Too Noisy

Cleaners were so helpful and caring.

The only issue I have is that there was a connecting door between another room. Not aware of this when booking. Would not had book if I had known.

We didn’t have breakfast there

Only 3 pillows. Not easy to watch tv.

It was lovely and clean everything was there that we needed, although no body lotion samples etc

We loved our stay, central to all the places we needed to go to, loved the rooms and kitchen facility absolutely wat we needed for our whanau 😊😊 we WILL be back 👏😁

Only thing we didnt like was the big bed it was a bit uncomfortable as you could feel the zip for both mattresses submerged together but absolutely loved our stay otherwise 😁😁

The location is excellent! It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the seaside, 13 minutes to the downtown commercial street, and 6 minutes to the warehouse. The rooms are spacious, with complete facilities and immaculate cleanliness. Particularly commendable is that there is a restaurant next to the Office! The meals are simply superb! The Korean cuisine is incredibly delicious! It is both convenient and delectable. This is the most highly recommended accommodation in Gisborne for me!

It was clean, tidy and the room was very spacious for a family of 5

The guest laundry facilities only had 1 washing machine & dryer for the entire complex making it rather difficult to do any washing onsite.

Everything is always pretty great when we stay here. I’ve stayed here several times & it’s always my first choice when I come to Gisborne.

The noise of the trucks in the morning is a bit annoying but unavoidable & doesn’t put me off.

It suited exceptionally because solo elderly women, parking outside door, easy transferring suitacase an stuff. Plenty clean towels, spa bath, comfortable warm bed. Felt safe. No dark corridors to walk along, no closed rooms behind you, and no stairs and pulling along baggage.

Great size in room spa bath. Room was warm and had all u needed for a great stay.

Busy location... lots of outside noise. QR code menu for ordering room service not clear but uber eats made up for it.

Bathroom for the size was spacious and really well laid out. The location is ideal, accessible to the main routes and to the city. Parking is excellent and I used the laundry facilities to dry some wet clothes I brought with me.

The room was dark and the lights had to be on during the day. I was working from the room for a few hours, and the lights were bright and really impacted me being able to find the right spot to sit during teams calls. Next time, I'd upgrade or request a room that faces directly out to the carpark for better lighting.

The Doubles Spa bath in suite was worth it. Location close to beach, town and cafes.

Unsure about room service. Had qr code menu but no function to confirm room before making payment. Didnt want to take the risk. Uber eats was easier.

Lovely hot shower rooms were clean and room service was well done

No blinds in shower or kitchen windows so with the light on and dark outside felt I could be seen in the bathroom. Air conditioning smelt of fish which was unbearable when turned on. Spoke to reception. No other rooms available so asked for a plug in heater which was provided.
