Gute Lage im Zentrum, trotzdem relativ ruhig, da im Hinterhaus. Öffentliches Parkhaus in absoluter Nähe. Eine sehr hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption..

Steile Außentreppe musste mit Gepäck bewältigt werden, um ins Hotel zu kommen. Baulicher und sonstiger Zustand ist nicht mehr mit morbiden Charme zu bezeichnen, er ist für den Preis undiskutabel. Der Lift ist eine Herausforderung, die dünnen Bettlaken als Zudecke eine Frechheit.

Goede locatie, in het centrum. De kamer was redelijk klein maar modern en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel.

Frukosten ok, välstädat rum och ett bra läge.

Personalen lite oengagerade, man fick ingen hjälp om man frågade efter aktiviteter, dåligt med turistbroschyrer. Gick inte att köpa ett glas vitt vin på hotellet, lite dåligt kan jag tycka.

Fantastic location close to city centre and train station. Even though room was very small it had great storage and design. Breakfast good. Staff lovely.

Air con did not maintain room temperature properly. Had to switch on and off to maintain temp.

The setting was great and close to the station. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Set in a lovely courtyard just off one of the main areas for restaurants and pubs.

My passport fell out as I packed to leave. Circumstances meant it could only have been in the hotel. Five phone calls in three hours (including one in which the ph was hung up) trying to track it down and variously the Reception staff told me it had not been handed in, he could not check the room as it was occupied, he would call me back after checking w housekeeping, housekeeping were not able to find it, etc. In the end I presented at the hotel and requested staff check the room. It was confirmed my passport was not visible so on return to Reception I asked the same staff member to please check the safe again. He opened the lockable drawer to indicate it was not there. He then opened the next and immediately visible was my passport. He opened it to check the photo and confirm it was me. I took it and left before I became angry. I have questions about why staff did not immediatley contact me on finding the passport. Reception had my phone number and email. Why did the same staff member repeatedly tell me my passport was not in their hands? Why were the pages of my passport wet but the case it was in was dry? Why did the staff member hang up on me? So disappointed that a lovely setting turned out to be a disaster.

Excellent location; about 6 mins walk from station and right at the top of a road with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The hotel is set back from the road (up a little passage) so you don't get much noise from the street. The room was always cleaned although basic and the towels were a little threadbare. There was a fridge but no kettle. Breakfast (€13 each) is a buffet and seemed fine. Dinky lift was fun; enough storage space in room and reasonable size bathroom

There is precious little sound-proofing between rooms. We could hear the couple next door chatting; they weren't shouting but we could make out most of what they were saying without trying. You could hear the person above moving around their room; no idea if they were fat or heavy footed. Room seemed smaller than expected or perhaps it was a very big bed.

It shouldn’t have any star..I don’t understand how the attribution of stars works in France. Honestly, this hotel needs to be closed and at least be removed from booking listing as a hotel!

Die Lage.

Das erste Zimmer war viel kleiner als das gebuchte Zimmer, im 5ten Stock bei einem kaputten Aufzug. Erst nach Reklamation wurde das Zimmer umgebucht, aber auch das neue Zimmer hatte nicht die zugesagte Ausstattung. Fotos und Präsentation des Hotels sind wesentlich schöner als das Hotel selbst.

Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann im Parkhaus nebenan parken und eun Tagesticket im Hotel erwerben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt, aber sauber. Der junge Mann am Empfang war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Schöner als ein Schlüsselkästchen, so empfangen zu werden.

Mein Einzelzimmer mit Blick in einen Luftschacht und einem permanenten Lüftungsgeräusch, den man allerdings bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht hören konnte war nicht so prickelnd.das Zimmer meiner Freundin war deutlich schöner.

J ai reserve une chambre de 16m2, avec wifi, téléphone, thé/café, bureau J ai eu une chambre d à peine 9m2, tellement petite qu on ne pouvait pas faire le tour du lit, bureau inaccessible car collé au lit, pas de téléphone pour appeler l accueil, pas de thé/café à dispo, et wifi uniquement si on est conne à la porte d entrée, salle d eau tellement petite que le lavabo se trouve au dessus de la cuvette des wc….. pas très commode ! je suis extrêmement decue, cette chambre ne correspondait du tout à celle que j avais réservée et payée Abat-jour de la lampe complètement déchiré Aucuns geste commercial par la personne de l accueil qui m a répondu qu elle ni pouvait rien, elle ne fait que travailler dans cet hôtel 13€ le petit déjeuner, c très cher pour ce qui est proposé

Great location. Quiet and clean. Good bed. Some character I would say. Decent breakfast. Park in the garage under the square. You simply choose the long term parking rate and pay in advance already (nothing to do with the hotel). If you don't understand, go first to the hotel for the check-in and they will explain to you.

Very small room. I doubt it was the claimed square meters.

It was conveniently located with an arrange of restaurant in the plaza area.

Fantastic location of the hotel. The breakfast room is rather small but the breakfast itself is really great. We could let our bikes stay in a safe place, that is nice too!

