Das Personal ist super nett, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Strand ist wunderschön und auch das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, ausreichend und sehr gut.

Bei einem doch recht teuren All-Inclusive-Hotel darf man aus unserer Sicht auch gewisse Ansprüche haben. Besonders mit einem Kleinkind war es morgens oftmals sehr mühsam, über 20 Minuten auf einen Shuttlebus mit freien Plätzen zum Frühstück zu warten. Hier wäre eine bessere Organisation oder ein häufigerer Shuttle-Service wünschenswert. Auch der Kaffee beim Frühstück war für unseren Geschmack leider nicht geniessbar. Eine Nespresso-Maschine im Zimmer wäre bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie eine tolle Ergänzung. So könnte man zumindest früh morgens in Ruhe einen guten Kaffee trinken, bevor der „Kampf“ um den Shuttlebus beginnt. Ebenfalls schade fanden wir, dass es während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht möglich war, einmal eine Liege am Pool zu bekommen. Bereits früh morgens werden die Liegen von Gästen mit Handtüchern und persönlichen Gegenständen reserviert, obwohl sie teilweise lange Zeit nicht genutzt werden. Dass diese Praxis vom Hotel toleriert wird, fanden wir bei einem gehobenen All-Inclusive-Hotel enttäuschend. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und möchten besonders das freundliche Personal, die Sauberkeit, den schönen Strand und das gute Essen hervorheben. Bei einigen organisatorischen Punkten besteht jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial, insbesondere wenn das Hotel seinem gehobenen Anspruch gerecht werden möchte.

En revanche, il y a un point sur lequel nous n’avons absolument rien à reprocher : le personnel. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a été adorable, attentionné, disponible et extrêmement gentil avec nous. Les employés sont souriants, agréables, on peut plaisanter avec eux et ils font réellement leur maximum pour que les clients se sentent bien. De ce côté-là, rien à dire : ils méritent clairement d’être félicités. Et c’est justement dommage, parce que la qualité humaine du personnel est largement supérieure à l’expérience globale proposée par l’établissement. Au final, notre critique ne concerne donc absolument pas les employés, mais bien le positionnement de l’hôtel, ses infrastructures vieillissantes, la restauration, la plage et surtout le rapport qualité-prix.

Très grosse déception concernant l’Iberostar Waves Cala Domingos. L’hôtel ne correspond absolument pas à l’image qui est vendue. On s’attend à un établissement Iberostar agréable et relativement haut de gamme ; en réalité, on se retrouve davantage dans un immense village de vacances familial assez basique, avec énormément d’enfants, y compris fin août / début septembre. Les deux seules piscines sont littéralement prises d’assaut par les enfants du complexe et leurs parents. Il n’y a pratiquement aucun espace permettant de profiter tranquillement de la piscine. Pour un complexe de cette taille, nous avons également été très surpris de constater qu’il n’y avait qu’un seul véritable bar. Nous avons testé le restaurant mexicain à la carte : un désastre. La qualité n’était absolument pas au niveau attendu. Mais le plus décevant reste la plage. C’était précisément l’un des éléments qui nous avaient fait choisir cet hôtel et, une fois sur place, nous n’avons jamais retrouvé la plage présentée sur les photos qui nous avaient été montrées. La réalité : une plage publique, sale lors de notre séjour, avec également un fond marin sale et peu agréable. L’hôtel ne possède même pas une partie privée de la plage. C’est probablement ce qui nous a le plus déçus, car les photos donnent clairement une impression très différente de l’expérience réelle sur place. Au final, si vous cherchez avant tout un grand complexe familial rempli d’enfants, cela peut éventuellement convenir. En revanche, si vous recherchez du calme, une belle plage, une certaine qualité de restauration et l’expérience que l’on peut légitimement attendre d’un Iberostar, nous avons trouvé le décalage entre les photos, la présentation de l’hôtel et la réalité particulièrement important.

Muy enfocado a familias con niños pequeños hasta 7 u 8 años. Ambiente tranquilo y personal encantador. Las actividades del hotel y los animadores lo mejor, así como la comida.

Su precio es elevado al ser mallorca una isla más cara. Depense de dónde se ubique tu habitación puede ser alto incómodo.

Hotel muy bonito, el entorno también, es tranquilo a pesar de ser un respeto familiar. Mucho entretenimiento. Muy recomendable.

