Not far away from a shop for milk etc..staff was nice great room with microwave and fridge
Inside the draws are not fixed to the draw
Location
I have stayed a few times got bit by bed bugs.🐞
Good value for money for a 1 night stay compared to other hotels based in the city
Although the bed linen and bathroom were clean the carpets, curtains and walls were all badly stained which gave a grubby feeling to the room.
The room was quiet, bed fairly comfortable and the parking although very tight spaces was handy .
Shower was cold first thing on a morning, shower room could have been cleaner. TV reception was poor.
It was my second time staying at the property and it was lovely. Got an upgrade as well which was handy.
Prices and staff
None
Helpfull staff.
The room was lovely and the staff were so friendly. Stayed here twice, so cheap for what you get
Not really anything. I liked all of it
Comfortable bed
Too many stairs and the outside looks shabby
Nice staff
The staff member Mohamed was vey helpful he gave me extra milk and sugar straight away when I asked him I got a double bed instead of a single bed which was great also the tv had prime and Netflix which was a bonus overall it was a pleasant experience
Every thing about my stay there was excellent and I could not fault anything about the accommodation I will recommend this hotel to other people I know also I will be using this accommodation again without hesitation
Nice people
Comfortable beds Easy check in Friendly staff
We booked in 14.30 ISH, went to a gig, came back & left the hotel 22.45. We drove back to Lincoln rather than stay. You have to ring a bell for the guy to let you in. The place is a dreadful mess, in a bad area. We couldn't believe the mess outside. Over spilling bins, wrecked & discarded baby car seat, rubbish bags. Dirty, torn curtains at the windows. I thought we'd arrived at some hostel. I asked the guy what sort of place this is. We paid £95 !! God knows why. I checked on the website for other dates & it was coming up as budget hotel for £50/60. I really can't understand why booking.com has anything to do with this place & will be communicating with them about this. The second guy at reception was lovely, tried helping us with directions to our gig. Showed us our room. Inside looked mush better than outside but there was tatty furniture, dirty roller blinds, dirty bathroom & splats of god knows what on the walls. Tea, coffee, blood ?? Who could tell ! Oddly the room had a microwave, sink to wash up & a rusty old mini fridge - making us think these rooms were more hostel like. I queried why we had an e mail asking for all our details, a photo of my driving licence, address, mobile number & bank card details - for breakage cover ! What a joke. Also - no, we hadn't filled that out as it seemed dodgy. I've never been asked for such details at any hotel ever ! Somehow we have been duped by the website photos, which looks nothing like the place we saw. I am determined to get answers as it's not something we would normally do - leave a room & just lose £95 !
Everything - there was nothing to like ! Dreadful experience & I hope people take notice. When I booked I could not see reviews, yet later when checking everything - there were some shockingly poor reviews alluding to scams, the dirt & run down state of the place. I am going to avoid booking .com in the future & take this up with them.
Clean , helpful staff Couldn’t fault
Nothing
The price, friendly staff, cleanliness, close to the venue we were attending, the suite with two toilets and two sofas, the parking.
No TV in room with sofas. No cutlery and crockery despite microwave in room but the receptionist found paper plates and some glasses and spoons for us to help us out with our cereal and juice.
Served the purpose we booked for to attend nearby concert. Room was very spacious but very tired looking decor and fixtures and fittings but for what we paid it served a purpose and Mohammed on reception was more than helpful
Very tired and dated, looks very run down from the outside and internal carpets appeared quite old and stained.
The room was spacious
Unfortunately, there were several things I was unhappy with. There was no receptionist available in the evening when I needed assistance, and nobody answered when I tried to contact the property. There was a very loud and aggressive guest in the neighbouring room, with shouting and repeated door slamming after midnight, which seriously disturbed my sleep. I have voice recordings of the noise. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming into my room, and the room itself smelled of smoke. The window would not close properly, and the room was very hot, so this made the situation worse. The furniture was very outdated, with some items broken, and I have photographs showing the condition. I had also explained that I was using a crutch and was told I would be given a downstairs room, but I was allocated a first-floor room instead. Overall, I felt uncomfortable and unsupported during my stay and did not feel that the accommodation was good value for money.
Not a lot
Condoms and beer cans under the bed. Brown stains up the wall. Horrid stench from the bathroom. Had to ask for clean bedding and towels. Fridge was mouldy and thick dust under and around the fridge unit.
Very handy for where I was working. Staff friendly. Pub and restaurant within walking distance. Parking. Good Wifi
A bit shabby tbh. Looks like a refurbishment is needed / underway.
Friendly staff, good facilities and good location to get into Liverpool. They gave me a surprise upgrade too!
