Había una ola de calor y las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado. Hacia un calor horrible y era imposible dormir. Los ventiladores son de pago y no son suficientes.

The Panorama Adults Only is a fabulous place to stay in Lanzarote Puerto Del Carmen. The location is ideal, around €20 in a cab from the airport. It's not too far from the old town or the lovely strip. The standard studios are on the ground level the dearer apartments are up a flight of stairs so less accessible for anyone with mobility issues. I do know that there is at least one room that has accessibility for people with disabilities, a toilet with rails and an accessible shower (wet room). All the staff here are lovely and friendly, this is always a plus for a good holiday. The pool is just the best, easy access consisting of wide steps and also a ramp. It's ideal to cool down and relax. The hotel has a pool bar/eatery which is ideal for snacky foods if you don't want to cook and a wide range of inexpensive drinks. There's a cool gym with plenty of equipment (not for me while on holiday!) also a large sitting area where they have baskets with books that you can borrow while you're holidaying, this room also smells lovely! Everywhere is very clean. They have a luggage room and a shower room that you can use if you have a flight home later than check out time. I was told that from May 2027 the standard studios are being refurbished. The superior rooms have already been done! Also there's a large Supermarket (Mercadona) not too far away towards the strip, also a Lidl that's ideal in the opposite direction (you will see this on your way to the hotel from the airport) this is a bit easier to walk to as there are no hills or steps! Spars and Hipperdinos also not to far away from the hotel. The Biosphere Shopping center is within walking distance too! The Panorama is my first choice to stay every time, if they have availability!

Hotel was very clean and nice reception on arrival + everyone very friendly. Pool is great (cold, which is good for the heat!), very clean and the area is very well maintained. There was a seperate indoor seating area which was good for an escape from the sun. There is a bar for food and drinks if needed. The room had a fridge, hob and microwave so could cook easily & a Lidl and supermarket 8-9 min walk away. Great location - so convenient. Lanzarote is hilly so be aware it's located in a hilly area. Gym was good and well equipt! You can store luggage there + there is a bookable (free) shower room which is good if flying late in the evening. Thank you

The room would have been excellent if there was some air con. It was extremely hot and although I know a fan is available on reception, I only realised that on the way out. It was hard to sleep. My patio door didn't actually lock although the area felt safe.

The apartment has no air-conditioning in it so it gets a bit uncomfortable in the night.The bar closes at 6pm every night.The location is up. a very steep hill.

L'hotel è molto grande e si trova in una posizione centrale ma tranquilla. Ha una palestra molto ben organizzata e un bar a bordo piscina. La camera era ampia e aveva una bella terrazza vista piscina. Io vi ho soggiornato solo una notte poichè ero di passaggio e andava molto bene. Dotato di cucina, con una piccola zona giorno con divano e televisione e due letti separati. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato ottimo.

La camera era un pò vecchiotta, con muri scrostati e pavimento molto rovinato. I nostri amici hanno invece riferito che la loro camera era nuova quindi probabilmente stanno ristrutturando la struttura e la nostra camera non rientrava ancora in quelle sistemate.

Rooms a bit stuffy overnight - mainly due to the humidity for that time. Air con would have been the answer, but that isnt supplied.

Relaxed and comfortable. Helpful reception. Happy to call taxis which were cheap. Spacious apartment. Lovely pool. Nice cafe. Central location.

Beds were horrendous in room. Didn't sleep for 6 nights and absolutely exhaisted from how bad they were. They had badly supported base so they curved so you rolled out either side. No air con but we knew in advance but expected a roof fan but nothing

Apartamento antiguo. Baño con bañera oxidada. Cocina vieja, suelos rotos, cortinas quemadas de tabaco. En fin...decepción total. Lo mejor del hotel la piscina sin duda.

La ubicación y sus instalaciones es lo que mas nos gustó.

El baño puede mejorarse un poco, el tema de la alcachofa de la ducha.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful when we needed. The apartments were exactly advertised. They were clean and had everything we needed in them. The pool had enough loungers for everyone which was great.

The hair dryer in the toilet broke twice during our stay but apart from this we have no complaints.

