Nice room, fantastic buffet breakfast and lunch. Food choice was just amazing! We enjoyed the swimming pool which was very relaxing and beautifully planted, with flowering frangipani.

כשהגענו גילינו שהזמנו בטעות חדר עם שתי מיטות יחיד, הפקיד בקבלה טען שאין להם חדרים עם מיטה זוגית אך בדיקה שלי בבוקינג הראתה שיש. לאחר שהראתי את זה לפקיד הוא חזר בו אך עדין לא הסכים להעביר אותנו למרות שהחדרים במחיר זהה. בנוסף, החלון בחדר לא נפתח והחדר עצמו קטן מאוד ביחס למחיר

Paid extra to get a queens executive room. Couple of friends visited to see me and we were happy to pay extra to accommodate three of us. We were asked to book an extra room just so a total of 3 men can fit in. So I eventually paid for 2 rooms just to get in 3 people. Also the manner in which we were spoken was the best. Kindness and humbleness goes long way. I also texted via Booking.com to book me a pick up cab. The reply I got that it would be 900Rs on top while my deal was to have one sided free cab to or from airport. Later on I clarified this and a cab was provided to the Airport but this should have not happened.

Excellent stop off point when flying into Delhi prior to other internal flights. Aerocity and Ibis is so handy to the domestic and international terminals and makes the transition after a long flight very easy. Great food, especially the amazing buffets, great swimming pool and the staff aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Just the location

Absolutely unprofessional staff and service, right from the moment we entered the hotel. As soon as we got down from our cab, the security staff expected us to carry our own luggage and place it on the luggage belt. We refused, as handling guests’ luggage should be the responsibility of the hotel staff, especially at the entrance. The reception staff were equally unprofessional. Communication was extremely difficult as they had very limited English, and we were initially given the wrong rooms. To make matters worse, calls made from our room to reception were repeatedly not answered. The rooms were extremely small and had no windows, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Overall, the only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. Apart from that, the service, staff professionalism, and room quality were very disappointing. Definitely not an experience I would expect from a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms, especially after the renovation, are pretty lovely. They are cosy and comfortable. The location has always been the main attraction. The staff is kind and quite helpful. The restaurant is decent too.

There was nothing in particular that I didn't like. It's a no frills place, and perfect for short stays.

Plastic particles were found in my breakfast. Room had no menu for in room dining. No call back received despite a request for a call back for room service. Even when the staff at the floor saw us struggling with our luggage didn't come forward to assist / help.

The bed sheets were not changed from the previous person. Bed sheets were very dirty, with visible signs of someone previously sleeping there. Therefore we had to call the reception to change bed.

Breakfast is very very costly ₹1100/ person I never seen such high prices

A strategic choice if you are passing through Delhi A great place to stay if you are flying via Delhi, close to the airport. It is close to the airport, with a few restaurants, cafés, and small shops within walking distance. The hotel and its surroundings are well-kept and safe. It is a modern, new building with comfortable rooms. We were very impressed by the deaf-mute staff member at the front desk; he was incredibly professional, helpful, and hospitable.

What we didn't like was that we had requested a twin room with a wake-up call, but were given a single room instead. We had to go back to reception with all our luggage. We were given a new room with two beds.

The service with regards to getting in room pouch for making tea and coffee was good as that was quick and staff was helpful as well during checkin as it too time due to some confusion on payment from our side.

Food was pathetic and worst. Didn't have any taste nor was worth trying anything new. Just Paneer subzi was bit eatable with the roti and naan.

My stay at IBIS was excellent. Quiet neat hotel, wonderful staff specially at the restaurant, proximity to Airport. I was also impressed with attention to Security . I would like to visit again. I wish the room was a bit bigger.

It's the cheapest hotel in Aerocity and totally fine for one night. Nice breakfast und pool.

If you get one of the old unrenovated rooms it's only "OK", but still clean.
