MADEN Al Rawda

Everything was good...the location, clean rooms, food, and the receptionist Mr. Abdul Rehman who helped in early check-in, which made our stay more comfortable.

The location is very near to the Haram (gate no.: 330).

The staff never respond to room service. We had to wait till asr, and even then they would come in our absence. Room cleaning is very average.

Very beautiful hotel, serene and comfortable. The staff from the reception and dining were exceptional. They were very helpful and went out of their way to solve a personal issue i had. The location was also excellent right across from masjid al nabawiyy. Highly recommended

Nothing

Very disappointing. This was my second time staying here, but honestly, the experience was much worse than I expected and definitely not worth the price. * Parking costs SAR 120 per day, which is already quite expensive. * If you park somewhere else, the bellboy won’t come to collect your luggage. * You can’t even stop in front of the hotel to load or unload your luggage because the police may issue a ticket. * If you order through HungerStation or another delivery app, the delivery person isn’t allowed to come up to your room. Reception told me I had to go downstairs to collect my order. Even the bellboy wouldn’t deliver it to my room. For a hotel at this price point, I honestly expected much better service and convenience. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Very good and excellent

About the location and Brand

construction work on behind ,

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst examples of customer service I have witnessed in Saudi Arabia. We were given the wrong suite, and when we approached the staff to explain the situation and ask about an upgrade or another reasonable solution, we were met with an incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude. Rather than trying to understand the issue or offer any form of accommodation, the staff were dismissive and unwilling to help. What made the experience particularly upsetting was not simply the issue with the suite, but the way it was handled. Mistakes can happen at any hotel, but professionalism, respect, and a genuine effort to assist guests should be basic expectations in the hospitality industry. The hotel refused to issue a refund. I am still fighting with them to refund the one night they charged us. We ended up leaving and not staying at this hotel. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution future guests before booking this hotel. The lack of customer service and the attitude of the staff were completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression.

Unprofessional receptionist and luck of understanding and customer service.

Aşçı Cemil Yemekler çok güzeldi Özellikle Şef Cemil Usta bütün misafirlerle ayrı ayrı ilgilenerek yemekler hakkında bilgi veriyor.Türk Mutfağı,Asya Mutfakları hakkında bilgilendirmeler yapıyor.

They gave us a room with Haram view. Room facilities and cleanness were spotless! Food was great with multiple options available! ((I loved the traditional free coffee and dates available in the lobby area)) Staff members were super helpful and smiley, especially Salim AlHarby at the queries desk who spent considersble time helping us to retrieve our train tickets!

Same repetitive menu in the breakfast. They changed 1 or 2 items daily and thats it.

Parking facility. They should have a system to give parking free for guests who stay over a week and someone who has been a regular guest over the years. Disappointed.

The stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized.

Nothing major. Everything was great

Plenty of lifts so no waiting at salah times. Lobby was large, and bright and clean. Rooms were immaculate with some modern facilities.

House keeping was very poor. When I would request rooms to be cleaned, they would only make the beds and remove the dirty towels. Vacuuming and wiping surfaces should be done daily! Stock replenishment was also poor.

Location- in front of Haram

Location is super 50 meter from AlHaram AlNabawy

Very close to Almasjed Alnabawy . Good value of money. Very clean.

Everything is excellent. Special thanks to the staff, who are very friendly and cooperative.

Only location

The hotel advertises 3 single rooms as a suite contain three small rooms at a very high price, but after staying there, it turns out that it does not have a shared lounge, only 3 single rooms connected by a very narrow corridor.
