Mr. Saad was very polite at front desk and made checkin process fast. The breakfast is excellent and house keeping is superb. The employees are very cooperative and helpful

The hotel is very neat,clean and have a nice smell the wholeway, they receive you with bukhoor and beautiful smile. Ms Ashwag in the front desk, she made our checking in very fast and gave us a complimentary room with a view on Haram. The hotel is so near to Haram 3 mins walking specifically to women gates. Room service satff Mr.Rashid and Mr Hussein are always available and helpful. In room dining is very good and value for money.

My only comment is that the soundproof is bad, u can hear anything happening outside. However, that is a minor issue compared to all other good things. Definitely am coming back again.

Very close to haram 2 to 3 min walks only. It is very clean hotel and rooms size very comfortable. All.dtaff take care of your needs. Reception always ask you if need any help or any notes. الخدمة ممتازة، سريعي الاستجابة كانت هناك مشكلة في دورة المياه أرسلو الصيانة بدون تأخير وحلت المشكلة عند ازدحام المصاعد كان يتواجد موظف يساعد في التنظيم

عدد المصاعد قليل ويزدحم المكان بسبب ذلك ويطول الانتظار

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour, et un point fort majeur a été l'hospitalité exceptionnelle. En séjournant dans les chambre 904 et 905, Rashed Alam a vraiment rendu l'expérience mémorable. La chambre était toujours impeccable, confortable et bien entretenue tout au long de ma visite. Chaque fois que j'avais besoin de quelque chose, qu'il s'agisse d'eau supplémentaire ou d'une assistance rapide, Rashed était rapide, professionnel et toujours servi avec un sourire authentique. Il est rare de voir un tel dévouement au confort des clients. Merci, Rashed, d'être allé au-delà pour rendre mon séjour si fluide et Relaxant. Hautement recommandé !

Ailece geldik ve iki oda tuttuk. Otel çok temiz ve güzel bir konumdaydı. Penceremizden Ravzayı Mutahhara'yı net olarak görebiliyorduk. Çalışanlar çok nazik, düşünceli ve beyefendilerdi. Çıkışta uçak saatimiz uyuşmadığı için valizlerimizi güvenli bir şekilde oradaki sorumluya söyleyerek lobiye bıraktık. Biz memnun kaldık.

The room was clean and spacious. The location is reasonable, its a bit off to the side and not directly behind haram to a bit of a walk to get to the mens section but you get what you pay for. Overall I'm very happy with this hotel.

The AC did not work when we checked into the room. We asked the attendant right when we walked in and he said it'll get cold soon, it clearly did not. I've seen this as a common theme as the workers just say whatever to get by in the moment. In any case, we ended up calling front desk the next day and they had about 5 different people come to try and fix it and I finally lost patience and got upset at one of the guys and said I want the room changed, and then things got going and a proper service technician came and fixed it.

Everything! The staff was very professional and helpful. We were served by Parvez and Redwan in the restaurant, also the manager there honoured my father and refused to take payment for his meal! The lady at the reception was also very caring and asked us genuinely how our stay was. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. We could see part of the prophet's (peace be upon him) mosque.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxing. The location is honestly unbeatable. it’s just a 2-minute walk from Al Haram. The highlight of my stay was having a perfect view of the green dome right from my window. The staff were also extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Great location, spotless rooms, an amazing view, and wonderful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

I actually didn’t get the chance to stay at this hotel because they kindly upgraded me to a 5-star hotel with breakfast included. It was such a lovely and generous gesture from them, and I really appreciated it. Even though I didn’t stay at the original hotel, their kindness and effort made my experience so far truly exceptional. It definitely left a very positive impression on me. He was there every day making sure our room was clean and that we had everything we needed. He truly deserves a promotion! 🌷 The location is excellent — very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and the women’s gate, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. 🕌❤️ The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully scented. I absolutely loved the aromatic diffuser throughout the hotel, the large bathroom and the excellent toiletries. We honestly didn’t need anything from outside. The welcome fruit bowl was such an unexpected surprise! 😍🍎🍊 The food was delicious! 😋 We had dinner at the hotel for all five nights, and the food was different every night, with a great variety. The staff were so kind that they even allowed me to take dessert back to my room. 🌷❤️ I may have forgotten the restaurant manager’s name, but Jazakum Allahu Khairan to him and the whole team for the wonderful food and service. Location: Perfect and extremely near to Haram and this is one of the biggest benefit of having this hotel. Room: It was good. Bathroom: Little bit small One thing I must add here, that the GM of this hotel is one of the most humble, down to earth and respectable person. I met with several hotel staff there and all were lovely.

1- قربه للحرم النبوي خاصةً مدخل النساء. 2- نظافة المكان.

1- الأسرّة لم تكن مريحة ومتعبة. 2- المصاعد تتأخر كثيرًا في الصعود والنزول. 3- المال مقابل الطعام، لم تكن وجبتي الافطار والعشاء بالمستوى المطلوب مع التأكيد قلة الأطباق الخليجية واضافة الأرز في الوجبتين! وعدم وجود مشروبات غازية مما يعني أن المال المدفوع مبالغ فيه للغاية مقابل قلة الأطباق. 4- اللوبي (قاعة الاستقبال) صغيرة جدًا مقابل أعداد النازلين في الطوابق ال14. 5- عمال تنظيف الغرف يحتاجون لتدريب أكثر. 6- توفر الماء للشرب في اليوم الواحد لا يكفي للنزلاء في الغرف.

Very affordable and conveniently located hotel near Masjid an-Nabawi. Just a 5-minute walk to Gate 327, with only the road to cross. Simple, decent, and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Hussein from housekeeping for being so kind and helpful during checkout. The reception ladies were also very welcoming, polite, and always smiling. I’ve stayed here 2 times before and I have had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for an affordable stay. This time I traveled with my spouse it was his first visit and I had made a few request and they assisted me with the request . In sha allah , I hope to stay with them more often

It was clean and well maintained but there was bad odor in one of the rooms that spoiled the experience. Have notified the same to reception staff hope they would look into this matter.

Several breakfast items were of poor quality, and the overall selection and preparation did not meet the standard expected from the hotel. * The food issue was significant enough that you skipped breakfast on your final day.

here was also the separate issue that your single-person booking was charged breakfast for two people, approximately SAR 100 per day, which added considerably to your disappointment. * In our earlier discussion of Al-Karam

An excellent experience overall. The room was very comfortable, clean, and provided a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. The stunning view of the Haram courtyard made our time here truly special, and the location was very convenient for daily prayers.

The Beds were too small

The experience was amazing, there was great attention to small details, everything was provided in the room, when requesting an extra item this was attended to really quickly I didn't have to wait long, I lost an item and it was kept safe for me for when I returned in the dedicated lost and found. The room was clean and the view of the masjid was beautiful, location was very close to the masjid less than 5 min walk. I would definitely come back again.

The lifts get busy during prayer times so it's a bit of a wait but compared to everything else this is a small inconvenience.
