The sound insulation is very poor. The building is shared with a restaurant that plays loud music from early in the morning, which could be heard clearly in the room. Sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. Overall very disappointing, one of my worst hotel stays ever.

Mas que no gustar, creo que se puede mejorar el restaurante. Las cosas cambian mucho, por ejemplo el precio de un panqué de zanahoria paso al doble de precio de un día a otro (sin anunciarlo, ni modificar la carta, solo porque la cajera lo decía).

La ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca del malecón como del centro

Realmente se necesita un frigobar en las habitaciones dado que es una zona de mucho calor y es necesario tener agua fría. Otra cosa es que se escucha mucho los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas.

La ubicacion con la zona turistica es buena, ya que esta cerca pero conserva la tranquilidad que algunos buscan. El desayuno garantia de sabor.

Creo que le falta un poco de remodelacion en las habitaciones. Pero aun asi es bonito.

I loved the breakfast especially that was in the restaurant. The room was very clean!

I wish there had been an ice machine. Also, would have been nice if the pool had been bigger.

It did not look like the pictures, the hotel was not comfortable, there were holes in the wall, the sink made a noise every time it turned on. We left early.

El personal muy amable

El desayuno no nos gustó, pocas opciones, en klugar de jamón pusieron pechuga de pavo muy seca, los frijoles tienen chile. Los meseros son muy amables, pero la caja se tarda y la concina cambia lo que se pidió. Además sólo hacen el descuento de 100.00 si no pedimos el desayuno promocional, cosa no avisada. El café también no es muy bueno... dos días preferimos irn os a desayunar a otro lado.

La uvicacion muy buena y accesible la avitacion excelente y la alberca muy rica el desayuno que te ofrece bueno para mi gusto le falta fruta y jugo a comparación con otras reservaciones qué yo e tenido

No ay hielo como en otros hoteles para que tu te sirvas si quieres hielos tienes que bajar hasta la recepción para pedir un dia yo tuve que ir al super por una bolsa de hielo ya que medijo una señorita de recepción me dijo que no abia

Le personnel était super sympa ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied et pour profiter des très bon restaurants à proximité. La piscine est top également !

Me gusta la ubicación del hotel, porque esta en un lugar centrico pero tranquilo cerca de muchos restaurantes y el malecon caminando. La opción del desayuno es muy buena y si no te gusta puedes con un costo adicional pedir algo mas.

Que no cambian las toallas diario aunque las sábanas se cada tercer día las amenidades normalmente en todos los hoteles que he estado las ponen sin tener que ir a recepción a pedirlas el agua de la regadera sale muy poco orina más un gato y por último si tuviera un frigobar entonces si todo sería casi perfecto

Habitaciones con decoración para mi gusto algo anticuada, incomodo para ser un sitio de playa por apenas tener sitio para colgar toallas/bikini para que se sequen. Faltaba luz.

It was very quiet at night. The rooms are good size and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is very nice. It’s up the hill 3 blocks but right by some great restaurants and a very nice market.

Was able to walk to MALECÓN and location where many boat tours use as departure location to the fiscal port. Also enjoyed the pool for kids. The complimentary breakfast was adequate however I enjoyed other local spots.

Our beds were too firm for side sleepers, and the walls are thin if you have noisy neighbors in the adjacent rooms.

For us during Carnival it was a good location with a very short walk to the entertainment center. We had a great room with living room and Bedroom. Overall, it was okay.

Era muy antigua, se escucha todo desde las piezas y todo lo que pasa en la calle, el baño sin ventilación, la piscina no se podía ni estar, no hay suficiente parking y más encima el desayuno que te entregan malísimo y pocas opciones, no te atiende bien y nos sentimos completamente estafadas ya que nos vendieron un tour en el cual nos dijeron que tenían convenios con la agencia y salía más barato pero nos terminaron cobrando más. Adicionalmente queríamos bookearlo directamente con la agencia pero insistieron que estaba cerrada y luego pasamos caminado fuera y estaba abierta. Muy turbio todo.