El personal que trabaja, son encantadores y han hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido genial. Además las instalaciones, comida muy rica y el transporte por el resort un lujo. Sin duda volveríamos encantados.

The sea, the staff, and the mini-bus that transported guests around the resort, which was quite large.

The bungalow was very small. The child’s fold-out bed was placed right in the passage next to the entrance door, so when the bed was unfolded, there were literally only about 20–30 cm of space left to walk through and get outside. The glass partition for the toilet and shower was located immediately next to the bed, which was just awful. There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room. The nearest bar by the sea opens at 10:30 a.m., so if, for example, you don’t have breakfast and only drink coffee in the morning, you won’t be able to get coffee either in your room or at the nearest bar before 10:30. You have to go all the way to the restaurant just to have a coffee, but the coffee there was not very good. The food was mostly tasty, but the selection was not what I expected. There was a very limited variety of food, and the breakfast was the same every day. There was almost no seafood — during our 8-day stay, there was only one dinner that included seafood. In my opinion, this hotel is very overrated by people.

The property is good for kids who are looking to find other kids and enjoy the moment

The rooms are really small what we reserved was bigger, but we received smaller room, and unfortunately, the blanket was really light pillow was very light. Also the bathroom was not built in the right way so if you take a shower, the water in the shower will go all over the bathroom and can reach if you take longer shower will go to the room and once the water splash all over the bathroom Will be a big mess and not be able to be safe inside the bathroom also towels some of them were not very, very clean so that needs to be taken

On the plus side, the rooms were spacious enough and very clean. Drinking water was available through “fountains” placed outside the bungalows, where you could fill up carafes anytime, as much as you wanted. The food was really tasty, with lunch and dinner offering plenty of variety. There was also a show organized every evening.

The resort is huge, and transport between reception, bungalows, and the beach is supposed to run on a fixed shuttle route covering the whole complex. In reality, drivers ignore it as they please. One night at 10pm, instead of taking us to our room, the driver stopped halfway and turned back to reception. No explanation — just “wait for the next one, or call reception if you’re not happy.” The beach is public, so despite paying 4-star prices, you still pay €15/day for a sunbed and umbrella. Public access through the resort also makes you uneasy about your belongings, including clothes left out to dry. On top of that, there aren’t nearly enough pools for the size of the complex.

Très joli complexe de petits bungalows bien dispersés. Magnifique plage (bien que publique) avec une eau cristalline. Buffet exceptionnel pour un all-inclusive, très varié, bien présenté et avec des ingrédients de qualité. Mention spéciale pour les huîtres, miam. Bonne carte de boissons pour un all-inclusive. Personnel multilingue aux petits soins, attentionné et professionnel. Terrain de tennis et mini-golf bien entretenus. Le concept des fontaines à eau potable dispersées partout dans l'enceinte est vraiment super.

Pour cette catégorie de prix et d'hôtel, on pourrait tout-de-même attendre d'avoir assez de chaises longues et parasols pour tous les clients. Ce n'est pas le cas, et donc les clients doivent se presser le matin tôt pour réserver leur places, ce qui donne un côté vraiment cheap et bas de gamme. Dommage, le reste est vraiment high standing. Les lits de la chambres étaient peu stables car montés sur roulettes, peu mieux faire pour ce prix. Globalement cependant, très satisfaits.

El animador infantil algo mayor, su actitud y trato no se condicen con la calidad del lugar. Los postres son lo mas flojo de la comida.

Leider ist die Toilette in den Zimmern nur durch eine dünne Glastür abgetrennt und das Waschbecken außerhalb, was mit kleinem Kind schwierig war, da es durch die Geräusche oft wach geworden ist

Great staff, facilities and a perfect beach. The multiple bars each have a different atmosphere, so it never feels repetitive. You can easily grab drinks and snacks and be on the beach in just a short walk. Would definitely recommend.

On the downside, the shower had a gap in the glass screen that let water spill onto the bathroom floor. The beach has public sun loungers and parasols available for around €15/day, but it would be a nice touch if the hotel provided these for guests. Minor issues overall, but worth noting.

O acesso à praia

Buffet demasiado pequeno para muitas pessoas, muitas vezes ficávamos à espera mais de 7-8 minutos para uma omelette ou carne. Aguas das piscinas muito frias, hotel com descida, as pessoas que ficam em quartos la em baixo tinha sempre que esperar os carrinhos virem buscar e como tem muitas pessoas às vezes demorava muito tempo. Não existe mesmo um kids club para as crianças, apenas atividades durante 1 hora e meia, entao os pais que querem relaxar na verdade nao conseguem .

