Bedden en smerige douche

Not liking it

The water is brown

You get what you pay for. The location is ok. For backpackers ok but otherwise better look for something else.

Old towels, no soap or toothbrush provided. Water heater was defect, new one was promised but nothing ever happened after three days. The staff seems not very helpful or service orientated.

The staff are accommodating.

The comfort room is not so clean. The tiles on the wall need some thorough cleaning.

Near by Cathedral, Port and Center of commercial.

Empty bottle of liqour was placed anywhere. Recreational area or bar area was not maintain well.

Near to Port, Cathedral, and near by centro

No wifi, recreation area is dusty and many empty alcoholic drink was placed everywhere. They didnt maintain cleanliness.

Built to look like a ship, coming from the road above. Sailor theme inside. It's an old hotel, but the room was well kept and surprisingly nice. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious. Everything was clean and the bed comfortable. Soap, towels and toilet paper were supplied. Hot shower. Excellent WiFi that worked everywhere. There's a generator too, and yes, there were some power cuts. I got my room early. Each floor had a free hot and cold water dispenser......and best of all, my room had a balcony. There's a rustic bar on the rooftop. Noodles and snacks available, and billiards. Friendly staff.

It was nothing I didn't like, but I think they would benefit from removing some red flags which could deter experienced travellers from booking. - it says on Booking that the property handles all payments and that it got to be paid in advance. Property will let me know.....and that's usually a no go for me. That bank transfer thing isn't quick, cheap and easy for many foreigners. But then, Booking.com took the payment. So easy that way - Got a message about a pre arrival form that had to be filled out 24h before arrival, but the link only opened up a totally empty page! When I contacted them, it turned out to not be needed after all. - Maps.me say OYO Dad's Bayview pension, and that's a huge red flag for many, especially for those who have been to India for some time. Once OYO even took money from me for a scam hotel in Thailand that did not exist. They had stolen photos from another hotel, and the money was taken through an OYO payment link, not through booking.com. - NEED some online cleaning up!.. but after all there is NO problem booking here.

Location, big room with hot and cold water. The shaped boat hotel.and the view as well.

Prijs en een gevoel van zeevaart, kamer was schoon

Uiten de kamer was het rommelig en niet schoon

Affordable and clean

The room was big

The bed is too hard

Affordable, comfortable

None

Clean respectable

The important thing about this place is just to know what you are getting. It is decent and cheap and the airconditioning and WIFI work. It doesn't serve breakfast, so be ready to get out to some of the cafes nearby. There is a beautiful view of the harbor, but it's a view over the neighborhood, which is not scenic. The door security is not great. So just know what you are getting and you will be fine.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms.

Bath towels and toiletries

Proximity to a friend's area, bay view

I wish the person on duty was more cordial and friendly

Quaint hotel not far from airport or town, clean comfortable, no kettle or fridge but water dispensers on each floor, good for one night, pretty dodgy neighbourhood but close walk to centre

Spacious rooms with free drinking water on each floor and a pool table and bar on the top. The bathroom was super small however and the air con was so loud it was very difficult to sleep without earplugs

The room was big with a desk (all we need to plan the rest of our trip)

There’s like a ant’s highway couldn’t kept any food for more than an hour exept if you like some extra protein! The shower holder was broken and everything was looking super old and dirty.

The rooms are large, spacious, the bathroom is large, the shower has hot water. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great

We stayed in a big room first floor on the right with couch, 2 bedrooms and view on the bay and street. Everything was clean and wifi was great. We also liked the location, since it is 5min motodrive away from the main streets. Plus it has a bar on the roof.

Nothing.

It’s close to the bay

It’s dusty inside the rooms, the sink was filthy, the bathroom was also filthy and the water looked like it’s from the sea. It’s was almost brown.

Nice clean hotel. Good location. Nice staff. Strong WIFI. Good price

All good

Great location, very friendly staff. Value for money.

Very friendly and helpful family run hotel. Large clean room. Very comfortable bed. Location was good. Pleasant view from room of the bay. Daily House Keeping - ———————————- Advertisement in Booking.com highlighted daily room cleaning, but in reality this was cleaning every other day. Which was thorough and acceptable.

Disturbed Sleep - 1. Woken at 04:00 in the morning on Tuesday 28th January by the sound loud laughter and talking. I left my room to investigate and found a male member of on-duty staff (on duty to work the front desk) and several female visitors having drinks in an area outside the main entrance and below my room on the first floor. Upon locating the source of the loud noise of laughter and talking so early in the morning I gestured to the male member of staff and the other people gathered that I was trying to sleep and to please keep the noise level down. I returned to my room and the gathering quietened for a short period of time and resumed the original level of loud noise of laughter and talking shortly after. The gathering continued until 05:00, for a total of one hour and then fell silent. At which point I was able to sleep. 2. This all occurred again, two days later on Thursday 30 January but woken at 03:30. Visitors departed at 05:00. Loud talking for one and half hours despite leaving my room and gesturing that it was too noisy and I could not sleep. I was greeted with a smile by a male, the female visitors in attendance smiled. I returned to my room, the noise of loud talking subsided for a short time and then resumed its original pitch until 05:00 I’m the morning. At 05:00 I heard the sound of scrapping chairs and the sound of two motorcycle engines being started. Then we had silence again and I slept soundly. Conclusion - Family living in same building retire for evening daily at gone midnight, and wake early at approximately 07:00. There needs to be a compromise on acceptable levels of noise between the family living space and the paying guests rooms above the living space. Paying guests expect peace and quiet at night, and a good nights sleep. Not to be disturbed during the early hours of the morning for long periods of time. Noise from the family living space on the ground floor is very easy to resolve.

spacious room

Good location and we are satisfied with our room

In the stairs, it smells cigaret

What a lovely place! We had the 2 bedroom suite. Really good lay out and size. Comfy bed. The building itself is brilliant! Pool tables and a bar on the roof. Really good location, away from town but close enough to walk.