El alojamiento no nos gustó demasiado. En primer lugar, el colchón estaba en muy mal estado. Uno de los laterales estaba completamente hundido mientras que el otro quedaba mucho más alto, por lo que era imposible dormir cómodo. Cada vez que te movías durante la noche acababas desplazándote hacia la zona hundida y, además, te levantabas con dolor de espalda.Avisé al personal desde el primer momento, pero no hicieron nada al respecto ni nos ofrecieron una solución.Además, la habitación ni siquiera disponía de ventilador. Lo peor es que, si querías uno, tenías que alquilarlo aparte. Consideramos que es un servicio básico que debería estar incluido.

it needed a second pillow per guest on the bed. 1 each is not enough. Also no welcome pack. would have been lovely to have a couple of tea bags, some milk & a bottle of water.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la proximité de l’établissement avec tous les commerces, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôtel était également très propre et le personnel accueillant et agréable.

Le principal point négatif est l’absence de climatisation ou de ventilateur dans les chambres. Lors de mon séjour, il faisait très chaud à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur et il n’y avait malheureusement pas suffisamment de ventilateurs disponibles lorsque j’en ai demandé un.

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa y la piscina esta muy bien y muy tranquila.

Las camas y cojines son muy incómodas, también la habitación que nos toco no tenía ventilador así que hacía mucho calor dentro aunque abrieras la puerta de la terraza. En la recepción podías coger un ventilador para unos días pero habia que pagar así que nos parececio excesivo que con lo que pagues no tengas ventilador en el techo, ya que en principio esta reformado de hace poco.

Situado en zona alta de Puerto del Carmen

El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones han conocido tiempos mejores pero eran cómodas y las zonas comunes (piscina y gimnasio) estaban bien. Muy cerca de la playa y se puede aparcar en las cercanías del hotel. En general muy tranquilo, y al tener cocina permite prepararte la comida (hay ina cafetería también pero no sirve desayunos antes de las 8 y media).

Por las noches en las habitaciones hace bastante calor, aunque abriendo el balcón entraba brisa y no nos hizo falta un ventilador (ni tuvimos problemas de mosquitos)

Hay que destacar, por encima de todo, la amabilidad de todo el personal. Increíble lo atentos y amables que fueron en todo momento. Llegamos muy tarde, en un vuelo a Lanzarote que aterrizaba de madrugada, y allí estaban esperándonos. Nos hicieron un check-in rápido, pero al mismo tiempo cercano y atento, algo que se agradece muchísimo cuando llegas a esas horas. A la mañana siguiente nos marchábamos, ya que estábamos solo de paso, y volvieron a demostrarnos esa misma amabilidad: nos ofrecieron quedarnos tranquilamente en la piscina y guardar nuestro equipaje. Todo fueron atenciones y facilidades. El hotel tiene ese encanto especial de las cosas hechas con cariño, de las cosas de antes, de esas que merece la pena valorar y conservar. Y, sobre todo, de las personas. Porque al final son ellas las que hacen que un lugar sea realmente especial. Una estancia corta, de 11 horas, pero una experiencia magnífica.

Ruime, schone kamer met ruim balkon. Overal was het goed onderhouden. Het adults only was ook heel fijn.

Het schoonmaken om de 3 dagen, met name de prullenbak voor het wc papier. Aangezien het (gebruikte) wc papier niet doorgespoeld mocht worden, diende dit in een losse prullenbak gedaan te worden. Ik vond het persoonlijk niet heel fijn dat dat dan ook pas om de 3 dagen wordt verschoond.

La piscina è il principale punto di forza della struttura: comoda, pulita e ben servita da un piccolo bar. Anche la palestra, nonostante piccola, risulta funzionale.

La stanza era molto calda ed essendo al piano terra era impossibile tenere le finestre aperte durante la notte. Con un supplemento di prezzo era possibile noleggiare un ventilatore, ma alla nostra prima richiesta questo non era disponibile poiché erano stati tutti già forniti ad altri ospiti: abbiamo dovuto richiederlo nuovamente per averlo la sera successiva.

Posizione molto comoda , personale gentile e piscina molto bella , la camera nel complesso non era male .