This is definitely suited for families. Not really a real all-inclusive experience. There is only one restaurant and it is only buffet style. Everything closes at 6 and there is nothing to do after. The beach was very small and not too clean. The rooms were also okay - the glass shower facing the door was a poor design choice and made sharing rooms weird and uncomfortable. Would not recommend this property to others.

das Essen wurde etwas eintönig, leider war fast alles sehr fettig oder schwamm in Öl und die Qualität nicht so gut. Weniger Auswahl und dafür bessere Qualität (und vor allem nicht so fettig alles!) hätten wir schöner gefunden. Sauberkeit: die Dusche im Zimmer war immer etwas schmutzig und der Boden wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, es sammelten sich Sand und Haare. Es roch etwas „modrig“ in unserem Zimmer und die Kleidung und Bettwäsche war ständig klamm. Preis-Leistingsverhältnis könnte etwas besser sein.

Sehr schönes Hotel wo wirklich alles dabei war was wir für den Urlaub möchten.

Alle Schwimmbäder sind nicht beheizt, was für Mai eher ungünstig ist, besonders für Kinder.

Fast nur DE. Und man ist an das Hotel gebunden, es hat keine grossen ausgangs Möglichkeiten (Restaurants, Bars usw.).

- Food: a huge variety of high quality food, including kids buffet - Animation team: these guys really do an excellent job. Kids Club is excellent, they do a lot of arts & crafts, face painting, lego, kids disco etc. Our child was more than happy there. Thank you Esther, Viki, Paco and team. - Kids pool - Access to the beach

- In the evenings and mornings, the hot water pressure was very low. Almost no water was coming out of the shower, which is extremely inconvenient when one would like to take a shower. - A layout of the bungalow room is not great. If one travels with a pram and needs a bed for a child, there is very little space left in the room.

Прекрасное расположение, отличная бухта, многообразие еды и отличное приготовление поварами. Персонал очень старается помочь, очень приветлив!

Засели в первую ночь в номер для инвалидов и хотели нас там оставить еще на пару ночей, мы категорически были с этим не согласны кое как решили вопрос, переселили в номера другой категории но мы не согласились за них доплачивать, и все решилось только через директора! Поселили в низине отель очень длинный и домики расположены до самого пляжа, обещали что электромашины будут ездить часто но этого не было и приходилось ждать машину особенно с утра и вечером по 15-20 минут либо надо были идти в гору 15 минут! В один из вечеров после ужина вообще отказались нас везти сказали водитель ужинает ждите!!! Персонал пользуется туалетами для туристов тоже сидим такое первый раз!!! В номер если открываешь окно в Ванной могут залететь насекомые так как нет сеток на окнах!

Pequeno almoço muito variado e com óptima qualidade assim como almoços e jantares. Animação incrível, principalmente para quem viaja com crianças. Comboios de transporte dentro do resort passavam de 5-5min máx, tornando tudo próximo. Ficamos mais próximos da praia que também tinha uma piscina secundária e não podíamos ter gostado mais da localização!

Achei que a praia seria mais calminha ainda (considerando uma criança de 3 anos) - embora dependesse dos dias. Nos dias em que estava mais tranquila , foi incrível - cor e temperatura óptimas! (tinha alguns plásticos à saída do mar :( )

Die Temperatur im Kinderpool war zu kalt.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und hat ein besonderes Flair. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants und Pools. Die Animation ist super- die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Sehr angenehm. Das Nachhaltige Konzept ist sehr gut durchdacht.

The hotel was amazing. The beach close to the hotel is very nice, warm water and soft sand. The animation team was very very involved with a lot of activities for kids (e.g. magic carpet on the water, fun fair with jumpy castle, painting etc). The swimming pools are amazing with the water warm from the sun.

Personal waren sehr freundlich, Essen war sehr fein, es gab genügende Platz zu sitzen, Abend Veranstaltung waren gut. Sehr schöne Anlage, Unser aufhalten in Iberostar waves war sehr zufrieden. Es war sehr hilfreich ist immer kommt sehr schnell wagen uns zu Strand oder auch anderen Ort in Hotel bringen, nie einmal länger als 5 Minuten warten müssen,Wir schätzen es sehr. Das Bar am Strand ist hat sehr schöne Aussicht.

