Ideal location, staffs are super friendly and always helpful. They go beyond and serve the customers. Restaurant staff look after you well especially when have kids. This is my 4th visit at ITC and it has always been the same. Sinhebi and restaurant staff cater to our dietary requirements with care. Also the hotel is in an ideal location.

The breakfast setup did not match your Hotel's reputation at all. For the same Tariff we stayed the days before at Hyatt in Chennai. The Breakfast offered there is entirely a different class. If your breakfast to be compared you would fall in a standard 3Star Hotel cathegory unfortunately.

I had already booked in with a group in a treble room it was not ready and looking at the room a 3rd bed was very very tight in the room as the furniture did not move. I went down as asked reception if I could move to a single room and I was told I had to book with an online app and the gave me no allowance for already paying to stay. I thought this was a bit mean I was willing to pay a difference but the charged me a complete new booking

1. Room service takes time and needs to be quicker . 2. The towel rod in the shower area need to better located as the towel gets wet during the shower . May be the wall opposite the shower and length of the towel rod be a bigger to hang the towel unfolded .

Our stay at Welcome hotel ITC Coimbatore truly wonderful. I was very happy with the overall comfort and ambience of the hotel. The room was spacious, well designed and beautifully lit with picture windows, with a very comfortable bed that made our stay extremely relaxing. The food was also excellent, with a good variety and great taste. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would be happy to visit again.

May be the walkways from room to the elevator can have some pictures of the most important destination around .This is my personal opinion 🙂

Location is Okay.

Getting the invoice from the hotel took four days and required several follow-up calls and considerable effort. The breakfast spread was quite limited, with fewer options and choices than expected.

Rooms are good. Breakfast was good . Staff are good hospitable but lacks training to handle customer care. They are concerned but not trained to respond appropriately and resolve.

The facilities are not suitable for a 5 star as claimed by the property. Not even a proper waiting area. First day we had dinner buffet which was horrible.it was complete waste money having served food appeared and tater to be old . The non vegetarian session was placed in the corridor where we people have to pass by. You call this 5 star rated

As a repeating guest I aleways fifd the breakfast as excellant; clean property; very quiet. Amazing staff help. Valet car parking for free.

Small areas that may be able to tighten up, for example the arrival portion had to wait awhile due to vehicles occupying the lobby area.

The hotel has overall a modern outlook though a bit compact or small for some. The room was almost spotless, the mattress and pillows comfort could much be improved, otherwise the room was large, clean, very quiet (double glasses window and carpet across the room and corridors). For the room, I could easily give a 9.5 if not because of the mattress that needs improvement. The best feature is definitely the restaurant Chef, every food / dish was by far better than expected, only compared maybe to spanish Chefs in northern Spain. The gym was clean and new, machines were modern and functional. Personal staff in the restaurant and room service superb. Laundry also superb, better than expected.

The hotel swimming pool was not impressive, though I did not use it. Cleaning of the room and corridor carpets could be improved. The hotel common areas are not very large and at peak breakfast and dinner times the place was full and the service personal clearly cannot cope with the demand. Otherwise, it is one of the best options out there and somehow a bit lower price than other 5 stars hotels in the area.

Location is so good. Everything is just near by whether it is market, medical stores, salon, malls etc.

Washroom is small. Only one top shower was there so it will be difficult for infants to take a shower..for infants there should be hand shower as well.

Not like the Welcome group of old. A bit cold. Both the staff at the reception and the decor. The warmth of a welcome group hotel is missing. But then times have changed. My request for a late check out was only partially met. The room was inadvertently booked for two. But they said that nothing could be done about it since it was booked via booking.com . Non veg counter at breakfast, well hidden. :)

Right from the security staff at the entrance to the front desk staff (especially Mr Vivek) to the people who escorted us to our rooms and the room service lady who took our orders to the persons who delivered our food and the hospitality folk who replenished supplies to our room - all of them had amazing service orientation and made our stay so delightful. Even early breakfast was delightful- some of the same staff who had helped us at dinner were there at breakfast - bright, cheerful and so empathetic. Lovely set up. Great location and very well appointed large and comfortable rooms. Very clean but ofcourse! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you team welcomhotel Coimbatore! Way to go

The absolute highlight of our stay was the housekeeping team. It was birthday, and they went above and beyond to set up beautiful room decorations and a lovely cake. It was incredibly thoughtful, impressive, and made her day truly special. A huge thank you to the housekeeping staff for their warmth and effort!

Unfortunately, the check-in process and overall interaction with the front desk cast a shadow on our stay. The front desk employees appear to lack proper hospitality training and come across as quite arrogant. Specifically, one of the female agents we dealt with was dismissive and did not know how to communicate professionally or politely with guests. There were no welcoming smiles, and the attitude we received gave us a very bad impression right from the start.

Very friendly. Food was lovely. Service was superb at the restaurant (during dinner & breakfast) and the front desk was very good too. Soup on room service was good. Great location. Nice large room. Comfortable bed.

I had booking. Booked. When I reached they told the hotel is over booked, so no room available. I reached at late night 1 am. At that time I was tired, waited at hotel lobby for explanation and cancelation for 1 hour. Then I asked them to suggest good hotel, they told most of the hotels might be booked. Very unfriendly staff, standing and doing their job as I am not their concern. I lost trust in booking.com also. Anyways that was the worst experience I had from a hotel and booking process. At that time i was thinking how can I trust booking.com and travel abroad and when I reach at the hotel in an unknown place or strange new place in late night and they tell me that they are over booked. I book through booking.com because I trust this site. Even though I raised a concern to booking.com nobody contacted me in this matter. On that day I went to taj vivantha hotel near by searching in Google maps and by God's grace I got a room there at 2 am.