The location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the ocean, the main strip, markets and an abundance of restaurants and bars. It had a small heated pool which we made use of during our stay. We had a room with a kitchenette, so the room was spacious.

The hotel is nice, but it is a little dated.

Las camas estan demasiado firmes, para algunos de los viajeros de mi grupo no pudieron descansar.

We like everything in Seven crowns. The staff were very nice, especially Gabriel in the front desk. The location in near the beach and near coffee shops area. They clean the room every day, but change towels only after 3 days. The pool is nice and worm, and there is a free parking area.

The breakfast is a little bit poor. For example If you want bread with the egg you need to add money. But total all it's ok.

Rooms facing the street can be dark and cheerless— better to face the courtyard and be able to open windows.

Service was excellent. Room was ready for us. Everything worked in the room, except the bathroom fan was pretty noisy like parts were loose. Beds and lighting were adequate. Very close to the Malecón and museums. Free breakfast was good.

Vraiment charmant comme hôtel. Ils ont été très aidant. L'emplacement est idéale. Nous sommes très près du Malecon en étant juste assez loin pour ne pas avoir les dérangements venant avec (bruit, rue passante, etc.).

Je crois qu'il pourrait charger 100 pesos de plus par jour et que nous ayons accès à l'ensemble du menu déjeuner au restaurant. Le menu offert par l'hôtel n'Est définitivement pas aussi bon que celui à la carte du restaurant.

The location is great. Good restaurant area for dinner. Short walk to the main square and catedral. Also short walk to the malecon.

Breakfast could use improvement. Guests are given a coupon for breakfast at the restaurant next door. However the menu choices for guests with coupons are very limited. It is possible to order from the regular menu and $100 pesos is deducted from your meal, but I know of at least one other hotel in the area in the same price range that has breakfast included in their room rate and the breakfast is great. I would think the 7 Crown could offer a decent breakfast for the room rate they charge.

The location in the gastronomic area was close enough to the Malecon to access easily but far enough away to stay away from the discoes.

Decor was a little dated, kitchen don’t have many amenities (no oven etc) but it worked great for our purposes

Las instalaciones son muy justas. Las habitaciones casi no tienen luz. Hay una cortina, que es totalmente opaca, por lo tanto, si no quieres que nadie te vea, tienes que estar a oscuras. Se escucha todo el ruido, no hay insonorización.

Hôtel très bien situé et très près du malecon pour se promener. Le personnel est très accueillant et un parking si vous louez une voiture. Petit déjeuner servi au restaurant à l extérieur. Notre chambre était au calme

Proximity to the Malcon but just the right distance

Great location close to the cathedral and several very good restaurants and cafes. Pretty secure parking lot in the hotel courtyard. My van cleared the entrance, but a high top sprinter van will not. A?C was great in the room.

Shower water pressure was pretty low. In room drip coffee maker had no filters or any coffee supplied, just a bare coffee maker.

The first room had bad smell due to humidity and no natural ventilation. The breakfast included is pretty limited and not worth to pay for

Liegt gut in der Stadtmitte.

Blick auf den Parkplatz und kleiner Pool am Parkplatz. Ist nicht weiter schlimm, da das kaum ein Hotel zum Verweilen ist, sondern eine Durchgangsstation und diese Rolle erfüllt es gut.

La ubicación cerca del centro, catedral, mercados, terminal de autobuses, restaurantes y malecón. El personal que esta en la semana (l-v), muy amables, se agradece, mis felicitaciones por su compromiso con el cliente, gracias.

Te cobran si quieres cambiar de sábanas!!! En mi vida había visto eso en algún hotel, no te dejan agua, no te ponen ni un vaso o taza y hay cafetera, pero sin café o té, pésimo servicio, por el costo debe de incluir todo eso, en cualquier otro hotel el agua te la ponen del diario, te cambian tus sábanas y te dejan cafe o té.... en fin, no vale por el costo de la habitación.
