Our room was very limited in terms of facilities. It was not in the main building and the room was more 3* hotel than 4*

Such a beautifully equipped apartment in a wonderful location inside the city walls. Awesome views! Staff were amazing.

Chambres très basiques avec une décoration minimaliste, devoir porter ses bagages du parking hors de la ville à l'hôtel, absence d'idications claires sur où se garer puis comment accéder à l'hôtel

De kamers waren zeker niet dezelfde als er op de Booking site staan. We zaten in een ander gebouw. De douche en toilet moeten worden nagekeken.

Estacionar es complicado y para llegar al hotel hay que recorrer varias cuadras con maletas. Sería deseable que brinden un mejor servicio al respecto. El desayuno que ofrecen no es bueno

A sala da recepção, o chuveiro e o bar/restaurante.

Deveriam ter um transporte para levar as malas, apesar de perto é uma subida significativa e o chão alem de estragar as rodinhas das malas é muito ruim de trafegar, caminhar. Um outro ponto a melhorar, inicialmente informam que o Bar/restaurante funcionam ate as 22… quando na verdade é ate 20:30.. podendo fazer pedidos somente ate 20:10h

Casa molto pulita con camera spaziosa. Doccia molto comoda.

Bagno molto piccolo e mancanza di aria condizionata nella camera superiore. Troppe zanzare con la finestra aperta. Cialde caffè solo x 2 avendo prenotato x 4.

La cittá é molto caratteristica.

Appena si entrava nella camera c'era un cattivo odore e si formava molta umidità. Assistenza bagagli quasi inesistente, visto che solo alcune persone del personale porta le valigie solo fino alla fine delle scale dell'ingresso piú vicino della cittá e non esistono navette di collegamento con i parcheggi

Accès compliqué : on a du porter nos valises sur des centaines de mètres sur des pavés imparfaits et monter de nombreux escaliers. Mieux vaut arriver très léger. Évidemment cela fait partie du charme. Mais ils pourraient envoyer des instructions claires : se garer à tel endroit, deposer les bagages et appeler la réception. Chambre très/trop petite; mauvaise insonorisation petit déjeuner sans âme; que des produits industriels.

El personal se preocupa de que estés cómodo. Son muy amables y atentos El silencio por la noche.

La ubicación tiene pros y contras. El hotel esta dentro de la ciudad y por tanto se tiene que aparcar fuera de la muralla y llevar la maleta en la mano. Eso es incomodo. Podría haber un transporte en trolley. Por otro lado el que esté dentro de la ciudad le da un punto de encanto al lugar.

O pequeno almoço, podia ter uma maior variedade de frutas, e com uma apresentação mais cuidada. Maior variedade de pastelaria. Uma torradeira pra poder fazer torradas. Pequenos ajustes que vão fazer a diferença.

Great location and staff was very helpful. However, be advised that you cannot drive to the hotel. It is inside of the walls. IT IS ADVISABLE TO PARK NEAR AN OPENING IN THE CASTLE WALLS BETWEEN 10 a.m. AND NOON AS PEOPLE LEAVE.

Não gostei da recepção da funcionária muito mal encarada situação do pequeno almoço incluído que tinha um e-mail da mesma a confirmar o pequeno almoço e simplesmente a funcionária antipatica dizia que não tinha direito o mesmo quando tinha um e-mail deles a dizer que sim estava incluído ela só aceitou irmos o pequeno almoço quando pedi livro de reclamações O quarto cheira muito a mofo “ humidade” de manhã na casa de banho tinha um par de baratas que também vieram dormir o nosso quarto

L'accès à l'hôtel avec des bagages ; il serait pertinent que les hôtels s'associent pour disposer d'une voiturette (type golf) afin de venir chercher les bagages (voire les clients) à leur parking-voiture.

The facilities itself were gorgeous. Confortable, good size. Very romantic. Well located. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We loved the complementary giginha shots

Difficult access for drop in and drop out your luggage, although I understand that’s part of the towns quirks.

Veldig fint sted. Rett innenfor bymuren, litrn gåtur fra psfkeringen.. Vi hadde fin utsikt. Gikk opp på muren rett ved hotellet tidlig før byen ble full av turister. Vi reiste en familie på fire, og fikk en liten leilighet med to soverom, det var perfekt. God frokost.

Posizione ottima, al centro di Obidos. Staff gentilissimo. Camera spaziosa e con in bel terrazzino sulle mura della città. Struttura molto particolare, ben arredata con spazi comuni piacevoli.

Excellent location inside Óbidos walls yet close to one of the main entrances. Room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast patio was pleaseant. Pet friendly so we could come with our dog. Nice option.

Some confusion in the reservations process meant they were not expecting my dog, so they had to make some last minute arrangements. I was told this was Booking´s fault, but still. The bed was too soft, so we ended up with a bad back, not very confortable. Very small TV and far from the bed so cold not see it propertly.

