El ruido que había en la noche. Una de las personas de recepción carece totalmente de simpatía y cordialidad. Un trato muy antipático. El resto de trabajadores amabilísimos y encantadores. La habitación tiene un aislamiento acústico con la calle paupérrimo. Muchísimo ruido hasta la madrugada por la musica de los coches y los acelerones que dan. El propio hotel es consciente ya que nos encontramos tapones para los oídos. Deberían cambiar la ventaneria y poner una de calidad.

A/C saved the day, front desk is so help and friendly, they even parked our rental car in their garage. Roof restaurant has really nice food and service with a beautiful view. La paz is so beautiful, definitely coming back to this place and hotel!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026La struttura è proprio sul lungomare di La Paz (il Malecón) e ha un garage privato, che purtroppo funziona alla “chi prima arriva meglio alloggia”. La terrazza ha una vista stupenda.
Le camere sono un po’ vecchiotte e il materasso sarebbe da cambiare. La prima sera siamo arrivati verso le 22, un po’ distrutti dal viaggio, e alla richiesta del servizio in camera - che chiudeva poco dopo - ci è stato inizialmente risposto picche. Alla fine, sentendo la reception, con molte limitazioni ci hanno fatto ordinare qualcosa per cena.

Room was hot when we arrived. It was 105 degrees outside and when we checked in. The windows in the room were open and no a/c was on. The phone in the room did not work and two of the windows in the bathroom did not close. We also encountered a giant cockroach in our bed and brought it to the desk and nothing was done.

Poca flexibilidad al hacer el check-in. Llegamos 10 minutos antes de las 15:00 horas, la habitación estaba preparada y aun así nos hicieron esperar.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026El restaurante Quinto piso es lo mejor de las instalaciones, La ubicacion es la mejor, en el malecon viendo hacia la bahia, los 3 meseros del restaurante es lo mejor que se tiene en el hotel, y la calidad de los alimentos y la presentacion de los mismos es de primera calidad, felicidades al gerente del restaurante y a los muchachos que atienden las mesas.
los pasillos son ruidosos, faltan letreros de silencio para que la gente se contenga un poco haciendo ruidos, los filtros del AA estaban excesivamente sucios, los limpie por mi cuenta y fue la diferencia, deberian tener un programa de limpieza semanal. los cubrecolchones son plastificados y hacen ruido incomodo.

It is located across the malecón, with a beautiful view and walking distance to restaurants and locations. The roof top restaurant is very good and with a wonderful view of the sunset. If you party until dawn, it is perfect. But the noise at night from party buses and cars will not let you sleep. On the weekends the mouse lasts until 3 am. The ear plugs that come with the room don’t work. It was very hard to sleep.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Отель находится у самой набережной, рядом есть все необходимое для туриста - кафе, магазины, места для прогулок. Персонал отзывчивый и внимательный к просьбам. Ресторан на крыше имеет прекрасный вид и неплохой выбор блюд на завтрак.
В душе недостаточно хорошая изоляция, из-за чего очень много воды оказывается на полу комнаты, а слива для нее нет. Простого полотенца для ног недостаточно для решения этой проблемы. Далее, это не столько проблема отеля, сколько нюанс жизни у набережной - любят местные ездить по набережной с очень громкой музыкой, это заканчиваетя к 23 часам обычно, но и у нас в 1 час ночи кто-то включил под окнами музыку. Отель предоставляет бируши, но они не сильно помогают, если шум прямо под окном.

El servicio del restaurante fue muy malo. Al llegar ningún mesero se acerca a ofrecerte las cartas o café por la mañana hasta que uno llama a alguien para que lo atiendan. Al servir el café lo derramaron sobre la mesa. Una vez que llevaron las cartas, pedimos dos platillos a base de huevos estrellados y al llevarlos, unos no eran estrellados, los chilaquiles batidos, no era lo que se había pedido. Se consulta a la mesera y su respuesta fue de lo más descortés y sin ánimo de servicio. Mala calidad de los alimentos y atención del personal en el restaurante.

Yo no conocia La Paz y al buscar un hotel yo buscaba que fuera Beachfront para solo cruzar la calle y pasar el rato en la playa, pero no es el caso con este hotel, si esta frente al mar pero no hay una playa, es solo el malecon y luego mar, entonces tuve que trasladarme en carro a una playa donde pudieramos pasar el dia. Creo que es engañoso catalogarse como Beachfront hotel, mas bien seria "Sea view"

No pudimos parquear nuestro vehículo pues estaba siempre lleno el estacionamiento del hotel. Ubicaron el motor del aire acondicionado en el balcón de la suite lo que le quita espacio y además da calor y produce ruido. La puerta del balcón estaba dañada.

It’s so noisy. Every day cars drive down the main strip blaring music - that happens from morning through the night. There’s no getting away from it - they provide ear plugs on check in so you know it’s bad! Real shame as it ruined what was otherwise a great hotel.

Because it’s located at the malecon, you will hear the action of the street. Earplugs are provided by hotel in advance. Room was a bit dated but all was clean and functional.

I didn’t like that the room we had did not have a refrigerator. We also have leftovers when eating out and it would have been a great addition.

Le bruit infernal jusque très tard dans la nuit. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. La propreté douteuse en particulier des traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain, et le sol qui n’a jamais été lavé de tout notre séjour. Une personne de l’accueil nous a demandé de payer pour une heure de plus sur notre Check out alors que la chambre était disponible et que nous avions passé une semaine sur place.

El hotel se quedó sin suministro de agua una noche de mi estancia (mayo del 2025).

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026El personal demasiado atento, nos brindó facilidades para estacionar nuestro auto antes de hacer el check in y resguardaron nuestras pertenencias al hacer check out por unas horas. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda.
Todo bien, menos que el ruido de las otras habitaciones, los otros huéspedes molestaban con su plática, llanto de niños o risas. No pudimos descansar bien ya que el ruido no se aisla.

Primero estuvimos en una habitación del 4 piso, muy cómoda pero después estuvimos en una del 1 piso que tiene escaleras, lo cual hacía muy incómodo el tener que subir y bajar las maletas, además era bastante pequeña.
