There was nothing to dislike

Hospitality is exceptional

Very clean and spacious with private parking and lovely hosts - very friendly and welcoming. Big comfy bed too. And made sure we had everything we needed for the dog who was made very welcome too.

I stayed in Breeze Guest House last night as I was going to a gig in Bootle. Lovely welcome on arrival and when I mentioned that I won't be having breakfast as I'd an early flight this morning, the lady very kindly dropped some fruit and a pastry up to me. These were great to have this morning as I was leaving for airport at 5.30am. Stayed on a room on top floor, spacious with a great shower and lots of small windows so the room was lovely and cool. Great value, clean accommodation with brilliant customer service. I look forward to my next stay.

The location was perfect for the event we attended

Our room was on the tip floor so we had to carry luggage up the stairs. Not a big issue but the only negative

The room was clean and a good size. It was very quiet at night so I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was very good too. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good although experience in the dining room was not so good. Owners dog allowed to wander round nudging for food and hanging around the tables. Dining room very untidy with overflowing rubbish bin left for the whole 4 mornings and just stuff everywhere, not a pleasant experience

Room had no storage apart from 8 hangers in the wardrobe and the drawers in the cabinet didn't open. Room was very small with a pillar at the end of the bed which made walking to the bathroom difficult. No bedside cabinets but one side of the bed did have an empty fridge there with a kettle and some cups on although this was advertised as a coffee maker. No air conditioning in the room as advertised just a fan the room was very hot and stuffy at night and we had to open windows which made is a disturbing night sleep with the traffic on the busy road outside. Bathroom had no room to store toiletries and the sink was tiny could hardly fit your hands in to wash. Bathroom floor didn't look like it had been cleaned fluff and hairs on the lino

Difficult to say as there was a heatwave on. i suppose air conditioning would be great. but as its the UK its rarely needed, so I think maybe that is an unnecessary expense for the owner at present.

Dry good cooked full English for my husband II had yog plus you and cereal mix in a pot plus orange juice plus teapot very welcome as I had a sore throat. I was offered full English but did not choose it oh also toast availability

I’m particular about my pillow but couldn’t expect to find exact one of my choice, didn’t not like any of the pillows, but there were 3 to choose from and I still slept wellLarge airy room

Cosy, clean and quiet! Lovely host and great breakfast! We stayed on the hottest ever day of the year but the hist had set up our room with a fan. There was ample parking, it was clean and homely. Couldn’t have asked for bstter on a bidget

We was met with a very cheery welcome, and made to feel at home. Whilst we landed in the middle of a heatwave we were provided with a fan to help move the air around. The room was clean and tidy and breakfast was great.

Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. First day only crossants and cereals were available for breakfast. We requested toast which was willingly provided. Cooked breakfast was offered on second day which was very nice.

Price was hiked due to concert at Anfield which made this a very expensive hotel, for the standard of the place. Which was a shame.

No bedside cabinets, only small cups, no spoons, only wooden sticks for stirring, and no glasses for cold drinks. No sink plug. Limited breakfast selection, no cooked breakfast as was advertised.

The couple was exceptionally nice and helpful and the room was really spacious and comfy.

The location. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Manu options were delightfully simple but very tasty.

The bed was clean, in a large airy room but could have been better as it was an old fashioned wire meshed base with a mattress on top rather than a divan.

Nice location just outside of the city with easy routes in, the room was spacious and comfortable and had a fridge which comes in handy. The TV in the room was also a smart TV so you could relax watching Netflix in the evening. Julie and Peter were very friendly and welcoming and have done a great job with the little extra touches such as the bottle of water and biscuits on the tea and coffee tray. Breakfast was delicious with a range of cereals, fruit and pastries as well as a cooked breakfast.

There isn't anything I disliked about the property or my stay, would 100% book again!

My personal preference is for a large cup.of tea and the cups were very small. There was no tea spoon in the room to stir the tea.

Excellent place to stay the owner was so lovely to me, when I was struggling to get a taxi for my Christmas party she kindly took me. I can't thank her enough
