Le lit est très confortable, ainsi que les oreillers. C'est très silencieux, on entend pas les voitures. Le petit dej est très bien

Aucun sourire de la part du personnel. Vraiment pas aimables du tout. En tout cas tous ceux à qui on a eu affaire. L'équipement de la chambre limité au strict minimum, pour du 4 etoiles, côté hygiène c'est vraiment pauvre.il n'y a pas de crème pour le corps, pas d'après shampooing. impossible d'avoir une lime à ongle à la réception, limite la réceptionniste était étonnée que je puisse demander ça. L'hôtel est loin de tout et attention, tous les RER ne s'arrêtent pas à Ivry ce qui rend l'accès à l'hôtel encore plus compliqué (sauf à prendre un taxi).

Nice and clean hotel, very nice staff. 10 munites walk to metro station 30 minutes to Paris tourist area.

Hij is oud en niet bepaald fris, tapijt die zorgt voor allergie. Kamer te klein, de prijs voor de kamer vond ik niet redelijk.

Confort lit

Ideaal hotel voor een kort verblijf net buiten de ring. Gratis ondergrondse en afgesloten parking. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid.

Restaurant had een beperkte kaart

The parking is great with this hotel and location just not far from the train station and the Metro is good

The carpet in the room was quite dirty and filthy and the double bed consisted out of two single beds which were put next to each other. That created a crater in the middle of the bed. The water in the shower would not drain although we told the hotel stuff at the reception about it but nothing was done. The hotel building was rundown and dirty, even the sign of the top of the building didn’t even light up the full Mercure name.. The staff was not very friendly

El desayuno y el parking gratis.

Se tarda en total unos 45min. al centro, cercanías a 10nin. andando, metro 20min. El baño estaba en mal estado: puerta con agujeros y moho en ducha. En general se nota bastante dejadez en el mantenimiento del hotel, parece más a un Ibis. La recepción está muchas veces no atendida y no hay un timbre.

Purtroppo la nota dolente è la posizione: la struttura si trova troppo lontana dalla metropolitana e i dintorni sono poco piacevoli e poco frequentati bene. Consigliato soprattutto se ci si sposta in auto."

Accueil , hygiène

Room was very big, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was good too. The free car park was a real bonus and the parking place was right at the basement of the hotel, which was really convenient.

a little far from the metro station but we were lucky to have nice sunny days and enjoyed walking there.

Lack of refrigerator in the room

Perfect hotel als je met de wagen naar Parijs komt. Zeer goed ontbijt. De receptioniste was super vriendelijk. Wij waren op doortocht met de kleinzoon. De kamer was ruim. Wij hadden een breed, goedlopend bed. De kleinzoon sliep goed op de opgemaakte slaapbank. Geluiddicht, airco, goede regendouche,...

Het metrostation Liberté zal voor sommigen misschien wat ver liggen (15 min stappen). Wij vonden het niet erg.

Très bel hôtel à proximité du centre de Paris, situé dans un endroit calme et offrant un parking gratuit. La chambre était spacieuse, propre er confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner également.

Le personnel est très sympathique et bon accueil. Le buffet du déjeuner et varié et pour tous les goûts.

Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre ville mais des bus circulent régulièrement pourbce rendre au métro puis au centre ville

Room space was definitely larger than expected. Air-conditioning, free parking, great view of the river, free fresh and cold drinking water.

Traveling with metro/train was a little tricky, not in the optimal location for that; we prefered to keep car parked here and use Uber.

A little bit far from center,

Decent breakfast and bed comfortable however restaurant and bar was closed without prior knowledge as I would have changed booking. Hotel charged twice for stay even although I had prepaid. A very stressful experience with an arrogant receptionist in trying to get my debit card refunded. Chewing gum on bath towel, water did not drain from bath and faulty plug on sink. A very poor show for Mercure.

Hele goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Grote gratis parkeerplaats direct eronder (als je het hotel rechts van je hebt gepasseerd dan eerste stoplicht rechts en direct weer rechts garage in). Opvallend goed uitgeruste kamer. Goed bed met goede kussens.

Verouderd. Kamer was minder goed schoongemaakt dan ik gewend ben.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel vooral bij het ontbijt en bij de receptie. Het ontbijt was goed en veel keuze. De locatie was rustig, omgeving omvat veel eetgelegenheden en een centre commercial voor shop gemak en boodschappen. De auto kon in de ruime garage staan dat was voor ons heel prettig.

Wat beter mocht was de hygiëne in de slaapkamer. Zo lag er nog van alles van de voorgaande gasten in onze kamer onder het bed..

Restaurant and bar closed until 7th August. Would not have booked if given notice. Despite having prepaid Booking.Com hotel charged me again on two separate days. Stressful encounter with receptionist who was dismissive and very rude. Chewing gum on towel, bath would not empty, faulty plug at sink. I had two bookings this trip one for myself and another for a family member. I will never prepay with Booking. Com again. This was the most unpleasant and utterly disappointing experience. I use B.Com frequently and will certainly rethink future bookings.

