Il bello é che tutto é avvenuto mentre eravamo nel volo verso Delhi senza alcuna possibilità di sistemare la situazione. Richiamando la struttura ci hanno semplicemente detto che non c'era più posto molto probabilmente accettano prenotazioni in overbooking e cancellano con pretesti falsi.

The lady walking around in reception asking people to ensure they gave a rating was very off putting and the only negative experience. When I said I would rate them in my own time, she asked me to do in front of her, which was very impolite and shows a lack of trust

Nice hotel located actually in Aerocity as many others claim to be and they are not.

Staff in reception is terrible. Their customer service is really low. Had contact with two shifts of them and both are the same, rude and unprofessional . Otherwise hotel is good

I have stayed in almost all the hotels in Aerocity but definitely this was the worst one and will never book again with them. My choice of room was not considered and the reception staff was rude and not informed about the facilities. Both breakfast and lunch buffets were good but food was cold and no one was bothered. I was promised a late check out and agreed but later on they wanted to charge me for it. When I raised an issue the manager on duty was present but refused to speak to me instead sending his assistant to talk to me. They definitely not value the guest. Also the property is old and not maintained well

Das Zimmer wurde kurz vor meiner Ankunft vom Hotel storniert. Es war kein Check-in mehr möglich, da das Hotel angeblich komplett ausgebucht sei. Ich bin seit 30 Jahren weltweit unterwegs und so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert.

If there was a zero score, I would have rated them zero. They cancelled my confirmed booking on the day of check in because they had overbooked. Can not trust this hotel.

We are denied rooms after confirmation. Falsely accused us saying my credit card I’d declined. Ty nvr took card. Ty don’t just care for booking.com.

Very rude & sold our rooms to someone for higher price.

Bad smell in the room lasting for several days later. Expensive, compared to the other hotels. Taxi to the airport too costly. Limited choice of food.

Very good breakfast. Good health club and steam. Right next to the World mark shopping complex which was just five minutes walk from the hotel. Good response to some maintenance problems. Staff was very responsive and curtious.

We were senior citizens and should have been allotted rooms near the elevators. As a result the original rooms allotted had ro be changed. This took almost three hours and reminders. There was some issues during checkout for our friend couple, also seniors due to some computer issues.

The only positive point about this hotel is its location, but that is true for the many hotels in this area. There is nothing more to like.

There are quite a many things I didn’t like about this hotel. It was a disappointing stay. 1. Room cleanliness was not as you would expect from a property that charges so much. Light shades and shower heads looked as if not cleaned for ages. The hand shower head may not have been cleaned for at least a few years, it was almost completely covered with black stains. 2. The bed provided was not king-size as was shown in the booking. For my height of 180 cms, I had to struggle to keep my feet from dangling outside the mattress. 3. The rooms were not soundproof, I could clearly hear all the noises from other rooms and corridors, and the nights were not silent I must say. For anyone looking for a good night’s sleep, I wish them good luck. When you enter the lobby, it feels good but as soon as you see the room, that good feeling will fade away fast. Only because of the location this hotel is getting so much visitors, and maybe one can choose it, otherwise I would suggest to avoid this.

Great location and great staff.

I like the property but It starts to get a little worn out, toilet is broken, q-tips left from previous guests, spots on the mirror. The sink have seen better days

Front Desk - Check out invoice printing. It is pathetically slow. Finally i had to leave without getting final invoice in my hand. I am now expecting it on email. However i have stayed in this hotel multiple times and this is not an one off experience. The hotel management certainly needs to look into making the check-in, check-out and front desk more efficient.

Comfortable, clean room of excellent quality

I requested a quiet room but was given one in a busy area with a lot of foot traffic and music playing in the corridor. When I called reception to ask for a room change, I was told no rooms were available, but when I went down to reception in person, they kindly changed my room to the sixth floor, where it was much better. However, the Wi-Fi wasn’t great, and there were no snacks or other items usually found in the room (which you’d normally pay for). Also, the bathtub had no hot water.

I have recently had surgery. The most important requirement for my booking was a bath. After a 5-hour taxi from Jaipur, this was critical for my recovery. Price phoned to confirm the booking the day before, the bath and its importance was discussed. Finally arrive a the hotel and there is no bath in the room. My wife had to go and argue for it. Just why? There was no need for this and soured the whole experience. It's a shame, we stayed there in January, but don't expect we will return again.

El personal fue muy amable. Las instalaciones son de un hotel de alta gama en india. La habitación era cómoda y nos hicieron la habitación, un detalle que solo ocurre por la categoría del hotel. Cenamos la segunda noche y el buffet, aunque es caro, estaba muy bueno y abundante La ubicación es perfecta para estar un día, aunque está lejos del centro, por 300-400 rupias estás en el centro, merece la pena estar fuera del mogollón y cerca del aeropuerto.
