Sehr grosses Zimmer und Grosses Bett (fast zu gross ;-) ), gute Lage nahe Restaurants und Metro Station.

Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen und ein wenig teuer im vergleich mit umliegenden Restaurants.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was close to the metro station. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. We didnt get the hotel breakfast, but there are lots of great options just the street next to the hotel. The room was very clean, and were cleaned every day. The recommendation of the bed set up for our family if 3 was amazing too.

Nothing negative that I can say.

The rooms were spacious, decorated moderately. The location was generally ok, easy to reach via taxi. Cleaning service was ok.

The breakfast was very limited to local food, no good variety of bread, no good coffee, no fresh juice. The staff could not speak English well (almost none).

Position, service, internet signal are good.

The property was modern and clean. The staff was exceptional. When I mentioned the coffee was only warm not hot they made an effort to fix it. Very responsive. Very professional.

住的很好，距离深圳湾口岸很好。

浴室及座廁門有d 透，可以隱約看到 不太方便！ 而且是在門口位置 座廁那門關不貼！ 房間大，其他都滿意！

The room is very large and comfortable, the transportation is very convenient, the breakfast is abundant, highly recommended.

周边美食很多，房间大，交通便利，服务好。去海岸城、前海购物都很方便。

地方大, 房內設計幾好

一入房有明顯的臭味, 洗手間尿味, 要後換房, 也立即給換, 根本他們都已經知道房間有問題, 因為本來冷氣是開了, 窗還打開, 這樣做很少有的, 即是他們已經知道房間有問題, 還給人家住. 後來經過走廊, 有另一間房間也是有臭味, 是門都打開來吹, 所以應該是渠道之類有毛病...

The rooms were very clean and the staff did a good job maintaining it. The breakfast spread was also really good with various options. The location was on the main road so getting transport was not a hassle.

Desk clerks dont speak English well

The service and the staff were wonderful, greatly experienced, and provided us with everything we required or asked for during our stay to ensure that we were well-looked after. Betty was exceptionally helpful and took great care to ensure we were comfortable, especially when it came to providing us with travel options for exploring the city.

Clean and beautiful room. It is easy to use. Nice selected dishes were satisfied necessary and enough in breck first.

1. Landries were difficult to use. it was better if there are simple manual. 2. Internes was slow.

I like everything, but it will be helpful a set of disposable spoon, fork and knife in the room with the coffee machine and water.

We used to live in the neighbouring area and know the area well. Great location, close to the metro and quick travel to Shenzhen airport by metro. We stayed for a week so the free access to the laundry area was much appreciated. The gym was small but adequate. I also worked on my laptop in the open dining area when it wasn't in service and it was perfect.

friendly staff, great location (close to the subway station and lots of restaurants near by). Also room is very spacious. it can easily fit a family of 3. if you are travelling alone for business, this is definitely going to be your top choice.

one thing I would like to highlight is the lack of facilities in the building, but i was travelling for business, so it didn't really affect me. will be staying here again if i ever visit SZ for business in the future.

The price was fantastic for what we were looking for and the room was incredible large with a small sofa, which made it feel like a mini suite, really clean, and comfortable

Great location and great hotel.

Central location, near to the airport metro line 11 which is only about 20 mins journey away to terminal 3. Big, clean, and modern rooms. The staff couldn’t have done more. Free washing facilities with dryers and detergent. The gym was decent.

我喜歡它房間的寬敞,就價位而言,性價比高

This place is really nice and has great view of area. Everyone was nice and helpful, even though most of them didn't speak English. (My mandarin is horrible). The only complaint I have is even if I put the do not disturb sign. The cleaner still comes in if you are not there. Not sure if every hotel in ShenZhen does that, but make sure you lock everything up and put everything that you don't want them to touch on the side.

It was a convenient location for my business needed to be done. My overall rating for the hotel is 4.5 out of 5. The buffet breakfast is Western style but mixture with Chinese, better than minimal Continental breakfast. The only drawback was somewhat language barrier. It seems like there is few English speaker in the staff, so if she or he is not available, it takes time to communicate. It is not an international hotel, but for local people... Oh, certain floor has no access to wifi, so they moved me up to the 12th floor.

服务人员素质不高 地毯都是污渍 床单颜色很奇怪 脏兮兮的！ 另外最令人气愤的是酒店的送餐服务！形同虚设！服务人员竟然说“人手不够 你自己下来吃吧”！！！ 酒店附近吃的极少。不怎么样的住宿体验！不会再来住了！

사업출장으로 적당한 가격과 주변 환경이 좋았습니다. 다만 흠이라면 택시 잡는게 조금 불편한 정도 입니다.

讚: 房間寬敞, 鄰近環境寧靜, 退房時間至下午2時。床單發現多處污跡, 跟前台反映後馬上跟進, 房務員也很給力, 馬上整套床鋪更換。

早前在評語已留意到酒店經常收不到HOTEL的訂單，但是亦會給予客人房間，是次出發前已有準備，帶備訂單記錄及文件，結果到了酒店...他們亦指沒有收到訂單，所以不能給予房間，給前台有關訂單記錄及文件，他們居然說不能作證，而且酒店沒有與HOTEL合作！！！！叫我自己致電HOTEL處理........結果在酒店大堂撥了三十分鐘電話!!!才找到HOTEL的聯絡!!!!!最後一論唇舌...才給我們房間.....而且事後亦沒有檢討或道歉....假裝沒事發生....如果當晚我找不到HOTEL...那我就要自費再找酒店......這間酒店我絕對不會再入住!!!!!!

Overall good experience, this was my 3rd time in this hotel

This hotel in Shenzhen is pretty far from the main part of downtown, but still in the city. It is a 30 min cab to LoHu station. Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant next door had good steaks and Sushi from the menu, but a street vendor quality buffet. All areas of the hotel and restaurant were dirty and smell of being washed with dirty old mops. Room was terrible with stains on everything and a very hard bed. This is a post KTV party and flop house. I would only put those I don't like in this hotel and visit them for dinner!

Nice, clean and modern looking hotel. Stuff was very friendly, and always there was at least one stuff member that spoke English.
