The facilities were good. Chef Amit and Nivedita in the breakfast team were very warm and efficient - ensured everyone was attended to. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn took the cake

There were small irritants - the room keys had to be magnetised again and again. The coffee shop in the afternoon was pathetic. They kept only the inexperienced staff who didn't know what could be served and what couldn't.

Very poor condition of the hotel. Aircon not working, hair dryer not working, hair strands on pillow and bed. Toiletries almost nothing. No fruit basket in room. Refrigerator empty and not working. Water in the bathroom not moving out in shower region. Promoter needs to shit it down and overhaul the same. Won't ever come back Very pathetic.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR was nothing short of extraordinary. The reception team, the kitchen chefs, the restaurant servers, and the executive lounge staff went truly above and beyond to make my visit memorable. The executive lounge was an absolute highlight. The gentleman working there double-served as a bartender, crafting superb cocktails with an incredibly amicable and professional touch. His genuine warmth made every visit to the lounge a delight. The staff blew me away with their overwhelming hospitality. On the night before my departure, I was honored to be selected as their "Customer of the Night" and was presented with a beautiful cake. The next morning, as I was checking out, they surprised me again with another cake to wish me safe travels! On top of that, they celebrated my birthday with a spectacularly decorated cake and upgraded me to a fabulous suite. These thoughtful gestures made me feel deeply valued as a guest. My only constructive feedback relates to the breakfast service in the main restaurant. There were many traditional dishes being prepared for other guests that I would have loved to try, but I didn't know their names or how to order them. I found it a bit difficult to communicate my requests with some of the kitchen staff due to a language barrier. While I completely respect being in a host country, as an international Hilton property, having a bit more English fluency or guided assistance at the live stations would help foreign guests navigate and enjoy the incredible culinary offerings. Despite that minor communication challenge, the warmth and generosity of the team were unforgettable. DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR delivered a world-class experience, and I will certainly be back in the future.

During checkout tgey charged me extra taxes however i had booked from booking.com i shud not be paying anytging extra during checkout. I had paid during checkim day all amout mention in booking.com

Carpet was torn on 5 th floor any one cud have slipped and fallen down. The tiles were cracked in my room i was staying in when i checked in . There were black marks on floor wntwrance as if not been cleaned properly and steel material of furniture seems to be looking veru old and not been polished so as its stays as new as posible. Yellow colr cover for matresses was torn thrads were falling apart from it. In my room the call bell was not working neither there was light in entry way near glass of room it looked like there was bulb bfore but was removed later and jus a patch of ehite cover was put so as to show that there is a light there. The furniture if room looked old. In the toilet there were tissue but very less as i had to searh inside tissue box to grap one tissue when i neede it as if limited and very less amount of tissue was refilled.when i checked in tv was not working but latwr i had to call them to fix it. I had breakfast bufet on one of my day the oat meal felt like its was more of milk and less of oats in it not proper balance of oats and milk was being prepared. On the other day i needed pesnut butter but its looked like its was not being refilled hence i had to scrape my way with spood take some pesnut butter. Spinach fritata was too salty on 25 th Also some female attendant whos i ask for som warm milk for my child as i did no know were to get it from looked like not interested to serve me as there was no smile and no aknowledgement from her. If i knew were to get warm milk from i would have my self taken it. One day i had ordered pancakes one who cooking did nit offer me the choices of sauses for pancake or waffle this is normal to offer as oart of customerservice. Also kidney beans were too thick. During checkout hotel offering me cookies and then after that they rold me i had to pay extra tax however i had already laid exact amount as in booking.com during chekin.

I had a event from my company and all the staff was so supportive even i had a fever and was in a need of medicinal food so they not even provide me the food but also provided me the fruit tray so that i can recover from my fever and also special thanks to Shahbaz and Suraj who helped me in this two weak company's event.

Property is dated. Shower water wasn’t hot enough after Day 1.

Food varieties, taste and quality. Serving staff at Asia restaurant specially Ms. Riya was seen most active, helpful and sincere.

Room airconditioning system. Stayed in Room no. 709, where room temp was 18 degree C at Check In. Despite setting temp higher upto 24 degree C, cold air continued to flow even after 5 hrs. Even AC technician and Front desk staff couldn't raise the room temp without shutting the AC off. Tried changing room, checked two more rooms but nowhere setting room temp higher auto stopped cold air flow. Every staff tried cover up by saying temp could be raised by shutting off AC. Stayed put in Room no. 709 and bore the brunt of gradually rising temp that went up to 24 degree C at the time of Check Out after 2 days. Surprising to experience such situation at such a property. Toilet WC hand foucet was on left side suited for LH persons instead of standard practice of keeping on right hand side for RH user convenience. This caused inconvenience. How could such a large chain of hotel could have such silly mistake.

Overall, it was a mixed experience. The property definitely needs a makeover, and the breakfast menu and food quality could be improved. On the positive side, all the staff members were courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would especially like to recognize Suman Choudhary from the Reservations team. He was exceptionally helpful, easy to communicate with, and always understood our requirements clearly. He made the entire reservation process smooth and hassle-free. He is truly a wonderful person, and his excellent customer service deserves special appreciation.

Rahul from Housekeeping has made my experience 10× better by customising the room service and noticing which pantry supplies were getting over faster and replacing them proactively.

The service was exceptional. As also the courtesy. Staff knew their job very well. The bun maska with cream for breakfast is a must try. Eggs were also very tasty. Breakfast is excellent overall

The service could have been better. There were no napkins or water on the table when we were seated. We ordered laccha paratha, but it was served only after we had almost finished our dinner. I stayed 5 nights and I found the breakfast buffet although gave a great selection becomes monotonous. You could change the and varie the food by each day of the week.

Location is good with a truly soothing atmosphere.Rooms are clean and service is excellent. It’s a value for money . On top of that manager HR Ms Pia Sethi is a very sincere lady who is always ready to help .
