Nice location, unusual style of property. Well-equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Very clean. Could fit two cars on drive if needed.

Everything was good but maybe a rug in the lounge would make it more homely.

A perfect location and all the amenities we wanted and needed. The house was clean, tidy and well stocked with cooking items. A lovely holiday site and dog friendly.

There was nothing not to like, except the temperature of the shower which quickly moved from hot to cold, the bath however was perfect.

We loved the size of the property and the comfortable interior. Location was great if you have a car.

The property was it a great location 5mins to the nearest beach, whilst it is not luxury it had everything we needed for a base to explore the area. Immaculately clean, and well equipped.

Perhaps a newer sofa or two small sofas for a cosier feel.

Very clean, bed linen and room including windows. Kitchen clean tidy well equipped for our stay.

Bathroom fan operated by the light switch in the bathroom very noisy in the night. Suggest skirting board movement sensitive lighting.

Allowed dogs and there was field nearby to allow the dogs to run.

Very close to neighbour so voices carry. Part of the site was for caravans.

The property was vet nice, my only complaint is the windows could be cleaned in the windows upstairs! Loads of bird poo when we arrived on them.

The fridge and windows upstairs could have been cleaned better.

Did a job but very basic - comfortable beds

Park entrance and road entrance very shabby - went into clubhouse and was not pleasant at all. Lots of surrounding houses not in good shape. Overall fairly tired parkz

The internet, on villa 21 was intermittent, and sometimes the television took a while to connect into the internet.

The property was fine.

Clean, light and open. Well placed for north Cornwall fun and exploration.

Kitchen showed some wear and tear but doesn’t detract. Master bed quite small but works fine for a short stay. Note to owners/maintenance team: Upstairs bathroom requires a fresh course of silicone between floor and wall tiles - shower spray bound to lead to damp patches in ceiling beneath. I say this from building experience, rather than as a dislike.

Easy and well appointed. Great location to go and explore Cornwall

The third bed was downstairs in the lounge. We have 3 older children who all wanted to sleep in the same room. We moved the mattress off the sofa bed upstairs to sleep so all sorted.

The Villas are really nice and spacious. The resturant and bar are really nice, people are lovely. You can travel to most of cornwall in a couple of hours to visit places which is why we picked this spot.

We had no WiFi 4 out of the 6 days we was there. The Villa could do with a new coffee table in the living room and chair in the bedroom as both had seen better days. Though it was clean it was dusty and this could be due to the building work. We have stayed at a previous villa and did not have these issues.

Neighbourhood looks a bit old and worn. Noisy now and then with dogs and road traffic near the unit we were in.

Świetnie wyposażone i przestronne mieszkanie – kuchnia była świetnie wyposażona: piekarnik, toster, zamrażarka, pełny komplet noży, blaszki do pieczenia. Właściciel zadbał nawet o tabletki do zmywarki i płyn do prania. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – cicha okolica, dziesięć minut samochodem nad morze, świetna baza do zwiedzania różnych zakątków Kornwalii. W mieszkaniu dostępne były różne foldery, ulotki i mapy szlaków, co ułatwiało planowanie wycieczek. Wygodne łóżka, dużo przestrzeni i łatwy dojazd sprawiły, że czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Z wielką przyjemnością zatrzymalibyśmy się tutaj ponownie! Zdecydowanie polecam!

Das Haus hat viel Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Hunde. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet allerdings fehlten Kuchenteller und Suppenteller sowie eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage optimal, der nächste Ort und Strände ,sowie ein Supermarkt in maximal 10 Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Doppelbett im Elternschlafzimmer war leider ziemlich klein, maximal 150-160 cm breit. Mein Mann und ich sind wirklich schlank und lagen sehr beengt.

Unfortunately the oven wasn’t working and it would have been nice to have a couple of washing tablets. Also we had very noisy neighbours during our stay.

Attractive modern design, comfortable and extremely clean throughout. Had everything you could possibly need without being cluttered. So quiet too. Really impressed, thank you!

I liked that it was near everything (by car) - 15 minute drive from padstow, 10 minute drive from the Harlyn beach. 8 minute drive away from Constantine beach.

There were no shops a walking distance away.

I found the villa very nice. The T V in the bedroom could of been bigger. The garden area could of had better furniture.

It was close to Padstow.