The balcony could do with a couple of chairs, and the bathroom could do with an update. But both fine.

Not much. I stayed only 1 night just to take a van to el nido the next morning

There is ZERO communication. I asked a simple question 5 times, they answer to my messages but never answer the question. I was just asking if the reception was open 24h… The room smells awful, everything is old and creepy, you just avoid to touch anything… the beds are not confortable, the AC is very loud. The next day in the morning a 5 years old kid was at the reception asking how I want to pay, but I already paid… can’t recommend it

The size of the room The price The location Hot shower

Budget friendly and clean. Helpful staff.

Not that I dont like but if you have older people traveling with you they need to walk up and down the stairs.

Price, they gave me a two bedroom apartment for 22$ American

The size of the room, balcony. Cheap!

It’s like going back in time. Twin beds - one in the middle of room. Literally like a coffin ⚰️ No kettle, water dispenser in the corridor but empty so didn’t get to refill drinking water in the evening when arrived. No hot water in the shower. No isolation - prepare for roosters from 4am. Aircon is super loud and clogged the balcony over night. I don’t know - better to pay a little bit more and stay in comfort.

Very cool hotel reminded us of a boat, very convenient location, closewalk to tourist spots and to Baywalk. Staff very helpful organising driver for a tour and for transfer to Sabang at very competitive rate. Nice rooftop area with lovely view (and bar)

For the price was amazing, clean and friendly, bathroom is a little older style but very clean. Air con a little loud but worked efficiently and kept us all cool.

Big Suite/rooms and friendly personal. Nice roof top bar with view on the harbour.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, good working AC and hot shower. Nice to have a pool bar on the roof of the hotel with cold beers! Location is not close to lots of restaurants and bars but easy to get to with a short trike trip. Plaza Cuartel, Baywalk and ferry terminal to Coron within 10 minutes walk.

Everything was good.

Near the airport

The bed sheets were dirty! The water is gray. The AC was horrible

Once we arrived from our morning flight they let us check straight in which was a massive help. Decent value for a budget one night stay

There were some people running and shouting loudly at 1am which was odd

Location near to the city proper, helpful staff and nice rooms.

Nice ambiance. Very comfortable to stay.

Nothing

It's a simple hotel but it does the job. I booked it because it's very close to the port, so I could walk to catch the ferry. It's not too far from restaurants and bars either.

There are children in the hotel, I think they are the owners' children, so there is some noise. It is a simple place, but it is in line with the price.

property is near the airport. the facilities are old but decent.

Booked this hotel in Puerto Princesa again after our trip to El Nido because we had a very comfortable stay here. Something to add to my previous review is that this hotel also provides free water from the water dispenser located on each floor, and mugs are also provided for the guests. The hotel also has a unique feature of looking like a ship, and even the windows and corridors resembles like that of a ship. The balcony also overlooks toward the beach where you can watch beautiful sunsets and boats sailing.

I like everything about this hotel. Situated near the airport, shopping centers, cathedral, and even near the baywalk so it's very convenient and accessible. In terms of service, the staff are quite laid back yet very nice and accommodating. It feels like a second home. The room is nice and clean, water pressure is also good. Beds are comfy, AC works fine, has cable tv but limited channels, good wifi connection. They even have a balcony to hang your wet clothes. To top it all off, it's the most budget-friendly hotel I found. Overall, very good place to stay. Will book again and recommend to others as well.

Clean, spaceous Host can book for you underground river trip, transport to the airport for a good price! Also have drinking water station so you can top up your water bootle!

The family room had multiple bedrooms, and common space. Good price and fairly okay for short stays.

The lights are not the best, as women, we found it hard to get ready in the morning. There was not enough or clean mirrors. The bathroom would need some improvement. A bit noisy. No cups or tea, or coffee in the room, but there are mugs next to the water dispenser.

Simply amazing, great accommodation which has fast internet, amazing and helpful team led Alex who owns and manages the place - simply couldnt ask for someone better, Alex was very helpful in every single way and I extended my stay because of him. The rooms are very clean, and the location is right next to the Baywalk area - great for the beach and the night markets. There is a local shop right next door so the area is very convenient and only 10 mins away from the airport. I will certainly be coming back here for my next visit to Puerto Princesa

The room was full of flying bugs The facility was old and it was very obvious

It’s near the airport and other’s establishment such as jollibee , mcdonalds and others.

The room were just good. The first room was a bit creepy but we have change the room since there’s leak on the ceiling.

Walkable distance to the mall, shops, beach
