Disponibilità di letti presso la piscina limitata, in più alcuni ospiti occupano tali letti dalle 7 am alle 7 pm ogni giorno non permettendo la fruizione ad altri. Da migliorare introducendo un servizio di prenotazione con orario limitato di fruizione.

En general todo es excelente. El buffet del desayuno es de un nivel muy alto.

Lo único que no me gustó, pero no me preocupó, ya que no teníamos tiempo para parar en la piscina, es que los clientes del hotel okupaban las hamacas de la piscina sin control alguno a las 8:00 dejando sus toallas y yéndose a desayunar y demás actividades…debería haber una política de retirada de toallas pasado un tiempo lógico como por ejemplo de 30mins-1hora

We had a fabulous time at La Isla y el Mar. From the moment we arrived we knew we’d selected the right place. All reception staff were very attentive, nice touch with the welcome Cava! The Pool View room was spot on, very close to the pool and pool bar but not too intrusive if we were chilling on our terrace. Breakfast was a really nice space with plenty of choice, hot or cold. The pool area was very relaxing, we never struggled to find a suitable sun bed and never saw anyone laying claim to a bed, in fact nobody was around the pool before 10am. We ate lunch on a few occasions at the pool bar and it was great quality and out of the sun. The bar staff were amazing, took the time to know us and called us by our names every day. The room was cleaned daily to a great standard. We booked the Spa treatments and again couldn’t fault it. This will be our go to hotel while on Lanzarote for sure!

The pool area was super chilled but we’d have liked the music to be louder as it could only be heard from the bar, just to give a bit more atmosphere. And there was a DJ one afternoon which was great, so we’d like to see a little more of this as it only happened once in our 10 day stay. This is just our constructive criticism and maybe not everyone’s choice, and it certainly won’t stop us coming back!

Soggiorno fantastico! Colazione abbondante e curatissima ,con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata ,davvero ottima. Piscina super comoda e rilassante , pulitissima , con in più la comodità dei teli mare a disposizione. Ristorante buono , piatti curati e personale sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Struttura consigliatissima , torneremo sicuramente!

The staff were fabulous a special mention for Monica. Manuel and Mario. The breakfast is outstanding and nothing is too much to ask . Will be returning.

Chambre spacieuse, calme et propre, personnel très agréable. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter l'île. Parking gratuit, grande terrasse. Propreté et entretien des extérieurs.

Il manque des coins ombragés à la piscine. Quelques détails de finitions à améliorer pour un cinq étoiles cet établissement correspond plus à un très bon 4 étoiles. Manque un peu de choix en sucrés pour le petit déjeuner. Déception pour le repas au resto buffet heureusement que nous n'avions pas la demi pension....

El desayuno y el personal de lo mejor que he probado

j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'architecture de l'hotel avec beaucoup de végétation qui procure beaucoup de sérénité et de calme. La chambre également très spacieuse avec une jolie terrasse et une belle vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner était assez copieux et varié avec un bon service

J'ai moins apprécié l'éloignement de la mer, le peu de profondeur de la piscine et aussi le manque d'animation autour de la piscine ou en fin de soir, fermeture précoce à mon goût (18H). La salle de sport pas conforme au standing de l'hôtel

Niente, non troppo vicino alle spiagge

Hotel di design e molto bello architettonicamente; molto bello e ben mantenuto il giardino e le parti comuni. Stanza molto grande suddivisa in due aree con due televisioni a disposizione; bagno grande e ben arredato. Camera ben pulita come anche le aree comuni. Personalmente mi è piaciuta molto la qualità delle lenzuola e dei cuscini. Colazione ottima e molto varia (top i churros con il cioccolato e il miele direttamente dal favo). Staff gentile, professionale e mai invadente. Veramente un ottimo Hotel.

La piscina è un po' piccola anche se vi è una zona con idromassaggio. Il ristorante gourmet potrebbe essere migliorato.