La localisation très pratique, proche du centre et à la fois un peu reculée de la rue principale très active. Liaison en bus depuis l'aéroport nickel. Personnel charmant et très efficace à la réception. Chouette pièce commune pour souffler un peu au frais.

Manque total de climatisation dans la chambre dont la configuration ne permet pas trop de ventilation naturelle non plus. On a particulièrement mal dormi.

We liked that it was very well maintained clean, comfortable and an adult only apartment in a quiet area. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers and the pool was a good size with a pool bar closeby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Stayed here july 2026, this is mine and my wife's 12th year staying here. It's a fantastic place to stay, beautiful rooms, cleaned regularly, friendly staff, great facilities including poolside bar. Location ideal whether you want the hustle and bustle of the new town or the amazing restaurant and views in the old town. Would recommend this to anyone. Great value gor money.

Cobran extras por absolutamente todo, si quieres ventilador tienes que pagar un alquiler, caja fuerte, cambio de toallas más de 2 veces en semana, cambio de sábanas… me pinche con dos cristales en el pie en la habitación , en la piscina no tienen baño y no puedes cruzar la recepción mojada.. en fin, muchas cosas a mejorar pero sin duda lo peor es el tema del ventilador en pleno agosto

Beautiful pool area. So peaceful and absolutely spotless.

No air con in the apartment. We really struggled with this. There is a ceiling fan but that just circulates hot air. If the property had air con it would be a 10/10 location where I would certainly stay again. However, the lack of air con made sleeping and just relaxing in the room very uncomfortable.

Es un sitio que es caro , y encima resulta que la habitación donde nos alojamos mi novia y yo no tenía aire acondicionado, que mínimo que una habitación que pagas más de 100€ una noche tenga aire acondicionado, no entraban las limpiadoras a limpiar la habitación y cada vez estaba más sucia , por la noche mucho ruido de las puertas . No repetiría.

Jet 2 needs to remove this complex from its brochure. Wow! This will teach me to read the small print before I book another holiday. Panorama apartments Lanzarote. Rooms had no air con. In fact no air con in any part of complex. Hired a fan which was ineffective. €60 for my stay. Woke up every morning soaked with sweat. Beds have plastic protective mattress cover on. Phew!! Pool area ok. Very quiet. Suited me. There are a lot of loose tiles around the side of the pool. An accident waiting to happen. Small pool bar.. Shuts bang on six though. Not good because pool doesn’t close till seven. And it’s adult only. Apart from receptionist only spoke to a couple of staff at breakfast time. Moving onto breakfast. Don’t book bed and breakfast!! I did at time of booking. The people who paid for breakfast on the day got far more than me. If you pay when you book you can expect one sausage, one egg, one rasher bacon, a small tub of beans, two slices of toast cut into four triangles, oh and one small tub of margarine. You can have a coffee or a drink or juice!!! An insult when you see the plates of those who paid on the day. They get two eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes,two sausages, three rashers bacon, beans and toast. They said it was cheaper to pay on the day than pay for it when you book. The complex is at the top of the steepest hill I have ever come across. A right trek. Absolutely awful. Especially in the heat. Glad there is a hand rail so you can drag yourself up the said hill. Nearest bars are a good walk away. I ended up getting taxis. Would I return? Never. The Jet2 description does match the actual truth.

Wir hatten in Spanien als Standard eine Klimaanlage erwartet. Leider nur einen Deckenventilator, des wenig gebracht hat, aber leider nicht die gewünschte Abkühlung.

The rooms were unbearably hot and with no AC and insufficient fan The staff was not able to help me with that and it seems like they forgot that I asked for a solution. I could not get a comfortable night sleep.

Ottima struttura in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La piscina è uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel, ben curata e piacevole. La camera era confortevole, con un letto molto comodo; alcuni arredi risultano un po’ datati, ma nel complesso tutto è funzionale e ben mantenuto. Un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.

Le camere risultavano un po’ calde durante la notte, ma il soggiorno ha coinciso con un’ondata di calore particolarmente intensa, quindi non è necessariamente un aspetto imputabile alla struttura. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata comunque positiva e confortevole.

