上品で落ち着ける館内の雰囲気。　中庭を中心に回廊を散歩している感じがします。 部屋は清潔で申し分なし。　友人夫妻と１Fと２Fに分かれて宿泊しましたが、１Fの方がさらに良いです。 朝食も素晴らしかったです。朝食時にリンディックの演奏を地味にやってくれているのですが、それもよかったです。 サヌールの海にも街にもアクセスは良いです。 無料のホテル自転車を借りて海のサイクルロードをサイクリングできたのは最高でした。

ホテルの問題では全くないですが、ホテル前の道が工事中で騒音がひどかった。せっかくの朝食時のリンディック演奏もかき消されていました。そこが残念！ 繰り返しますが、ホテルの問題ではないです。タイミングが悪かった。。。

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are beautiful. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is always freshly prepared and generous servings. The pool is a great spot to hang out with other guests in the afternoon and never too busy. What more could you want.

It was a beautiful sanctuary very calm and peaceful. we had a lovely big room and bathroom on the upper floor, with a balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were so happy, polite and helpful.

Nothing really. There was a small problem with the shower on our room. The cold tap would not turn off. But that happened on the morning of our last day. The maintenance team will fix it I'm sure.

We booked a studio with swimming pool access and ended up being upgraded to the villa. This was such a fantastic experience. The room was fantastic: decorated with taste, comfortable, large, bright with a lot of windows, garden, with a lot of openings. I loved the bathroom which was covered and outside at the same time, The direct access to the swimming pool was exceptional. The staff made us feel special and had a lot of small attentions (e.g., coming at night to prepare the room for evenings). Their special Thursday cultural night with live music and dances was marvelous. I strongly recommend this place.

Not much really. One of their staff could potentially better trained at explaining the differences between their spa massages, but that's not really a big deal.

We were not warned of a wedding taking place on our first night. Screaming amplified speeches and music continued to late and then the revellers took to the swimming pool to make more noise.

Very good á la carte breakfast which has options for every taste. Very friendly staff who are very accommodating. Rooms are very clean. Accommodation provides unlimited water for your stay.

Only a small thing but there was regularly no pool towels. Staff quickly replenished the towels when asked.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life, next to it there is a farm or something have roosters 🐔 and dogs continuing barking and making noises, you can even sleep for 3 hours straight at night, horrible experience.

From the moment we stepped out of our Bluebird taxi, we were warmly received and guided gently to the lobby where we were offered a Welcome blessing, and a cool herbal tea before the formal check in process began. I was immediately enchanted with the resort's values and the resort staff. From the culturally authentic decor to the thoughtful rituals, such as traditional bedtime story scrolls and wax paper wrapped biscuits left in our room as part of the nightly turn-down service, we were taken on a journey of beauty and wonder - for which I am very grateful. I have already started planning my return stay!

A big plus was the breakfast. Every thing on the menu was made to order and served to the table - we were able to choose as many of the menu items as we liked - it was almost like a buffet breakfast but fresher and without the waste. The only suggestion I have for 'improvement' is to consider installing an air conditioner in the enclosed part of the restaurant - we sat in the cool shaded outdoor tables, but I imagine that may not be as comfortable in the monsoon season.

Lovely resort for couples. The grounds are truly stunning and well maintained. The resort is FULL of stunning artwork and sculptures. Staff were lovely and friendly, Ivan was especially nice to us. Breakfast is lovely. We loved that the pool was quiet and relaxing ( if you bring kids here make sure they play quietly).

Bathroom was a little bit stinky at times. There are one or two mosquitoes around outside but way less than we experience at home so not a big deal.

Jak zobaczyłam stan materaca rano to się przeraziłam. Łazienka okropnie brudna, pojemniki na mydło - chyba nikt ich nigdy nie mył. A hitem były klapki które daje hotel uwaga wielokrotnego użytku. Na pewno nie jest to standard 5 gwiazdek Wydaje mi się że nawet nie 3 bo czystość w hotelu jest najważniejsza. Chciałyśmy stamtąd szybko uciec. Plusem był bardzo miły i pomocny personel

Loved this resort - recommending to everyone already. Perfect mix of location, amenities, quiet luxury and beautiful Balinese hospitality. Pool access room was great 414. The rooms are huge the bead is bigger than a king and the bathroom is spa like. The spa is lovely and staff are excellent, very clean and exactly what you would expect. The pool was perfect size and no kids anywhere which we loved. Maybe a pool bar or pool side bar service would be nice!

