Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Es un lugar muy tranquilo, el personal super amable y accesible. Vinieron mis amigos de Guanajuato y no teníamos un punto de reunión para ir a cenar y nos dejaron pasar a la habitación, solo con la condición de no hacer ruido, no bebidas alcohólicas y no quedarnos a dormir más de los que ya estaban contemplados en la reservación. Gracias a que nos dieron esa oportunidad pasamos unas veladas increíbles, pasamos tiempo de calidad y eso es lo que más vale.
Quizá el hecho de que no hubiera restaurante todo el día y solo fuera el desayuno, pero la verdad todo lo demás fue excelente.

La señal de internet no llegaba hasta mi habitación de forma estable, pero pude trabajar sin problema desde el restaurant. y es una pena que dejen de dar servicio de cena

In my room, there was a large window that let in a lot of light because it didn’t have any curtains, making it impossible to sleep. The customer service regarding this issue was very poor. The same happened with the towels — my reservation was for six people, but they only provided four. When I asked about it at reception, their response was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

The only windows of our room were into the inner gallery, right in front of the breakfast tables. For any privacy the curtains had to be drawn at all times, making the room feel like a bunker. The rooms had very poor sound insulation, you could hear everything: staff listening to radio during the night, loud nightly and early morning noises from the kitchen. Little choice for breakfast. Not cleaned very well between stays, we found old bandages stuck to the shower curtain.

There were four options for the complimentary breakfast: Red enchiladas Green enchiladas Enfrijoladas (similar to enchiladas but with beans on top instead) And eggs with beans on the side (and tortillas) They were all good! They give you a tiny bit of fruit before and coffee.
I think I expected more of the neighborhood but that was my fault for not researching the city and area. It wasn’t unsafe though.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2024The lovely picture of the inner courtyard is really the only thing lovely about this hotel. It needs to be fixed up - cracks, rotting wood, mold in the bathroom. Crusty sheets, bottled water only for purchase, etc. Decently walkable to the city center, but otherwise not in a convenient location. This hotel was very inexpensive, so you get what you pay for. The senorita who helped with luggage was very polite and helpful.