No todas las habitaciones tienen aire, tienes la opción de pagar un ventilador de pie por 3€ el dia. Como sugerencia recomendaría realizar la instalación de aire en todas las habitaciones ya que en cuanto entrabas en la habitación era una sauna y por mucho que se abriera la puerta de la terraza no entraba el aire

Perfect location and a absolute little sun trap staff are all so lovely the pool area is always kept nice and tidy no need to bring pool towels as fresh ones are provided by the reception desk, the best little chilled out holiday location!

El alojamiento está bien situado, a unos 10 minutos (o menos) andando de la playa. Cuenta con recepción (muy agradables) y vigilancia por la noche. La piscina es excelente, y la habitación estaba muy limpia.

La puerta vibraba y hacía ruido con el aire (costaba cerrarla, supongo que será por eso). El colchón un poco duro, no es de los mejores. Por el resto, todo genial.

No realizarán limpieza, al menos cada dos días.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay we absolutely loved it. We are just home from a 10 night stay. Rooms spotless and cleaners in every 2days with fresh towels. Food in pool bar was lovely and staff so Friendly and helpful. Reception staff are lovely to and I will book trips and taxi for you also. Give u towels for the pool if u need some Only thing is the room could do with a/c because the fans in the rooms aren't great but. I would 100% stay here again.

La struttura veramente molto bella,sopratutto la zona piscina,era pulita e aveva tutti i comfort! La stanza piccolina ma avevamo scelto noi quella più economica quindi ci stava,avevamo il lato del balcone sul retro quindi c’era privacy e si vedeva anche il mare,c’erano altre stanze che si affacciavano sulla piscina ma non le consiglio. La nostra stanza aveva letti separati e li abbiamo uniti senza problemi,aveva anche un mobiletto con lo specchio molto comodo per truccarsi! Ci hanno anche pulito la stanza e cambiato gli asciugamani! Zona super comoda per visitare l’isola sia a nord che a sud e per la sera è perfetta perché puerto del Carmen è piena di vita sia di giorno che di sera. Non ha parcheggio privato ma si trovato facilmente lì vicino. Ha anche la palestra all’interno e bar in piscina.

Mancanza di aria condizionata anche se devo dire che la sera era freschetto e con la finestra si stava bene,però per il giorno un po’ è mancata. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

The revamped bathroom in the deluxe rooms are a welcome and much needed change. It's situated well for the old town and the strip. The pool area is very nice.

Air conditioning would be a help, also the bar is closed too early, I've stayed in the Panorama many times before but not recently, I've block booked rooms for a cricket tournament, so the bar not being open early evening is a big downside.

Limpieza deficiente, camas pequeñas e incómodas, y mucho calor en la habitación que no tenía aire acondicionado. Además cobran tres euros día por dejar un ventilador de pie del todo a cien.

Es un buen sitio si quieres tranquilidad Estaba bastante limpio La gran mayoría del personal fue bastante amable La ubicación bastante buena

Lo malo es los colchones, super incomodos, estaban hundidos por un lateral o algo porque al rozar el lateral sentías que te caías de lo hundido Otra cosa es también el tema ventilador, no hay, hay que “alquilarlos” la verdad que en verano no te pongan ventiladores cuando debería de ser un aparato mínimo dentro de la habitación es un punto negativo Pero por el resto todo bien👍🏻

Staff were friendly and the pool and bar areas were very clean. The room was cleaned every couple of days. You could hire an iron and pool towels were free to use and change at any time.

The fan was noisy and we couldn’t have it on at night. Therefore waking up soaking in sweat. The doors slamming constantly late at night. Noisy corridors. Loud music from the bar at 8 am when the pool didn’t open until 9 am. Not sure what they wash the towels and bedding in but they smelt awful.

We only stayed one night, but we’re able to pay a very small fee for the safe

Que no especificarán que el destino no era tipo bufete , de haberlo sabido no lo hubiera contratado. De hecho sólo el primer día desayunamos en el bar piscina . La variedad es muy limitada , no es lo que nosotros desayunamos, está orientado a clientes ingleses

La piscina, muy limpia y las tumbonas siempre había libres... también las camas ...y almohadas muy cómodas
