Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Great service at front desk especially Nancy who helped us to coordinate easy check in (even though our party members arrived at different timings and some late at night), switching rooms (as more of our friends arrived on different days) and even the check out. Great location, too. Highly recommend for big groups.
Everything was good but it would have been nice to have more than just 4 small boxes of water. Maybe a bottle which could be refilled if the property wants to be eco-friendly. Breakfast was also just okay, I would rather go out to eat. The coffee machine had a long line and was not that nice.

Reviewed May 25, 2026在南油站上方，也有一個中小型商場，地庫也有些食肆，酒店正門對面也有便利店，非常方便。 浴室內的用料很好，水龍頭夠猛，地磚不弄痛腳同時也防滑。 厨房用具很齊全。也有提供capsules咖啡及其咖啡機。 整體房間用料好好，是高級材料，也明顯有經常保養。
只有很小包的飲用水，沒有樽裝水，要自行煲水才行。 枕頭太軟。之前在網上已聯絡要一個硬些的，但太薄，不太好睡。 窗簾未能遮蔽日光，有隙縫透光。 厠板有斜向中心的情況，不好坐。 雖然用料很好，但酒店感覺有些舊，沒有很多現代化的東西，不過不會影響舒服感。 booking.com內標示的房間大小，和現場實際情況有些落差，估計“開放式双床房”只有三十多，最多四十平方米。

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026It was comfortable and made us feel at home Clean and spacious family flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. Conveniently located right above a mall with many shops and restaurants and surrounded by many other local restaurants. Walking distance to other central area. The staffs were friendly (especially the staffs at the entrance door and the staffs at the breakfast buffet venue who were very helpful).
There is 7/11 right in front of the hotel so it was convenient but the Walmart in the mall below did not open early in the morning so I went to Freshippo which was about 10-15mins on foot.

The washing machine was helpful but the dryer function could be better because the clothes couldn’t dry properly after washing. We had to lay them around the room to air dry.
