Reviewed Sep 11, 2026スタッフさんが優しく、丁寧に対応してくださる。朝ごはんもおいしく、駅にも近くてとても快適だった。 そしてなにより、氷河急行に乗るため、朝食時間より早くホテルを出発しなくてはならないことに対して、持っていけるサンドイッチなどを用意してくださったのが、とてもありがたかった。
部屋の洗面所のドアがきちんと閉まらず鍵もかけられないため、ゴミ箱などで抑える必要があった。

TV across hotel losing signal in the evening when everybody was tuning in. Hotel trying to restore service by end of September 2026. A bit noisy from trains passing hotel at night. No kettles or tea and coffee in rooms.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Me encantó hospedarme en ese hotel. Está muy cerca de la estación para ir a Zermatt. La habitación es muy cómoda y amplia, todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno es realmente bueno, habíá mucha variedad. Me gustó que la chica de recepción me colaboró con una pequeña decoración para mi tía y el esposo que estaban celebrando 20 años de casados el día que llegamos a hospedarnos, un gran detalle que significó mucho para ellos y para mí, nuevamente les doy mi agradecimiento.

Balcony of the room was not separated from the neighbouring rooms. The underground garage was somewhat shabby. The frequent train service to/from Zermatt makes some noise.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The front desk staff was extremely helpful with directions and booking our trip to the Matterhorn. Breakfast was very good. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the train station to head to Zermatt.
Trains started up very early and ran until late at night. We had the windows open as it was warm in the room so it was pretty loud.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Pokój był w miarę duży i komfortowy dla 3 osób, a dużą zaletą było codzienne, dokładne sprzątanie. Kolejny ogromny plus to przepyszne śniadania – duży wybór i świetna jakość. Jedynym minusem okazała się kwestia parkingu. Podróżowaliśmy samochodem z kufrem dachowym i ze względu na wysokość nie było możliwości wjazdu do garażu podziemnego. Na szczęście hotel oferował też parking na zewnątrz, więc ostatecznie udało się bez problemu zostawić auto. Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt, polecam!

The room was OK. Functional, with a strangely low toilet and very high bath tub, but otherwise clean and nice. The hotel is located just beseide the main road, but it did not affect our sleep. Practical as an access to surroundings, but not a place where you would stay for the day. The breakfast was super nice and tasty, although there was a long line to get to the caffe machine.

Few minutes walk about 9-10 minutes from train station.Nice little village close to Zermat and the shuttle train to Zermat and back is convenient.All staff are lovely.Good value of money if you wanted to be a bit outside of Zermat expensive areas.
The optic fibre broadband was not working when we were there.Hope it's sorted out now.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, top Frühstück ab 6.45 Uhr möglich, fußläufig zum Bahnhof. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Ich war mit meinem Zimmer sehr zufrieden und es war sogar deutlich vor Check-in Zeit fertig, was ich klasse fand. Es gab sogar Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer.
Die Matratzen waren für meinen Geschmack zu hart.

The room was very small, outdated, and poorly decorated. The furniture and overall condition of the room felt old, and there was no air conditioning. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and the room looked very different from the photos shown online. In my opinion, the pictures did not accurately represent the reality of the accommodation. The reception closes at 8:00 PM, which caused serious check-in difficulties for several guests. We saw guests struggling to enter the hotel and contact the staff. When they finally reached someone, they were reportedly asked to pay an additional fee for assistance. This was unreasonable and unacceptable. - The staff were not helpful Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel did not meet the standards we expected, and in my opinion, it felt more like a one-star hotel - maybe less !!

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Pěkné ubytování. Je možnost využít autobusu do Zermattu za zvýhodněnou cenu jako ubytovaný v hotelu; osobně jsme to nevyzkoušeli, ale možnost jsem ověril, že tam je. Hotel je umístěný na samém konci Täsche, takže docela pěkný výhled na vlakovou linku do Zermattu.
