Spacious room. Great location to Baywalk, Market and SM mall.

You could see it was once a 5 star but has been let go a bit. Maybe some maintenance issues. Great hotel and value for money though.

I think the hotel was low occupancy, so the room had a bit of a stale smell on the first night. This was quickly remedied by housekeeping service the next day.

Uitzicht op de haven is geweldig.... en je ziet de zon opkomen en aan de andere kant ondergaan. Voordeel hierbij is dat de zon overdag nog steeds ten noorden van het gebouw ligt. Het is ook.heerlijk wandelen op de boulevard en de vissers binnen zien varen om 7 uur. Personeel.is erg vriendelijk in.alle onderdelen van het hotel. Hillary en Ana van de receptie zijn erg behulpzaam.bij boeken van allerlei activiteiten. De kamer is ruim, ik zou er kunnen wonen een groot deel van het jaar. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ontbijt is buffet en goed bereid met vele verschillende soorten voedsel en fruit.

Deze keer waren er wat werkzaamheden onder in de mall hoorbaar, wat continue timmerwerk. Bovendien was de druk van het water, dus douchen ging niet geweldig.

نتمنى فيما بعد من الاداره ان تنتبه اذا كان هناك حجز ان يكون السكن جاهز بعد الساعه الثانيه انا اتيت الساعه الخامسة مساء قالو السادسه ثم السادسه والنصف وحاولو اقناعي بغرفه اخرى وقالو اجلس فيها حتى يخرج الشخص المستاجر ليس من المعقول وانا حاجز قبل اسبوعين اتمنى الانتباه للنقطه سوف امنحكم نجوم

Aardig personeel, inclusief schoonmaak en bewaking. Het ontbijt was prima, uitgebreid buffet. Grote kamers, velen met mooi zeezicht. Dichtbij de haven om te wandelen en vele markten en winkels in de buurt.

Ik vond het wat muffig in de gangen ruiken, vooral in de gang bij de kamers had het wat een rookgeur dat soms ook de kamers ingang. Volgens mij is het aircon die even doorgeblazen moet worden.

L’odeur irrespirable d’humidité et de moisissures La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos de ma réservation . La configuration des chambres depuis pourtant le 4eme étage la grande baie vitrée tombe nez à nez face à un couloir interne que tous les autres occupants empruntent. Résultat en pleine journée tout est tiré avec les rideaux et la lumière. Le personnel et la responsable ont été franchement désagréable . JE DÉCONSEILLE VIVEMENT CET IGNOBLE ÉTABLISSEMENT QUI PENSE D’ABORD À L’ARGENT AVANT DE SE SOUCIER DU BIEN ÊTRE DE CES OCCUPANTS. 1/10

Good size rooms. Comfortable bed, android TV. Good gym if old kit, decent aircon, happy with breakfast.

Wet room a good idea but it remained a paddling pool! It just didn't drain. Stepping through water to get to toilet, especially at night isn't safe! A corridor light shined through curtains all night but we slept ok

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

The room was generally good, but there were a few areas for improvement. examples our 1st room was designated there is a smell that I cannot explained, and the AC Ventilator it was very dirty there is load black stain, dust, etc. luckily there is a spare room which is much more nicer.

There is one staff there that made me and my partner dissapointed because it seems like they doubt that my family stay there with us, it's impolite

ottima posizione direttamente davanti al mercato locale, il quale è molto suggestivo e merita di essere visistato. abbiamo prenotato l'escursione all'underground river direttamente con l'hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci hanno anche fatto trovare pronta una colazione d'asporto alle 6 di mattina per non rimanere digiuni.

Breakfast was super basic and not worth it, except the omlette station. Water pressure was low and rooms are still a bit loud, outside lots of poor people begging for money

I had a great experience staying here. The staff were excellent and made sure everything was comfortable throughout the stay. The food was very good, and one of the highlights was the in-room massage service, which was relaxing and convenient. The room was also very nice, clean, and comfortable. A perfect place to stay while visiting Puerto Princesa.

Duży pokój z balkonem. Śniadania z przewagą lokalnych potraw, ale smaczne. Restauracja serwuje dobre posiłki, ale ma bardzo ubogie menu. Za każdym razem wybierałam danie, którego z jakichś powodów nie dostałam.

Trochę hałaśliwie w pokoju od strony ulicy.

The restaurant. We ordered tuna once and chicken the second time, to the Philippines style. Disappointing: greasy tuna in oil fried but not “sizzling”, and chicken was dry and ugly but not juice at Philippine style. Many items in the offered menu were not available.

This hotel has terrible management and the worst restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. Breakfast was included in our hotel stay, and it seemed to make sense to eat there. Both my boyfriend and I got food poisoning, the poisoning was so bad that I couldn’t fly because I was so violently ill. The management team refused to care even a little bit. Do not go here! If you do risk the establishment, do not risk your wellness on the good here.

Nice big room, great balcony, very comfy bed and decent shower.

Not the hotels fault but the roosters outside woke me up at 5am every morning. I didn’t like the location of the hotel, there was a shopping centre in walking distance but no real bars or restaurants, it was more the local end of city I think. I’d stay up the airport end if I went back there. The water wasn’t very hot, I never had to have a cold shower but it was never nice and hot. There was a lovely big bath tub but no hot water to fill it with. The hotel had a weird layout mixed in with a weird shopping centre and some private flats and offices. Also the safe didn’t work.

La professionalità , l’accoglienza dello staff, molto disponibili sempre con un sorriso. La camera era veramente immensa anche se nel complesso sarebbe da rinfrescare un po’, albergo leggermente datato, ma in ogni caso ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Colazione abbondante con una vista da una vetrata belllissima.

Direi nulla considerato il prezzo a notte

Abbiamo soggiornato in due occasioni , mentre nella prima occasione la stanza era fantastica con balcone che si affacciava sulla città , nella seconda, questa a cui fa riferimento la presente recensione , la stanza era tra due corridoio che portano ad altre stanze, divisi dunque solamente da una vetrata opaca, troppo rumorosa . In ogni caso è er il prezzo pagato va più che bene nel complesso .

The location is very good. Right in the heart of town and close to the Bay walk area. Also the hotel is very affordable.

The soundproofing in this hotel is very poor. If you want a good night's sleep it's best to avoid this hotel. One night an adjoining building was hosting some type of nightclub . The noise made sleep near impossible until it ceased ar midnight. I mentioned it to the staff and they really could not care less. But worse still.the soundproofing between rooms is pathetic and has been done on the cheap I could clearly hear the conversations ( phone conversations arguments etc) at all hours of the night almost word for word.

Schade, dass defekte Sachen nicht repariert werden. Auf den ersten Blick sah alles sehr luxuriös aus, beim genaueren hinschauen sah man doch einige Mängel wie zum Beispiel ausgerisse Schrauben - vorallem im Bad. Aber sonst tolles Zimmer - überdurchschnittlich gross.

When I arrived in the room there were no towels and the safe deposit was not working because the battery was flat. So I had to call somebody first for the towels and the for the safe box. Furthermore the safe deposit is not fixed to the wall or the cupboard. So basically anybody can take it and go... A safe deposit like this is not very safe... :-)) All this didn't change my experience in this hotel that was basically very good. I write it here only to inform the manager that this issues should be fixed.