Our experience with the Sudamala team was simply outstanding. The team were exceptional, the hotel facilities beautiful and its perfectly located. With so much to offer on site (fab restaurant, stunning pool, great spa) and in the heart of Sanur, we will certainly return. Our 2 year old grandson Teddy was so well looked after especially when he managed to lock himself in the toilet! Highly recommend.

J’ai signale le problème à la réceptionniste pour les futurs arrivants …. La plage assez loin et pas belle pour se baigner. En repartant nous étions 5 mais la réceptionniste était sur son portable nous l’avons saluée un par un mais ne nous a même pas vu partir … quid sécurité des bagages qui restent à côté d elle

Every travel experience gives the traveller memories of great sights and experiences but few really remember hotels they stayed in. This is not the case for Sudamala Resort in Sanuar, Bali. From the welcoming experience (not just the normal checkin procedure) and being personally taken to your room, which is large, to the beautiful surrounding trees, flowers and grounds together with the most friendly staff, this hotel/resort will remain in memory. Our air-conditioned room had a large bed, a bath, rain shower plus handheld shower, dual basins and good storage facilities plus everything was neat and clean. We had a good sized balcony with ours overlooked the swimming pool . Every night (4 night stay) staff came and put anti mosquito coils on the balcony. There are several spa type packages available in this resort/hotel. Food, in the mostly open air restaurant, was excellent in both taste and variety and the staff were fantastic with their friendliness and it was obvious to see that they all loved their job and interacting with their guests. In fact staff throughout the entire resort/hotel made the guests feel more like 'family' rather than hotel 'guests'. This was the last hotel to stay in on our 16 day tour of Indonesia and definately the most memorable and such a lovely experience rather than just anther hotel stay.

Sadly, having booked some time ago and paid in full, I arrived early evening to find my booking had been cancelled 3 days previously by hotel, saying they didn’t have a room. Nobody bothered to message me to tell me in advance. I suspect this was because they received a big booking from a tour group. As an elderly solo traveller, this was very distressing Although they afforded me a quiet area to try to find myself alternative accommodation elsewhere, which took me several hours, this did not compensate for the distress caused It was 8pm when I found somewhere else I still do not have my refund from the booking site and I had to pay an additional £160 to book a room in another hotel for my stay I would not recommend Sudamala. They cannot honour a fully paid booking for a room which must have existed when I booked it!

From the moment we were greeted and welcomed with a unique welcoming experience and then personally taken to our large room we were very pleased with the lovely hotel resort. Large rooms with comfortable bed and large bathroom with bath, rain shower and held held shower. The settings are so lovely and the resort has a swimming pool. The staff in the hotel and in the restaurant (big thank you again Ayu) looked after us as if we were family and not just hotel guests. The hotel also has several spa type packages. We found this a friendly relaxing place to stay; In fact the best hotel in about 15 days Indonesia tour. THANK YOU to all the staff- your are so lovely🇳🇿

The hotel is clean and comfortable to stay.The room is making you feel at home. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is like heaven You can really enjoy the luxurious facilities. The roomservice is excellent and fulfill evefy wish The personal is always smiling polite and interested in you as a oerson which makes you feel welcome . The restaurant is splendid with good quality food and here you can also ask for special things if you would want to The reception service is also splendid They try to assist in every way I felt home here.

Fabuleux séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait : la très jolie déco des chambres et des parties communes, la grande piscine, le jardin, les petits déjeuners, le restaurant pour le dîner, la distance de la plage (5mn à pied) et de l aéroport (20mn en voiture). Nous avons aussi adoré le spa. Une mention très spéciale pour la gentillesse du personnel : toutes les personnes rencontrées ont eu la même gentillesse avec toute notre famille et l’envie de rendre agréable notre séjour. J’ai particulièrement apprécié toute leur petites et grandes attentions <3

The hotel is in a great quiet and private location but close enough to the beach, shops and restaurants. It provides a lovely cultural ambience where the staff are always super friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The art works on display around the resort and in the gallery are delightful. Our room was spacious and clean. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. The inclusive breakfast menu was varied and the dishes were presented to a high standard. Loved the daily wellness juice. It is a well priced hotel with value for money. Loved my 9 nights as part of the Sudamala family which I found hard to leave when the time came around. This was my second time staying at Sudamala and look forward to my next stay.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön

