On a attendu pour le check in. Au départ c'était prévu pour 14h30 selon l'une des employés et après on nous a dit qu'aucun check in ne se faisait avec 15h. Du gâchis de temps pour une activité qu'on a d'ailleurs raté.

There was no proper luggage room when we arrived early, had to leave the luggage in the reception area.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Foarte aproape de gara Tasch, astfel încât drumul spre Zermatt a fost rapid. Mâncarea bună, diversificată. Au și zona spa cu sauna, drăguț amenajata. Camera și Baia curate.
Camera rezervată chiar daca declarativ era de 18 m2, noi am primit o camera mult mai mică. Baia mica și înghesuita. Stand doar 2 nopti nu am mai mers la recepție sa cerem schimbarea camerei ...

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026A Matterhorn Inn helyett a Hotel Porta Cervino - Parking & Diningben kaptunk szállást. Ez is tökéletes volt. Ez is közel volt a vasútállomáshoz. Kényelmesek voltak a szobák, az ágyak. A reggeli és a vacsora szintén kitűnő volt. Egyik este itt, másik este a Matterhorn Innben (azaz ennek a profilnak a megfelelőjében) étkeztünk. Bátran ajánlom.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026It is right in front of the train terminal where you can leave your car in the huge parking garage. The hotel with automatic check in NF check out so if you fill online form it is very easy to get the keys. Our room was small but clean and comfortable, so we enjoyed the stay.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Am avut cazare la hotelul respectiv, însă mi s-a spus că nu mai sunt locuri disponibile și am fost mutat la un alt hotel, Fara Spa & Sauna. Problema este că, pentru a beneficia de facilitățile de spa și saună incluse în cazare, a trebuit să merg aproximativ 5 minute pe jos până la locația respectivă. Consider că această situație nu este corectă, deoarece rezervarea mea a fost făcută pentru hotelul inițial și mă așteptam ca toate facilitățile să fie disponibile în aceeași locație.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Matterhorn Inn in Täsch und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr modern, ausgesprochen sauber und technisch wirklich top ausgestattet. Man merkt an vielen kleinen Details, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wird. Besonders angenehm war aber auch die herzliche und freundliche Art des gesamten Personals – wir wurden durchweg sehr freundlich empfangen und behandelt. Das Frühstück war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Es gab richtig gute, frische Brötchen, ein tolles Rührei und – für mich besonders wichtig 😉 – super Bacon. Auch sonst hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön fanden wir den leckeren Käse aus der Region. Dazu guter Kaffee und ein sehr schönes Ambiente, in dem man entspannt in den Tag starten konnte. Auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Er ist zwar nicht riesig, aber dafür ausgesprochen modern und durchdacht ausgestattet. Genau die richtige Größe, um nach einem langen Tag in den Bergen noch einmal richtig abzuschalten und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel für 10 Schweizer Franken pro Tag – aus unserer Sicht absolut fair. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Discounter, sodass man sich unkompliziert mit Getränken oder Verpflegung für den Tag eindecken kann. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist natürlich ideal, gerade wenn man nach Zermatt möchte. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Bahnhof war es bei uns angenehm ruhig – für uns eine perfekte Kombination aus zentraler Lage und Erholung. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Zimmer-Upgrade, das wir bekommen haben. Dadurch hatten wir ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick in Richtung Zermatt. Das war wirklich spitze und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders gemacht. Alles in allem haben wir uns im Matterhorn Inn sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous étions 3 . J avais payé en ligne pour 3 petits déjeuners. Au finale la petite n a pas voulu déjeuner. Nous nous présentons à deux mais comme par hasard dans se sens personne pour rembourser la différence. Je ne pense pas que dans l autre sens on nous aurait laissé pendre le petit déjeuner sans payer. De plus l accès au spa n’est disponible que de 19 h à 22 h . Du coup nous n’avons pas pu en profiter non plus

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026最满意的是地理位置，由于我们真正的目的是看马特洪峰，且只在此停留一天，所以从酒店到塔施火车站的距离就变得十分重要。幸好酒店就在火车站对面，步行1分钟即可抵达，这允许我们在上午抵达酒店后，先寄存行李前往采尔马特上山，在山上停留3小时后再下山乘火车返回塔施酒店休息，然后晚餐后再回到采尔马特看日落蓝调时刻。酒店设施比较新，房间比预想中大，员工热情，满足了我们把巧克力等物品放在前台冰箱的请求，这点特别好评一下。水疗包含在房费中，但我们没时间去。价格偏贵，但在瑞士也可以理解。
餐厅和住宿的价格都可以更合理一点；目前水疗的开放时间是16-21点，可以更晚一点。枕头充气过多。

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Ficar hospedado em Tasch é uma ótima alternativa para economizar e também não precisar circular com malas. O hotel nos proporcionou uma ótima experiencia ao nos mudar de hotel para um muito novo, estacionamento no local e o quarto era maravilhoso, muito espaçoso e com uma cozinha. O café da manha é muito bom, ambientes novos e tudo muito limpo. O transporte para ir a Zermatt é praticamente em frente, muito fácil, e há uma Coop próxima a pé. Gostamos muito mesmo e de ficar em Tasch. Na recepção há atendentes que falam português.
Fomos no verão então mesmo região de montanha estava quente e como não há ar condicionado no quarto tivemos que abrir a janela. Uma recomendação seria terem ventiladores silenciosos para que em dias de calor os clientes possam pegar emprestado na recepção.