Allerdings hat auch kleine Probleme sollte gelöscht werden.1, wir haben keine Möglichkeit unsere nässe Badekleidung und gewachsen Kleidung aufzuhängen, unsere Terrasse hat kein Zaum, darum mussten nur auf den Stuhl und auf den Boden trocken lassen, 2, Badezimmer hat kein Duschvorhang, egal wie wir aufgepasst haben, nach den Duschen hat viel Wasser am boden außerhalb von Dusche. Ich hoffe den Manager machen etwas gegen diese Unannehmlichkeit. Danke.

Great hotel. The staff are so attentive & welcoming. The food is varied and good quality. Lots of drinks options. The rooms are spacious and bright. Entertainment was great. A few negatives.. the shower handle was broken. You had to go to reception to get a new towel which you need a shuttle for and not available until 10am. Sometimes a long wait for the shuttle. Also had to pay deposit for towel which seems unnecessary. Overall had a great experience, would definitely recommend.

Tolles Hotel mit erstklassigem Programm für Kinder. Fast jeden morgen gab es Kinderschminken am Frühstücksbuffet und immer viel Programm am Pool. Sehr weitläufige Anlage mit super Badebucht! Transfers zwischen Zimmer, Strand und Rezeption gab es durch regelmäßige Golfkart-Busse. Das Essen und die Cocktails waren super. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder!

The all-inclusive was great - the variety of food and the alcohol! The entire place is huge. We booked the bungalow which was the closest to the beach; but it was super convenient as we could park by the roadside and take the caddy from top to bottom of the hotel. I think it would be super valuable if you ate all 3 meals in the hotel. But overall, exceptionally child friendly with many things to do for the family.

Sehr sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal und hat alles was man braucht. Das Essen war hervorragend, man hatte verschiedene Aktivitäten welche man kostenlos machen konnte zB Minigolf. Der Transport zum Strand (ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt) war sehr schnell und man musste nie lang warten. Der Strand war ebenfalls sehr schön.

Personal super atento y servicial. Hotel precioso y limpio, fue un viaje especial y nos hicieron una decoración en la habitación preciosa.

Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente de la habitación y la presión del agua pero vinieron pronto a arreglarla.

Es la segunda vez que vamos. Para destacar la amabilidad del personal, la barbacoa del restaurante Mexicana y lo facil que es todo usando la app (hasta te avisan cuando esta la habitación limpia)

Este año el Kids Club no fue tan entretenido. Mi hijo normalmente quiere quedarse y esta vez las actividades no le atraian, tampoco los animadores.

Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff ristorazione con menù sempre vari, l attenzione ai bambini con molti servizi adatti a loro e alle loro esigenze. Spiaggia con mare stupendo e piscine ben attrezzate.

La pulizia delle camere non era ottimale, abbiamo lamentato più volte gli odori sgradevoli della stanza a causa di un problema di ventilazione ma non hanno risolto né ci sono venuti incontro per questo disagio. Le camere a metà del villaggio sono scomode sia per arrivare alla spiaggia sia per arrivare al ristorante con una navetta che passava ogni 15 minuti. consiglio di chiedere stanze vicino al mare o alla reception.

O hotel é super bonito, a praia é bem pertinho e a equipe é super simpática e atenciosa.

Apesar de ser all inclusive, para abastecer o frigobar você precisa comprar/pagar e os bares só abrem após as 10 da manhã. Outro ponto é que não tem bar na praia e você precisa pagar para usar cadeiras e guarda-sol.

Es muy ruidoso , entendible al ser un hotel enfocado a familia con hijos pequeños la playa queda lejos y el transporte interno en temporada alta se complica, ademas que en una ocasion debieron llamar directamente a la recepcion y quejarsen formalmente porque usaban el transporte para las personas que llegaban al hotel nuevas y no para recoger a los huespedes que ya estan alojados y se encuentran lejos de su habitacion . hay muchas parejas con bebes o hijos pequeños que si o si requieren el servicio.

Best hotel to stay with a child! Food is 10/10, varieties of different cuisine (Mediterranean, Mexican, local Mallorca, Japanese), activities for children for whole day. Every night there are shows for whole family which was also really nice. Special cheers to stuff - reception and cleaning personnel was super friendly and quick. Definitely worth visiting more than once!