Der Essraum wurde sehr stark gekühlt durch die Klimaanlage. Wurde aber auf Wunsch dann jedes Mal ausgeschaltet.

Tophotel met supervriendelijk personeel, hoogwaardige faciliteiten en subliem comfort.

Eén minpunt: al vroeg in de ochtend waren vrijwel alle ligstoelen aan het zwembad al “gereserveerd” met handdoeken, terwijl de gasten nergens te bekennen waren. Dat dit wordt toegelaten en niet wordt aangepakt door het hotel, is een hotel van dit niveau absoluut onwaardig.

Il cambio stanza a metà soggiorno non è stato il top, ma ci hanno comunque sistemato in una camera altrettanto bella e con la vista mare (prima avevamo solo uno scorcio), quindi anche questa nota è positiva.

-cisza przy basenie, brak głośnej muzyki i spokój, również na tarasach przy pokojach -świetna obsługa w barze przy basenie (Leo naprawdę był przemiły) -piękny pokój i łazienka -kameralny klimat hotelu -bardzo pyszne śniadania -lokalizacja hotelu

Jedyną rzeczą, na którą zwróciłam uwagę to brak przestrzegania przez hotel zasady nierezerwowania leżaków przy basenie, co jest wyraźnie napisane w informacjach dostępnych w pokojach. W hotelu tego typu powinno to być standardem, ze ręczniki kładzione z samego rana a używane realnie po kilku godzinach powinny być usuwane.

Está bien la ubicación, apartado del "jaleo turístico " de Puerto del Carmen . Buena zona de piscina y bar , un camarero muy agradable en el bar piscina , y buen desayuno buffet , con opción de pedir tostadas y huevos a la carta . Mario el botones .

Mi habitación, la 407, no paraban de entrar unas hormigas muy pequeñas ,que se subían a la cama .El aire acondicionado es un poco dificil de entender . Me llamaron una hora antes de las 12 para avisarme que tenía que irme ....ummm creo que no hace falta hacer eso . Es mas bien un 4 estrellas , no está a la altura de un 5 ni de lejos

El servicio. El personal es maravilloso. Muy atento y educado. La habitación es genial y la cama comodísima. Además, tienen carta de almohadas, algo que me parece siempre un detalle. La piscina muy tranquila.

Por poner alguna pega, el baño de cortesía que tienen para los huéspedes que salen del hotel más tarde de la hora del checkin, es muy pequeño y no tiene ventilación ni zona en la que poder vestirte tranquilamente.

We have been to Lanzarote a few times but this was by far our favourite hotel! The quality of the food and the service at this hotel was exceptional! The room was huge! The facilities were fantastic. I loved the chill out area next to the pool. I also love the location of the hotel being less than 10 minute walk from the old town which has so many nice restaurants but also the option to walk a little bit further to the beach where there are some nice beach clubs. The hotel really was luxurious and I would definitely return!! A truly relaxing break.

The only disadvantage would be the gym does get very hot but that is understandable and the resort itself is very windy and so on some days it was too windy to put the umbrellas up and so that limits some shade if you want to stay by the pool.

La distance entre l’hôtel et la vie de Puerto del Carmen. La remontée est rude.

L’espace piscine est très agréable avec beaucoup d’endroit de repos. Grande chambre (mais peu confortable literie notamment)

Très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing et à ce niveau de prix. Notre séjour à l’Isla y Mar a malheureusement été très en dessous de nos attentes, notamment en matière de service. Nous avons eu une fuite d’eau dans notre chambre pendant toute la durée du séjour. Un technicien est bien intervenu, mais le problème n’a jamais été résolu. Dès le premier jour, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre : on nous a répondu que ce n’était pas possible. Le plus incroyable est que, le dernier jour, un membre de l’équipe nous a expliqué… que nous aurions dû demander à changer de chambre ! C’est précisément ce que nous avions fait dès notre arrivée. Une gestion assez surréaliste de la situation. Quant au geste commercial proposé : 15 € et deux cocktails offerts à minuit le dernier soir, au moment où nous n’avions évidemment aucune envie d’en profiter. Cela résume malheureusement assez bien notre sentiment sur le niveau de considération accordé au client. Au-delà de cet incident, nous avons trouvé que le niveau de service n’était tout simplement pas à la hauteur du prix demandé ni du standing revendiqué par l’établissement. Une vraie déception, avec surtout le sentiment qu’un problème relativement simple aurait pu être géré très différemment avec davantage d’attention et de professionnalisme.

