek-out kartu kamar harus dikembalikan. Ketika cek-out kartu kamar diminta kembali. Untung saja kami menyimpan dengan baik. Karena kami biasa menginap di hotel (bintang 4 dan 5) yang tidak diminta kembali kartu kamar nya.

Hotel perfectly situated in city centre, a few steps from the famous Asia Africa Conference Museum. Nice room, well isolated from exterior noise. Very comfortable bed. Outstanding breakfast with lots of choice. We surely would choose the same hotel if we had to visit again.

The location is amazing. Just a 2 min walk to Braga street, 2 mins walk to Asia Afrika Street, 1 Min walk to the Museum and in between so many coffee houses. If you dont feel like eating at the hotel, it is surrounded by street food and lots of other options. You can just use Grab or Bluebird to get around easily!

The toilet is a little dated. Surrounding area can be super crowded over the long weekends so careful about that. Breakfast wise can have more varieties.

The warm, welcoming, and helpful service from the front desk was superb. The lobby, room, and outside are clean. Very good value if you are coming by packpackers or family because of the spacious room. The location also strategic, near to go everywhere.

The air-conditioner is designated as the same temp (I guess because when I change still same) not too cold and not too warm. The bathroom is slightly not recommended because all it is is blurry glass and still can seethrough.