Hotel de charme et très bien situé. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Les cakes fait maison du petit-déjeuner sont excellents.

L'isolation des rideaux à la lumière insuffisant dans notre chambre (D João). Pas d'isolation phonique intérieure dans le batiment annexe (mais c'est un batiment d'époque).

O staff era muito simpático e atencioso. O quarto era bonito e espaçoso. Fizeram-nos um upgrade no quarto, que valorizamos imenso. Pequeno-almoço com qualidade e variedade.

Não há isolamento de som entre os quartos. O preço é um bocado exagerado, apesar de a experiência ter sido boa.

Lovely large and comfortable room in the hotel set in the beautiful old town part of Obidos. A very good breakfast.

The female receptionist at the desk when we left was not very friendly and ignored us as we left (the male receptionist on arrival was welcoming and helpful).

Lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile, quando noi abbiamo richiesto un upgrade della camera. Il posto è incantevole, nel centro di Obidos, vicino alle mura. La camera era silenziosa e con un gradevole balcone. Il parcheggio, fuori dalle mura è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di pochi minuti.

Al nostro arrivo, la pulizia del WC non era stata fatta e, quando lo abbiamo segnalato, la signora delle pulizie si è limitata a tirare lo sciacquone e usare lo scopino per rimuovere lo sporco, senza usare alcun detersivo e senza fare alcuna igienizzazione. Il buffet della colazione potrebbe essere più ricco nella quantità.

L’hôtel est situé dans le village médiéval d’Obidos, un site magnifique.

Compte tenu de la topographie d’Obidos, les voies d’accès sont chaotiques. Ce serait bien que l’hôtel améliore le fléchage pour un accès par des rues plus accessibles, surtout avec ses bagages.

Fantastic room, very nice vibe in terms of Decor and Interiors. Staff were very friendly very helpful. Great location inside the castle walls. Breakfast could’ve been slightly better with a little bit more options.

Cheiro no quarto muito forte me deu alergia e a noite não foi boa, pequeno almoço apesar da boa vontade da moça da cozinha pedimos ovos fritos que vieram arrebentados e queimados não foi uma boa experiência infelizmente Booking dizia que poderia parar o carro próximo para deixar as malas o que não foi verdadeiro andamos com malas grandes por escadas e ruas de pedra muito ruim a experiência

The property was in a great location. Had a great shower was very quiet after the hustle and bustle enjoyed being within the castle walls after everyone was gone to enjoy it a bit more with the lights on.

Parking but it was easy to find free parking close by. Just make sure you don’t bring a big suitcase with you.

Staying inside the was of the village

Excellent location, right next to the wall but a bit away from the main street. The room upstairs were great: spacious plus a separate dressing room. Good size bathroom. Clean and tidy. Super linen. Lovely welcome gift of nuts was a special touch. Breakfast was fine. Staff very helpful and friendly which is so important -it is all about service.

Shower over the bath. Short of staff in the breakfast room; kitchen could not cope with larger volume of guests, food dishes became empty and took some time before replaced. Sorry to say. Because staff was overall so good.

Muito limpo, bem organizado e confortável. Recepção boa e muito simpática. A localização facilita muito o passeio por Óbidos.

Traditional Obidos house (intro-muros) well run, excellent breakfast, good location to visit and discover the fortified city. Beware of entering the city by car, could be expensive!

Was sorry that the last sun, could not be enjoyed behind the huge fortress walls, but going for a drin k can compensate

A localização do hotel, para quem não conduz mala é excelente, contudo, se estiver com mala média ou grande é difícil o acesso, porque o hotel não dispõe do serviço de condução de malas e o acesso é a pé, com subida e escada, por uns 200m, em terreno de pedra irregular. O staff é excelente.

O colchão da cama precisa ser trocado. O café da manhã não é tão completo.

Perfect location inside the castle walls. Wake up in a comfortable bed enjoy a delicious breakfast and explore the castle before the crowds of visitors arrive.. we did it was magical.

O pequeno almoço é óptimo! A oferta não é extensa mas o que existe é bom e de qualidade. Gostei muito do facto dos pratos quentes serem repostos em pouca quantidade mas mais vezes. O Hotel é aconchegante e o nosso quarto era grande e extremamente confortável. Jantámos também no restaurante na ultima noite e estava tudo maravilhoso. O staff desde a recepção, ao restaurante á limpeza são todos super atenciosos!

Everything, excellent place in a fantastic location, good breakfast, very friendly staff, comfy beds and pillows

When we arrived we were assigned a room with terrace which faces the restaurant garden, which doesn't give much privacy. Also the music is quite loud. But the staff dealt with our concern very efficiently and moved us to one of the apartments across the road which was perfect for us. So if you want quiet and private it might be better to request a room on the higher floors or one of the apartments