Price was good, spacious room, clean bedding, shower ok. Nice to have small kitchenette.
Very warm, bed had plastic backed mattress protector which was very sweaty, no fan so windows open which made it incredibly noisy. Sadly we found the bed uncomfortable. Car park was very small and vehicles already parked made the 2 spaces that were available unusable so parked on road.
Cleanliness
Clean, tidy, pleasant
Location, parking
Bed was comfy
Shower did not work properly, spraying water out the valve. Cramped space in single room, nowhere to store bags.
Helpful staff
Easy parking Good bistro 2 minutes away 10 minutes walk to station Good value
No lounge area/breakfast available
The receptionist was friendly and nice. Easy to check in and out (avoid online check-in).
There were no parking spaces available when I arrived, so I had to park on a nearby street instead. There was a golf tournament happening during my stay, which seemed to push the prices up quite a bit compared to normal. The microwave had a really strong smell, like leftover curry. When I tried to heat water for coffee, the taste was affected, so I stopped using it. You can easily hear conversations from the rooms next door, so soundproofing isn’t great. The bathroom fan was running constantly, day and night, which made it hard to sleep. I ended up disconnecting it just to get some rest. The online check-in asked for passport photos and credit card details, which I didn’t feel comfortable sharing online, so I skipped it and checked in at reception instead.
Pub across the road
The constant dripping from the shower all night You can sit on the toilet, wash your feet in the shower whilst brushing your teeth all at the same time
The location was ok, as we were only there for a quick job. The home bargains across the road was a life saver.
Cleanliness was poor, suspected the room wasn’t cleaned because it wasn’t initially the room we were supposed to be in(had to be moved because it was smelling of damp and was stuffy), a pair of boxers left behind confirmed my suspicion and we had to leave before our checkout day. Toilet seat was also broken, and the cover was just on the side when we got to the room. Had to wait for sometime when we got to the hotel because there was nobody at the reception to give us keys to the room. We also had to buy toilet hand wash, room freshener, and a kettle because the kettle in the room looked so unclean and a bit rusted. The hotel in general was smelling like cigarettes.
My priorities when choosing accommodation are its location and proximity to my destination, good value for money, and well-equipped rooms with amenities such as a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. The customer service is exceptional. Always remember me which makes me feel appreciated as a customer.
Nothing
Great Price
Friendly staff. Good wifi. Could put my bicycle in the backyard
Room did not smell nice at all, relatively shabby. It was relatively cheap and that's that. Would not stay again.
The hospitality we received was exceptional, and thanks to the manager’s(juned) kindness and attention to detail, our trip to Liverpool was even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!
Had a wonderful stay! The room was well-equipped with great amenities, including a fridge and oven, plus complimentary water and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the manager went above and beyond to help with anything I needed.
Overall stay and facilities very good.
Free parking friendly greeting basic but decent room
Lovely staff, smooth check in. Great value for money. Nice room and a bottle of water and 2 cans of pop was a very nice touch. Location ok, home bargains straight across the road and tesco is a 10min drive away so convenient if you need to grab anything.
Bed was a tad small but comfy enough for 2 nights. The only thing missing from the room was a mirror. There was one in the bathroom but could do with one in the bedroom for when your getting ready.
Excellent location, clean rooms. Each room has a kettle, microwave and fridge. The staff are excellent, especially the wonderful Muhammad. Why stay anywhere else?
Nothing.
It was the worse place I have ever been in my life. So bad that I ended up not staying even though I had pre payed because the rooms were in such bad condition

After I went to my room the member of staff messaged me directly on the app and asked if I was okay, I was a but confused as to why and I'd never had that before at any other hotel. I was on my own at the time and I just got a creepy vibe from that.
Clean beds and bathrooms, comfortable.
The outside appearance at the entrance initially put us off. The windows had poor coverings and looked dirty . We almost cancelled . I’m sure this is an inexpensive fix to make it a little more inviting. After we went in the room is basic but clean and comfortable.
Split level room, Fridge with microwave and kettle and comfy bed, good internet and 5g (vodafone), Short walk to Tesco superstore. Plenty of hot water.
Really needs a lick of paint or wallpaper, room furniture very flimsy, no stand on the bottom of the tv so had to prop it up. Showerhead needs a good dig out of limescale Nothing overly major but worth looking at to sort out. Parking is a little tight.
very comfy beds and decent rooms for the price paid, only a 10 minute drive from blackstone street warehouse which is where we were for the weekend,15 minutes away from town centre aswell. tv had all the channels and netflix and youtube
.