We hadden een checkout om 12 uur. Echter hadden ze tijdens het ontbijt de kamer al leeggeruimd en klaargemaakt voor de volgende gast. Onze spullen stonden om 10 uur beneden bij de receptie.

Le calme, la propreté, la chambre climatisée, le personnel aimable et souriant. L'hôtel est bien placé à l'entrée de Paris, avec des restaurants à côté.

Free parking, easy to drive to

Après la rénovation, le hall est beaucoup plus lumineux et la façade est élégante.

Très mauvaise expérience. En raison de la limite de caractères, voici une version abrégée: À 9 h du matin, alors que nous dormions encore, une personne a frappé à la porte puis une tête est entrée dans notre chambre avant le check-out. Puis elle ou il reparte. Qu’il s’agisse du personnel d’étage ou non, cela est totalement inacceptable. Le plus décevant a été la gestion de cet incident. À la réception, aucune excuse, seulement : « Ce n’est pas ma faute » et « Écrivez un e-mail ». Après avoir insisté pour parler à un responsable, j’ai enfin reçu des excuses. En revanche, une autre responsable a refusé tout geste commercial en expliquant que, comme « il ne vous est rien arrivé, il a rien pris, il n’a pas chassé», il n’y avait pas lieu de faire un geste. Cette réponse est choquante : faut-il attendre un vol ou une agression pour reconnaître une erreur ? Le responsable a finalement accepté un remboursement de 50 %. Or, sur une nuit facturée 157 €, je n’ai reçu que 70,06 €, et seulement après une longue discussion. En résumé, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. L’erreur peut arriver, mais le manque de professionnalisme, d’empathie et de respect de la vie privée des clients est indigne d’un établissement présenté comme un hôtel 4 étoiles. De plus, la chambre n’était pas suffisamment propre. Les toilettes présentaient des traces sur le mur, et les draps comportaient des taches de sang.

J’ai beaucoup moins apprécié une partie du personnel, notamment la gouvernante qui est directement entrée dans la chambre sans attendre mon accord ou que je lui ouvre la porte. Autoritaire avec des problèmes de comportement et je me suis faite rabrouée car il y avait un problème avec la douche. En revanche le personnel a l’accueil était top

Les chambres refaites a neuve !! Dommage que les personnes ne respectent pas le neuf . Moquette déjà tachée dans la chambre et couloir. Vraiment dommage

Nous avons du préciser que nous demandions un lit bébé lors de la réservation, puis nous avons appeler pour le demander en direct, on nous a dit que tout était OK Lors de notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de lit bébé dans la chambre... La personne à l'accueil a été réactive et a fait le nécessaire

Brak odpowiedniego sprzątania. Byliśmy w dwóch mężczyzn a po sprzątaniu wszędzie były długie włosy i w ostatni dzień zabilismy dwa karaluchy w łazience. Prz czym w łazience wiele niedociągnięć dziury w płytkach brak szczotki do wc .z innej drogi okna w pokoju nie jest możliwe by otworzyć i na koniec nocny personel po wyjciu na papierosa nie otwierał drzwi przez ponad pół godziny prz czym było dzwonione na recepcie z prośbą o otwarcie dzwi chotelowych konie końców musiałem zadzwonić do znajomego zęby zszedł w nocy po 2 godzinę i otworzył drzwi

Très bon emplacement, personnel très gentil. Vous avez également des bouteilles d’eau en verre que vous pouvez remplir grâce a une fontaine à eau. J’aurai juste aimé avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre, mais c’est noté dans les équipements de la chambre qu’il n’y en a pas, donc ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel. Merci pour ce séjour, je reviendrai.

De service van de vriendelijke en behulpzame receptioniste. Ze was zeer vrolijk en maakte er een feestje van voor haarzelf, collega’s en gasten.

Alles was uitstekend.

Podobała mi się lokalizacja, bezpieczna okolica, 15 min od metra nr 8 i 300m od autobusu linii 25 który ma połączenie z linią metra nr 14.

Nie podobała mi się obsługa, Pani z recepcji mało przyjazna. Miala problem by rozmawiac w jezyku angielskim. Zameldowanie od godziny 14:00-15:00 nie miało miejsca. W tym trudnym czasie jakim była fala upałów liczyłam na szybkie zameldowanie. Niestety, mimo że przybyłam o 16:00 pokój nadal nie był gotowy. Zameldowanie miało miejsce dopiero około godziny 16:40.

Équipement de loisir n’existe pas Mauvais Service dans la restauration: on a attendu 30 min pour notre dessert, le serveur la offert à la table à côté qui ne l’a pas commandé. Au final, on a pas eu le dessert, le serveur n’a même pas présenté ses excuses.