Site amenities needing some updating no shop and bars could do with refurbishment

Die Unterkunft war sehr zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Ein Auto war unbedingt erforderlich., da es außerhalb von St. Merryn und Padstow liegt. Alle touristischen Ziele von Cornwall waren aber nicht weiter als 50 mi entfernt.

Die Matratzen der Betten müssten erneuert werden.

Property was good, clean and well provided for. A great location and easy to find. It was located amongst other holiday and private properties which were a bit tired and haphazard which reduced the kerb appeal.

Finding an empty beer can in the back garden and some of the utensils had not been cleaned well

It was near to our favourite beach.

It was very tired. It didn’t feel like it had been updated in the 18 years since it was built. The mattress definitely needed to be replaced, unless you like to roll into the middle on a very soft mattress! There was room for a king size bed, but it was only a double. The kitchen units were tired and damaged, there was no toilet roll holder on the downstairs loo, the blinds had seen better days, the dining chairs felt like they had no padding left and it was hot upstairs. If you left the windows open, then you let in the light. Luckily we took a fan with us. The upstairs at the back looks on to the very messy outside storage area for the site and in the summer it would be very noisy as the children’s play area was the other side of the neighbour’s back fence. We also felt it had no personal touches. The pictures were mismatched and not of Cornwall, a few homely touches would have made a big difference.

The location At Merryn is quaint. The immediate surroundings of the house is good - a quiet cull de sac. However the cul de sac is set on a holiday park.

We loved the location and the house facilities. It was so comfortable and we had plenty of space as a family travelling with small children. There was a lovely little enclosed garden too. I requested a travel cot and high chair which were provided with no problem.

There were several unsecured cords hanging down from the blinds in the living room which I was not comfortable with having small children with us.

Stayed during a heat wave and was very difficult to get some air circulation even with windows and doors open. It’s a shame that the on-site shop is closed. No other issues

Liked the location and parking.

This was our third stay at the property, and we've always enjoyed the location and overall experience. However, during this visit, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. While the property was generally tidy, there were some areas that could have benefited from a more thorough clean. We noticed dust in several places, a few wrappers had been left behind, and the inside of the microwave was not clean. There were also a number of maintenance issues. The downstairs TV did not have a remote control*, the upstairs TV remote was not working*, some of the shower buttons were coming loose, the bathroom fan was not functioning, a couple of ceiling lights were not working, and some of the blinds were broken. * These issues were eventually rectified. In addition, a few basic kitchen items that had been provided during our previous stays, such as cooking oil and foil, were no longer available. One of our main concerns was that we had been advised that some of the mess would be cleaned up, but this did not happen during our stay. The owners later said the reclean did not happen due to a "communication issue".

A little bit remote from main towns & beaches but ideal if that's what your after

The property was fully equipped and good quality bedding and towels. Washing machine and dishwasher also. The property was in a good location for us.

The property is in a cul de sac and gets quite noisy at 6am as some residents are getting ready to go to work and are loading their vans. Also one of the two villas we rented had dogs poo in the garden which I had to get rid of. The locks on one of the properties were not working properly and I had to call the office but they came out promptly and fixed them. The frying pan is next to useless as everything sticks to it.

Everything was perfect

A lovely, clean and comfortable villa. Great location for the beaches and near Padstow. We loved having a small private garden for our doggies and a great field nearby to walk them. Very quiet and private. Beds comfortable. There are no soft furnishings in lounge area, we always take plenty of blankets, cushions, dog beds and washable rug which made it more cosy.

The shower wasnt very powerful, but was effective.

Bit of maintanance on outside otherwise good

The villa was perfect for us, the sofa bed was broken and when I informed staff they quickly sorted this by dropping off a bed

No shop, the park needs a refurb , the whole of the area around there looked scruffy and unkempt

Internet speed is really bad and i know is not difficult to improve this only one bad thing was on our stay

Too hot, difficulty turn heat down although managed eventually. VERY hot on entry. Bed too soft needs firmer mattress.

The property was modern, clean and bright. It was good to have off-road parking.

Only a petty complaint but the TV in the bedroom was tiny. Apart from that the whole package was great.

Back gates broken in garden not secure for the dogs

We have 2 large dogs and the property was a perfect size. It had everything we needed

The fence at the rear of the property was a little low so not very private

The house was excellent. Well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Finding the house was difficult in the light but was almost impossible in the dark. Luckily my niece had stayed in one in that close before. Opening the key box is difficult too.