Dobrý den, hodnotím kladně. Velmi milá mladá a ochotná slečna v recepci. Pomohla mi najít pro naše auto se stanem na střeše jiné vhodné parkování. Vše dopodrobna vysvětlila. Snídani hodnotím také kladně. Dobrý výběr. Takže za mě v Remeši palec nahoru.

De douche.... verstopt en waterval de kamer in. Niet schoongemaakte afvoer. Helaas. Waarschijnlijk even niet gebruikt deze kamer, anders was het al eerder gemeld.

Kamer was klein maar schoon met goede bedden. Badkamer was ok. Prima voor een kort verblijf. B.v. op doorreis. Ontbijtbuffet was prima. Openbare parkeergarage op 20 meter van het hotel. Redelijke tarieven.

Airco kon (mocht) niet geregeld worden waardoor koude luchtstroom op het bed bleef gericht gedurende de nacht. Kamer heeft geen koffie of thee mogelijkheid.

In the heart of Reims with all the restaurants but set back behind a quiet courtyard. Close to public underground car park.

Bed was comfortable. Good location for the city centre; right on the main street. Staff were helpful, especially with refilling water bottles with cold water at the bar, breakfast was decent.

No parking. I had to park in the underground car park nearby, which was a very bad experience. Bathroom was TINY. Everything could be used with the door shut, but barely. Low pressure in the shower. After we complained, it went from low to barely adequate. Lift was tiny, didn't go all the way up to the top floor, and didn't work reliably, and was touchy when it did. I get that it's original to the building, but it's still terrible by modern standards. Stairs were narrow and twisty. Hotel was EXTREMELY hard to find at street level; it took three circuits of the city centre before we gave up and parked and walked around to find it, tucked down between two restaurant kitchens. Strong smell of gas outside from the kitchens.

Slaapcomfort. De airco had al een klein bijgeluiden. Voor het slapen uitgeschakeld. Midden in de nacht begon de airco veel geluid te maken. Alsof er iemand in de kamer naast je onregelmatig aan het timmeren was. Om 06.00 aan kleden en vertrekken.

Das Hotel liegt in zweiter Reihe an der Flaniermeile in der Innenstadt. Die Tiefgarage ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung des Hotels hat Charme. Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal freundlich.

Die Zimmertüren machen großen Lärm, wenn man sie zufallen lässt. Ich wurde von vermeintlichem Brandgeruch geweckt; es handelte sich um Räuchern oder Anheizen eines Holzofens aus der davor liegenden Gastromie

Tolle Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone und doch ruhig im Hinterhaus mit einem tollen ruhig gelegenen Biergarten.

Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro, a 5 min a piedi dalla cattedrale, molti ristoranti, bar e supermercati nelle vicinanze. La posizione in un cortile interno lo rende molto silenzioso. Comodissimo il parcheggio nelle Immediate vicinanze (17€ per 48h). Staff molto gentile. Letto molto comodo e camera pulita

Hotel ligt net achter een gezellig drukke straat met winkels en restaurants, maar je merkt in het hotel niks van de drukte. Parkeergarage voor de deur. Hotel is oud maar wordt goed onderhouden. Airco werkt.

De kamers zijn echt klein. Je kunt precies om het bed bewegen. Er zijn wel slim kasten om het bed geplaatst zodat je voldoende bergruimte hebt en zelfs een klein koelkastje.

Der Empfang war überaus freundlich und die Lage perfekt. Der kleine Garten ist sehr hübsch und überraschend!

De kamers waren zeer klein, net als de badkamer en het toilet. Alles oogde sterk verouderd. De tuin, die op de foto’s aantrekkelijk lijkt, was slecht onderhouden. De airco stond recht op het bed gericht en het bed was erg smal, volgens mij minder dan 140 cm breed. In zeven kamers ontbrak een minibar. Het ontbijt kostte €26, waardoor vrijwel geen enkele gast ervoor koos; op straat kon je immers al voor €2 koffie drinken en voor €3,50 brood kopen.

Das Haus hat den klassischen französischen Charme - Zimmer sind klein und sauber und sehr komfortabel

Lovely welcome at reception & (Alexandra?) was super nice & helpful. The room was a bit small for us with our dog but it was only for one night so no big deal. The hotel is right in the thick of everything going on, restaurants, bars etc.Breakfast was nice too.

De binnentuin. Mooie plek eigenlijk, maar verwaarloosd. Erg jammer, zou een hele mooie fijne oase midden in de stad zijn om even af te schakelen en gewoon lekker te zitten

Det bästa var läget, mycket centralt, och närhet till parkeringshus (50 meter), med OK priser. Bra med AC på rummet. Vi tog ingen frukost. Rent och snyggt. Som vanligt lite hårda sängar, vilket tycks vara standard i hela Europa.

Lite knackig engelska på de som jobbade. Något som ofta händer mig är att när jag amnländer så säger de att de inte har någon bokning, de har nog svårt att uppfatta vanligt svenska efternamn (?). Well, det är ju verkligen minor. personalen var trevlig och serviceinriktaede.