Hotel con mucho encanto, buenas instalaciones. Nos alojamos en media pensión a destacar el servicio de cenas. Dar las gracias a Leo por su profesionalidad y estar pendiente y a Hakim. El personal un 10.

Very relaxing, great place to switch off. Lovely spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely healthy food options. Gardens were gorgeous. Peaceful atmosphere. Pool area was lovely, nice and quiet at night. Just pure relaxation. Rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels etc. Good size tvs, good air conditioning.

To be honest, it was all lovely. The only thing was the cats on the room loungers, we didn't use them for this reason. Alot of cats sleeping on them. Sun loungers were being reserved, the policy was not being completely followed. Struggled opening a few umbrellas around the pool, no help for the lifeguards.

Los primeros días la limpieza de la terraza no fue buena, había pelo de animales en las sillas.

Belle vue de l’hôtel, la piscine très bien avec le coin spa, mais peu profonde. J’ai adoré la salle de bain avec le jardin intérieur. J’aurais plutôt mis la chambre à la place du petit salon. Produits rituals dans la salle de bain, très bons. Nous avons très bien dormi. Salle de restaurant jolie mais en bord de route. Il vaut mieux aller manger à l’extérieur. Le personnel est très chaleureux et à notre service. Le complexe est fleuri et très bien entretenu, très beau

Ce ne sont que des points à améliorer. S’il fallait citer une chose c’est peut être la déco de la chambre nue, aucune déco.

Posizione, camera, arredi, zona piscina, colazione, ristorante. Ci hanno inoltre dato una camera defilata dalla zona centrale con vista sul mare che rendeva piacevole l’utilizzo anche del terrazzino. Tutto perfetto.

Instalaciones magníficas y muy bien cuidadas. Arquitectura impresionante que hace que siempre mires al mar y a la isla de Fuerteventura desde el primer momento que pisas la recepción. Facilidad para aparcar sin ningún problema. El concepto de “solo adultos” porque buscábamos alejarnos del ruido y tener tranquilidad. Desayuno con productos de calidad y muy variado. Botella de agua mineral diaria en la habitación 👌🏻. Personal cualificado que siempre ofrece una sonrisa, una recomendación o solución a cualquier cosa que te pueda ocurrir. En general, La Isla y el Mar ofrece una estancia de 5 estrellas. ¡Muchas gracias!

Quizás tener más opciones de almohadas… pero solo es una apreciación personal.

No doy un 10 porque el AA no funcionó del todo bien, no había manera de ajustar el termostato a la temperatura deseada y las instalaciones de agua caliente no funcionaron adecuadamente. Por todo lo demás de las mejores estáncias en Ias que he estado.

Todo el persobal es super agradable, desayuno buenisimo y von atencion de Mar Salinas que nos atendía super bien cada dia, y la cena Carlos, también muy buen trabajador, y el resto de empleado tambien aunque no recuerdo el nombre, incluida la recepcionista. El hotel esta super bien y muy limpio.

Siamo stati intrattenuti da un membro dello staff che ci ha messo un po’ a disagio, anche se credo l intento fosse opposto. Alcuni vicini fumavano un po’ troppo.

