Dreck überall, Dreck in der Küche, Suppenecke, schmutzige Köche und ihre Arbeitsplätze, Aufzüge ebenso. Zimmer kaum greinigt. Inventar hat längst ausgedient und Wände sind heruntergekommen. Frühstück reicht um zu überleben, Essen hingeknallt und abgehackt. Am letzten Tag kein Tee und kein Kaffee trotz der Bitte auf chinesisch.

设施老旧，浴室有霉菌，且天花时不时掉下一片，联系前台三次处理保险箱锁不上的问题都没有人来处理。

Good location and fair value for money. Buffet breakfast offered a good choice. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room size and view also good. Starbucks nearby was useful.

The room was on the top floor (22). The heavy Tianjin rain made the room noisy at night and hard to sleep, as the rain was hitting the metal air conditioner ducting outside, and the noise fed into the room.

La température dans la chambre, oscillant constamment entre 26 et 27 degrés, et que le personnel technique n'a pas pu abaisser. L'accueil m'a expliqué que c'était en raison de la baie vitrée (nous sommes fin octobre et la nuit tombe avant 18h). Même problème pour la chambre de ma collègue.

Top up breakfast buffet such as bread, not having to ask. I think staff overlook but they did quickly top it up when asked.

There were bugs in the room and bathroom. "The facilities were old, and the place was half-finished." Other holiday-in-hotel is good, but I don't recommend this hotel.

鞍山道駅A出口からすぐの場所に位置していて、かつ近隣にコンビニや食事処も豊富にあり、特に不自由を感じることなく過ごすことができました。 チェックイン時に喫煙可能な部屋を案内してくれて、愛煙家にとっては非常にありがたかったです。その他の案内も英語で親切に対応してくれて助かりました。 部屋も広くて、夜景もきれいで、いいホテルでした。

Breakfast is disappointing. Not enough choices and quality is not good. Air condition is too hot and the control is out of order, it is 26 degrees at night. The next day I have changed to another room with normal air conditioning.

Location was very good, just around the corner is a metro station. Bed was comfortable. Eventhough the hotel is a bit dated the room we were in was clean and had a great view.

Big room and nice view on the city. Good selection of chinese and some western breakfast. Good coffee. Super location close to underground, bus lines and malls. The window can be opened. Good soundproofing.

The room gets very warm and the temperature cannot be controlled with the room settings. The furniture is quite old and sometimes broken. Some spot were a bit dirty. Water pressure of shower is not very high.

Great service, good location, excellent staff!

Still the location is located right next to the metro station. This makes travelling so much easier; you don’t need a cab from the train station, just take the metro & you’ll be at the hotel.

Room is a bit too dark, not enough watts in some light bulbs. The only bright light is the light on the desk. Then there’s only 2 plugs where I can plug my charging cables for phone & computer. That isn’t good. I got food poisoning on Christmas Day so felt extremely nauseous & horrible((

A bit dated. Hotel room shows wear and tear. Needs renovation. The carpet looks dirty. Water in shower erratic - sometimes how then cold.

Excellent location, staff very helpful, room very comfortable, great view even from a 5th floor. Room and bathroom much larger and better equipped than expected at that price. Lots of options for breakfast.

The hotel offered me a complimentary upgrade at check-in, provides breakfast, and there are several small eateries nearby.

There was no reply to my questions at the messaging section at Booking.com as well as email. There should be power outlets by the bedside tables for charging phones, power banks, and tablets. The toilet bowl seat is stained and needs replacement. Additionally, a few more hooks in the bathroom would be helpful for hanging clothes. It would be good if the hotel can provide a complimentary sandwich and drink for hotel guests who couldn't eat the breakfast due to early check out.

The bedclothes didn't really smell too fresh. There was an electronic buzzing sound (from the fuse box) that I found very irritating at night (although it didn't bother my partner). The TV was useless to us in the evening, as the screen casting option didn't work and it had virtually no English content otherwise

The location was perfect, the room was cosy, and the staff was helpful. As an interior architect, I liked the glass brick bathroom wall welcoming daylight. We have to consider sustainability since no second planet has been known to support life yet.

Breakfast needs improvement since Tianjin is an attractive tourist spot, and Western visitors expect to see some cheese and olives. Also a wider range of breads, as well. That was almost all-Chinese.

Great location (right outside of the metro stop), clean and comfortable. ALL staff was very kind and accommodating. Amily at the front desk deserves a special shout-out for being super courteous and helpful! We had a wonderful time there!

It was clean and very well located for exploring the city! Very welcoming. We had a room first that smelled like smoke but staff gave us another room without inconveniences.

Breakfast is not continental. As a European it was fine but not what we expected.

Location was super convenient, right next door to subway station. Plenty of local eateries nearby. Best of all was the exemplary service by the staff, especially Ms Amily, who went out of her way to offer assistance and advice whenever we needed help

Very good location, next to Anshandao subway station (line 1). Some sites to visit in easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful in helping find the way to various sites. Breakfast was fine.

The wet floor in the bathroom sometimes allowed the carpet outside the bathroom to get damp.

Location was superb, next to subway - Anshandao. Nearby eateries and you can even walk to the malls area about fifteen mins away

Nice staff but the room is really worn out and old fashioned. Has a really stupidly designed washroom, why on earth is the shower seperated from the room through a slightly blurry glass wall? It makes no sense.

I was given a smoking room. I don't smoke. So this is a turn off

Location, big room, clean. We had a non-smoking room, but it still smelled strong cigarettes. When informed staff, they upgraded our room to a bigger room since that was the only room left with seperate bed. Good initiative.

The bathroom that has translucent wall which is very inconvenient even for family. The room is humid.. air-condition not able to adjust lower than 24 degC. Better maintenance of hallway will give better impression, hallway is stained and dirty. The breakfast was not for international tourist, and the manager at breakfast pushed customer away just to take photos of the food, and shouted at his staff..he then turned to his mobile and surf the phone ignoring the customer... The receptionist seems angry, need a more welcoming faces at front desk.
