Taiba Suites Madinah

Close to the prayer area for women

Everything was perfect

The place was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was right in front of the masjid. One could hear the azan and walk comfortably to the women's section. The kitchen was well equipped.

Markarem Suites in Madina: A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Markarem Suites – A View Like No Other My recent stay at Markarem Suites in Madina was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist with every detail truly set the tone for a memorable visit. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully furnished with a modern yet serene touch. It offered every comfort I could ask for, making it a perfect space to relax after a day of spiritual reflection and exploration. But the highlight – without a doubt – was the breathtaking view of the Prophet’s Mosque (Al-Masjid an-Nabawi). Waking up each morning and seeing the majestic green dome and minarets from my window was a surreal and deeply moving experience. It added a profound sense of peace and connection to my entire stay. Whether you're visiting Madina for pilgrimage, reflection, or rest, I can’t recommend Markarem Suites highly enough. It offers not only exceptional comfort but a spiritual ambiance that’s hard to put into words. I’ll definitely be returning, insha’Allah.

The convenience

The staff did not try and accommodate my request for an upgrade even though the hotel was half empty

The rooms were spacious, the suites are a great choice and amenities were great. Located right next to the masjid and close by to the women's section. Housekeeping was amazing and so helpful. Particularly MD Alam who went above and beyond for us.

Lovely location - amazing rooms

Nothing - it was perfect !

The deco, location and facilities

The women section nearby was always full

I would book again whenever I'll go to jeddah Jeddah Very good location and facilities Very good staff and good choices for breakfast Well trained staff

Location, straight to the prayer area of the Masjid Al Nabawi and right above the shopping center and restaurants

It looked like the room needed a little update. Although was welcoming and very clean sheets, and the Haram view from the room, its hard to add any negative review about it, but just a little bit, just a little, gives u a feeling that the room is old a bit. Not 100% welcoming. Overall tho 👍

Everything is good! Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel, recommended 💕

This hotel is in a superb location. Staff were helpful and polite. The rooms were fully equipped and newly refurbished.

I’d recommend the hotel finishing their overall refurbishment of the hotel as some parts of the hotel were still outdated. Also, the hotel benefits from several entry and exit points which is very helpful but some signage to where the exit/entry leads to will help visitors and guests

Location

Poor and untrained reception staff! The receptionist refused and delayed my check-in time after 4:00 pm even though I was companied with my 2 old parents! And when I told him that I will call the tourists police he gave me the keys! Totally irresponsible member

Renovated rooms. Location excellent

Very nicely renovated. Location is excellent. Very spacious.

Not enough cutlery and crockery for the size of apartment booked.

Air conditioning system was poor. Fans blew air with unbearable smell. We requested multiple times for fixing it but no one responded. So we turned off the AC of the affected room.

Location

No breakfast. Location excellent We were given a room which I wasn’t happy about. Second floor facing men’s toilet of the haram. Reception changed the room to 13 floor haram view. Amazing view

At check in requested for room higher up . Reception said nothing. But when I complained about the view he changed the room

Excellent location .. nice size apartments

Lift congessions …. No High quality WIFI …. Communication with reception and house keeping poor

Great location, amazing spacious suites, great design and smart features, and great facilities

The A/C was not working properly. After 2nd check up by maintenance guy, we requested to change our suite but they refused. When we came at night, one of rooms was really hot and hand change the suite in middle of night. Imagine moving your stuff for a family of 8 members at midnight.

PERFECT, JUST PERFECT, EXCEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

NOTHING

Staff helpful Mr khalid on reception help us alot

Location

The name was change to makarem now. Taiba is the old name. I booked executive suites with haram view. The room is very big. Can fit 5-6 people. Complete with kitchen and washing machine. Very clean like in the picture. Comfortable. the location is good, very near to annabawi gate 333-330. Downstairs got shopping mall, bin dawood, perfumes store, albaik restaurants, karak and souvenirs shop.

Check in time is around 4pm. And hard to check in early. Except if your baby are crying then they will allow you to check in early. Most receptionist has this snobbish attitude and not that friendly.

Very close to medina ladies gates

Lifts are awful

Spacious and close to haram, nice view clean

The WiFi was more than horrible %95 it would not work and keeps getting disconnected

The suite itself

Response time of housekeeping was to long

Huge and clean ! Loved it plus the facilities that comes with it The washing machine the fridge feeezer the stove ! Everything was perfect

All good

WELL DONE,VERY LOVELY AND SPACIOUS ROOMS, A REAL PLEASURE,KEEP IT UP

The room where great Location was awesome Cleanliness and service Wass top notch

There was gutter smell flowing from the Airco directly in our sleeping room. They kinda didn't know where the problem was coming from So first they send housekeeping to clean and spray but I immediately told them this is not a problem the cleaning team can solve. Then they send a mechanic team who couldn't find anything wrong with the airco. Any how the smell got away after a while and returned a few times. It was so strong we could smell it on our clothes and bed sheets etc. If it would have stayed continuously I would not recommend staying in here. I hope they fix this permanently ! The lift was not functioning properly.

Very very close to haram.. actually right 8nfront of it.. first row

Its not a hotel.. its more of a serviced appartment. Not well taken care of. Windows are not tight, causing alot of noise and hot air.. Windows have wooden screens that limits the view

The location and general condition was brilliant.

The room and location is absolutely perfect. Room service was excellent. Extremely spacious, amazing amenities available

We got to the property early but no room as available so had to wait until past 4 which is the normal time. Checkin took a long time and they asked for extra 500 riyal security deposit.

Location., room size, newly renovated rooms Cleaning service

Some of the other guests ( privately owned units ) were smoking and leaving the room doors open. Caused the passages to have strong cigarette smells.

The room was comfortable and the location was superb—close to Masjid-e-Nabvi. However, during our 5-day stay, housekeeping only came twice, and that too only after we specifically requested them to take out the garbage. It would’ve been better if room cleaning was done more regularly without needing to ask.

Thank you Ms. Dimah for you kind assistance. Nice place and suit my family needs.

It was great 5 stars experience

In the booking details the room included a washing machine but we didn’t get it in our suite that we had

Location best possible hotel near haram specially if you are with your elderly parents. House keeping staff were good and diligent. I would say a good 3 star experience may be 4 star. But main question is if its value for money. Then Yes it is as your main purpose is prayers and how early and easily you can go to mosque. There was construction work going on right above our room. Extremely noisy. Receptionist was just like " oh i am sorry , we cant do anything." At the end its all location location and location.other things dont matter too much. Overall i would recommend this hotel. I think compared to the reviews , i found hotel service much better.

Clean and new furniture and design. The make an upgrade for me to 3 bedrooms. Great Service and professional & helpful staff.

The fare for the parking could be less and if breakfast is considered and avaliable in the hotel will be great.

Loved the space and decor.

Some lift foyers were a long way from the room and the corridor did not connect 360 degrees

Great property Excellent location Very clean Negative points The check in requires a deposit where they can take by card but always give back cash riyals which is odd that they can't refund it back in the same currency or back to card. I don't really want 500 riyals cash when I am about to leave the country. I also didn't know they needed a deposit so we didn't have it ready and it delayed us going to our room. Would have been nice to have dishwasher and washing machine powder. The housekeeping took our cloth to clean the kitchen and didn't replace and that was the only one.

Location was wonderful.

I didn’t like restaurants beside hotel.
