The entrance to the parking lot was too narrow, making it very difficult to enter and exit. Also, the parking lot is on the second basement level, but the elevator only goes down to the first basement level, so I had to move my luggage first before parking the vehicle.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The hotel is really handy for the station, which has regular trains up to Zermatt, and also down to Visp. We liked the balcony and the breakfast had lots of choice. The hotel felt quite traditional and welcoming. The staff we spoke to were really nice
The WiFi kept dropping out every couple of minutes which was annoying. Some aspects of the hotel were a bit old fashioned or tired, like the bathroom. We would stay here again though, I expect it's really cosy in the winter

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026ツェルマットから一駅離れていますが、その分安く泊まれました。駅のすぐ近くにあるので、大きな荷物も問題なく運ぶことができました。ツェルマットは坂道も多く、石畳で少し移動しづらいこともあったので、こちらを選んで正解でした。朝食も美味しかったです。

Falta de reposição das coisas no café da manhã. Demora para retorno no chat do booking. Ausência de frigobar no quarto.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026The host was a lovely lady and made everything very easy for us. Both rooms had balconies with a beautiful view. We had dinner at the restaurant and all of our requests (regarding no alcohol) were accepted. Dinner was really good. The breakfast had good options as well, and provided us with what we needed.
The hotel felt a little bit old and outdated, but I think this added to the charm so I can't say that I completely didn't like it.