Absolutely nothing,
The place was terrible, more like a motel than a hotel. Room was dirty, stairs smelly with cigarettes, no Room service to clean Room. Strangers kept on knocking on my room, one even opened it saying he thought i had checked out. Bed not comfortable. No reception at desk when you need them. No change of towels and toiletries till check out. Maybe I was expecting too much for the low price, but it wasn't it at all!!!0
room was perfect no issues this is my second time in this hotel and is the only place i would stay now when i travel to Liverpool
Location
Needs a full refurb!
The WiFi connection is really fast for mobile phones, laptops and even the smart TV in the room. Provided with a freezer microwave and kettle. Tea coffee milk sugar biscuits etc. Ensuite was very clean and spacious, shower clean also Coat hangers, hair dryer, fresh towels are provided whenever required. Above all else the staff here are friendly, helpful, respectful, and will always go the extra mile to make my stays as smooth and comfortable. I couldn't fault this place for the price you pay there is no better value for money. Can't fault it.
The staff were incredibly professional, helpful and polite. The room was clean and had a kettle and a microwave. The room was made up regularly.
The car park was often full.
The man on reception was very helpful and friendly.
The outside of the hotel very scruffy and the curtains in the room terrible old and tatty
Very spacious rooms
Kettle & microwave next to kitchen sink " electrics & water do not go together .. could really do with a deep clean & better set up .. a couple of items of cutlery & crockery for kitchen area would be a good idea too
Location was reasonable
First room I had was a duplex with literally just a bed and a microwave and fridge in level 1. Nothing on the second level, just the shower room and lots of empty space- weird No furniture, no desk, table, chairs or anything
Not the first time I've stayed here, currently my 3rd or 4th stay at trivelles. Staff are great and will help with anything you just need to ask. For the price of the room per night, you will not find better value for money. The rooms are clean and tidy and apart from the no lifts ( I am fit and healthy so this isn't an issue) this place is a great place to stay.
The staff at the desk were very friendly and polite, and made me feel at home. I stay at this hotel regularly because it’s close to work. Room 204 was cozy — more like a little apartment — with stairs leading up to a loft bed, tucked away from other guests. It also had a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle, so there was no need to go out for anything. Value for money
Bins need cleaning
Staff prepared to move their vehicle for us to park our car
Parking very sparse. Room smelt damp and a funny smell. No tv etc in room
Firstly the staff member in reception was amazing. Muhammad I stayed in room 207 and you made booking in and booking out easy and were happy to answer any of my questions a credit to the hotel. The room is small but cosy with nice a sized and may I add very clean en suite bathroom the bed sheets were clean and clean towels where provided. The room came with a kettle, fridge and microwave I was supplied with coffee and fresh bottled water upon entering the room and was happy to find out that my room had a smart TV with strong WiFi. For the price I paid for 2 nights, you will not find better value for your money I was so delighted I extended my stay for an extra 5 nights. Would definitely recommend trivelles for a cheap as chips last minute stay also very accommodating with electric vehicles.
I liked everything
Very nice
The staff member was very friendly and helpful, bathroom was fine, separate toilet was useful. We were upgraded which was appreciated so had a fridge and access to some plates, bowls and cutlery, a couch and more room to store luggage. Parking was right outside.
Plug in air freshener was a bit overpowering.
It was comfortable and quiet.
N/A
Location close to where I needed to go. Value for money. Microwave and fridge
Room 104 has no where to hang clothes/coat. Tv is very far with no remote. No socket close to the bed.
Was clean and felt safe inside but a little rough around the edges.
Miles from anywhere.
Location was good for Grand National. Pub nearby was lovely.
Booked a deluxe suite which was supposed to have sofas as well as a bed. There was no sofa in the living area. The lights did not work so was moved to another much smaller room. Curtains were dirty and very poor quality - not fit for purpose. Lots of marks on walls and paint on bathroom door. No wardrobe to hang clothes, only a small area on wall. Furniture dated and scruffy. Very disappointing for the price paid. Free car parking on site advertised but spaces very limited.
Stayed here a few times now and honestly… at this point I should probably just move in 😂 The staff are absolutely lovely—friendly, welcoming, and somehow always in a good mood. The rooms are spot on too—clean, warm, and smell that nice. Everything just feels easy and comfortable here, which is exactly what you want. Zero complaints, zero regrets—only problem is leaving! Would 100% recommend
No complaints Would 100% recommend
Lovely staff lovely room just love the place
Nothing everything all good
I’ve stayed here a number of times now and it never disappoints. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful—they really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are lovely, always clean, warm, and have a really fresh, pleasant smell as soon as you walk in, which makes such a difference. It genuinely feels comfortable and relaxing every time I stay. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone—you definitely won’t regret staying here. Looking forward to my next visit already!
