Access to places we wanted to visit, nice location for morning or evening walk. Easy access to the National highway and city bypass, very popular vegetarian restaurant nearby, friendly reception staff

Cost could be lower for a B class city

The location is beautiful, the property is stunning, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly

However, the food quality did not meet our expectations. We had two dinners, lunch, and breakfast at the property, and unfortunately, the meals were consistently disappointing.

Excellent Hospitality & Service at Vivanta Coimbatore We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Vivanta Coimbatore. The entire team was extremely courteous, warm, and professional throughout our stay. The Front Office team Ms. Veena was very helpful and thoughtfully provided us with good rooms, making our stay comfortable. A special mention goes to Mr. Sivaji from the Housekeeping team, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Even at midnight, he promptly assisted us and made all the necessary arrangements in the room with great care. We truly appreciate the dedication, courtesy, and hospitality of the entire Vivanta Coimbatore team. Their sincere service made our stay a memorable one. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. We look forward to staying with you again.

None..but if the hotel managenent gets a chance to please remove the carpets from the hotel and make it all tiles..

As a JAIN I avoid eating at veg non-veg restaurants. I accompanied my brother to Taj Vivanta ,Coimbatore ( Red Pearl restaurant) but refused to eat there .But CHEF DURGA assured that's he would prepare all the food fresh and suitable for a JAIN. Reluctantly I agreed . To my amazement every dish that was served was well taken care of. The hospitality CHEF DURGA and his team showed was commendable. The food was delicious . I feel immense pleasure to dine at THE TAJ VIVANTA ,Coimbatore. THANKS TO CHEF DURGA and his team.Thank u

We have been serviced here in Red pearl, they prepare a non spicy menu for us. Being foreigners, that does not handle spicy food well, this is a Plus but that does not limit the great oriental flavors, Kudos to chef Durga for his recommendations and excelente food

The check-in counters can be faster and even 2/3 counters are there only one is operational.Atleast at rush times many counters should be helping people for checkin and checkout. Many times server is very slow. As a leading brand you need to address the customer experience in all areas including time lags

Carpet worn out and smelly not well maintained .. toilet heath faucet was not working properly and very uncomfortable..Breakfast was below average both taste and varieties extra bed and the mattress provided were not of quality standards , not valued for money

Vivanta Coimbatore is one of those hotels that truly feels like a home away from home. While the property is a bit old, it is well maintained and the service is exceptional, living up to the high standards of the Taj group. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread and overall food quality are outstanding, making every meal enjoyable. A special mention to Mr. Naveen (Property Manager) and Mr. Yugeshwaran for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service that keeps us coming back whenever we're in Coimbatore.

I, along with my uncle had the worst experience in Taj Vivanta, Coimbatore. In which the security guy forced me to scan my bag on not agreeing to him, he told me what about the safety of others, like I was a prominent threat. When I was staying in the hotel since past 3 nights, they had my company details and my GST details. Then the front duty manager told me, I can check out if I wanted to at 11-11.30 pm in the night. Following which they called the GM but GM was least bothered, He said he will talk in the morning. Mr.Ansari, who was in charge the next day under the guidance of GM met with us and told us they will take actions and gave an assurance which really helped us. Later he said they will make sure we get an apology call, but it’s been 3 days we haven’t received any call. I am saddened by the fact that Taj hospitality has managed to employee such people, who are least bothered about their guests and hold no responsibility for the same. I hope no one has to face any kind of trouble where they are not welcomed and are insulted by the management themselves. I hope my message reaches the masses for this. Following are the names- -Mr. Sandeep -Mr. Ashley -Mr. Ansari -The GM Thoroughly disappointed by this kind of crass behaviour especially from a renowned name like Taj. I hope there’s strict action taken against this kind of behaviour.

Bathroom needs big improvement. For a superior room the bathroom seems to be terribly small.

The stay was comfortable. Rooms are well maintained with good linen. The disappointment was the dinner buffet as vegetarian dishes were less. Breakfast was good and service was fast. They were approaching guests for feedback. Another thing I disliked was at the parking area, the board, parking "at your own risk". Why not provide the guests a safe car parking in a Taj hotel?

The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the overall facilities were good. The front desk staff were polite and check-in was smooth.

Housekeeping and room service need significant improvement. The room was cleaned properly, housekeeping was inconsistent, and room service was slow with delayed responses. These issues affected the overall experience and need better attention.

This was our second time staying in Raj coimbatore…staffs are so good and so cooperative…rooms are clean…breakfast buffet was is something you should never miss.. food was excellent… with good variety… Overall we had a wonderful experience staying there..

Excellent food! Amazing service!

The room service and housekeeping service as pathetic. They don't even pick up the calls. But the staff at the Breakfast area were super courteous and efficient. Matched with an excellent breakfast spread this is what probably redeemed our stay

Clean and tidy albeit tired. Facilities were good, shame it was windy as couldn't use outdoor restaurant. Gym Facilities were great. Food was great.

Attention to detail, restaurant staff looking but not seeing, table settings haphazard. Always asking for a glass or napkins, had 2 forks and no spoon at dinner 1 night. Arranged in person at reception 2 days prior for car to drop off to Ooty and on check out hadn't been Arranged. They hastily sourced one half an hour later.

The breakfast was not good at all. This is the south of India... serving bad idlis is just not ok. Staff were new and had not been trained properly. The coffee shop needs an overhaul the counters were in bad need of renovation

Warm Hospitality We were warm received the porch team and luggage’s were tagged sent to the reception We were escorted to the room swiftly and oriented to the facilities and recommendations on dining facilities The room was well appointed, crisp linen, good quality bath amenities, well stocked mini bar and tea/coffee kettle Good view of the city and relaxing Dining at the coffee was an experience with chef taking the order and full heartedly serving 😍 I used the Spa wet area and the swimming pool - well maintained 👍 The breakfast was out standing, every dish you could think off is being served with grace. 👌Delighted to see Hotel executives and the GM of the hotel at the dining room, Ensuring every guest is personally taken care, super engagement 🙌 The billing was perfect on departure and the front desk team ensured , we left very happy and got a “come back feel “ The ambience is out standing at the prone location on Race Course Road. Very well run hotel Compliments to the team