Einfach atemberaubend – für uns war dieser Aufenthalt ein absoluter Traum! Schon beim Betreten des Hotels waren wir begeistert. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und makellos sauber. Gleiches gilt für die gesamte Hotelanlage und die Pools. Der Ausblick ist einfach fantastisch und sorgt vom ersten Moment an für Urlaubsgefühl. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Kulinarik. Wer gerade eine Diät macht, sollte sich gut überlegen, hierherzukommen – denn das Essen ist einfach unglaublich. Es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten und hochwertigen Speisen, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert haben. Für uns war das Essen auf höchstem Niveau. Auch das Personal verdient ein großes Lob. Alle Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage war während unseres Aufenthalts hervorragend gepflegt und überall herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Qualität und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Für uns hat hier einfach alles gestimmt – von der Sauberkeit über den Service bis hin zum Essen und der wunderschönen Hotelanlage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wenn wir überhaupt einen kleinen Kritikpunkt nennen müssten, dann wäre es der Toaster im Restaurant. Dieser hat morgens und abends beim Benutzen etwas laut gequietscht, vermutlich weil ein bewegliches Teil nicht mehr ganz leichtgängig war. Das ist aber wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit und hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck des Hotels in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt.

Localização excelente no centro da ilha, perto do aeroporto e junto à povoação. Hotel bastante calmo, staff muito muito atencioso e em permanente serviço. Foi excelente!

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. They couldn't do enough for you to make sure you were happy.The rooms were spotless and very comfortable with everything you could need. The hotel over all was very clean and well looked after, it had a very luxurious feel to it. The breakfast was excellent, good choices whether you wanted healthy or some indulgence really plenty to choose from. There was fabulous views from the chill out area where you could have something to eat or drink when at the pool. Overall really had an amazing stay at the hotel and will definitely go back.

The only thing that was a pain was the up hill walk to the hotel. Now there are buses that do pass it, but it was just a bit of a trek if you were walking. If I was a bit older it would put me off. But it was a good way of walking off all the nice food and drinks consumed on the holiday, you don't feel so bad then!!😁

L'hôtel d'une manière générale, le petit déjeuner vraiment très bien ainsi que le repas du soir. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Super propre.

La climatisation du restaurant qui est trop froide, un détail facile à corriger.

Breakfasts were great, our room was really nice - we had a family suite which was perfect for the two of us and our 19 year old daughter. We loved the chill out area slightly away from the pool as it had a lovely sea and harbour view and was quiet and not overlooked. Rooms very spacious and kept very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful with booking restaurants, taxis etc.

It would have been nice to have had a slightly bigger bar area and to have had another choice for evening food apart from their 'posh' restaurant but those are minor points. It's a very nice hotel with great staff and was just what we needed.

La zona de la piscina es muy bonita, con las vistas al mar, a pesar de que hay más distancia al mar de la que apriori parece en las fotos. El desayuno excelente. El gimnasio es pequeño pero tiene lo necesario y con máquinas nuevas y bien conservadas. El hotel está muy limpio

Que no tenga, posibilidad de comer más que en el pool bar con una carta muy limitada. La cena que se da en el restaurante “La Isla” en media pensión, es de una calidad muy por debajo de un hotel de 5 estrellas. La mayor parte de los platos se acompañaban con base de rúcula, y la elaboración era simple. En el baño eché en falta más productos de aseo en el lavabo, solo tenía jabón de manos, no sé si en todas es igual o solo fue en mi habitación

Un diseño espectacular, ambiente tranquilisimo, calma y silencio. Trato exquisito de todo el personal, en especial Leo, Danilea y Claudia que son super profesionales y cercanos. Es un lugar que recordaremos y suma muchísimo a la visita de la isla.

Quizas el restaurante es muy adecuado para el desayuno y algo mas justito en la cena, pero en cualquier caso aprueba.

Diversi dettagli non sono di un Hotel a 5 stelle: prese che penzolano dai muri, la porta del bagno che si chiude e non si apre più (è dovuto intervenire il manutentore), lettini sul balcone della camera usurati, porta di ingresso della camera difettosa.