Durch die halboffene Bauweise des Bades gibt es in dem Raum keine Klimatisierung. Bei der Ankunft hatten wir um Gepäcktransport gebeten, da wir auch 45 Minuten nach Ankunft unser Gepäck noch nicht hatten, haben wir die Koffer selbst an der Rezeption abgeholt. Bei der Abreise hat sich das ganze leider wiederholt, wir hatten am Vortag die Abholung angefordert, leider ist diese nicht rechtzeitig vor dem Eintreffen das Taxis erfolgt. Erschwerend kam hinzu das unser Zimmer im ersten Stock war und es keinen Aufzug gab.

The main entrance and central garden was the highlight. The large trees and grass surrounded by grapevines overhanging the walkways framing the park-like area was stunning. The breakfast was another highlight. The pool area was okay, but nothing to rave about. We really liked the location.

The whole place needed a good scrub (gurny) both inside and outside. Our garden room was particularly bad. There was mould everywhere. The curtains, lamp shades, walls, bathroom and furnishings were mouldy. The room had a terrible smell from the deodoriser that the hotel and installed to cover up the damp mouldy smell. We got it turned off and it took about 24 hours to improve and then it was mainly a damp smell, which was actually better than the deodoriser. The furniture in the room was stained and uncomfortable. We didn't sit in the courtyard as it was dark, damp and had mosiquitoes. Nothing dried well in the courtyard and there was nothing to hang wet clothing or towels on outside. The bathroom was open to the outdoors and therefore had mosiquitoes as well. The cane blinds for privacy in the bathroom were falling apart. They should install flyscreens instead. The silicone around the sink was mouldy and the sink drain was disgustingly filthy. The tiles were old, some loose and the grout was old, missing or dirty. The walk-in wardrobe had a huge hanging space but only had 4 coat hangers and no shelving so it was not a practical space at all. Simply put, I tried to spend as little time as possible inside our room as it made me feel sick. I assume the garden rooms are worse as they don't get adequate ventilation or sunlight. If I was paying $40 AUD per night, I probably wouldn't have been so disappointed but since I was paying $200 AUD per night, I expected much better than this. All the little extra touches you get for this kind of price meant nothing to me when I had to put up with such a terrible environment to sleep in.

This amazing hotel is quiet and the staff provide fantastic service…nothing is too much trouble. The gardens, furnishings and artwork are beautiful. We have stayed here many times and the hotel keeps growing more and more timeless and serene.

We had a fantastic time at the SUDAMALA RESORT SANUR and all the staff we encountered were all thoroughly professional and helpful. We will certainly look to visit again sometime in the future.

This is one of my favourite places to stay anywhere. It is an oasis of peace in a heaving corner of sanur close to all amenities and the sea. The property offers comfortable accommodation and the staff try their utmost and are warm and friendly as the Balinese tend to be. What makes it special is the architecture and design of the place. It evokes in me the esssence of tropical living, green and lush with clever use of light and space along with beautiful Balinese traditional art and crafts everywhere. Simplicity is the theme while affording very comfortable surroundings. Lots of quiet nooks. Highly recommended

An absolutely delightful hotel. Although in a busy area, the atmosphere once you entered inside was one of serenity, calm and Balinese hospitality. The room was traditional but with all the modern features you could want. The staff were so welcoming, warm and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. There was the additional unexpected joy of the artwork, both modern and antique which was spread throughout the hotel. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful gardens and pool area

Lovely village feel location in handy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. This is the second time staying at the Sudamala resort, we love the small intimate size, the style and the beautiful staff.

Great location in the lively area with restaurants and shops, but just 10 min by walk to the beach. Very friendly atmosphere, everybody met us with a smile. Big rooms well equipped with all amenities. The rooms as well as the whole hotel area are very clean and well maintained. Due to the location and the architecture of the hotel buildings there are many quiet places. Service: Room service very good and always on time. The restaurant offers a wide choice of local and international food for breakfast as well as for diner. Everything very tasty. Sa treatments are amazing. The front desk team is always available and fulfilled all our wishes. Remark: The beach is 10 min away and close to some bars. restaurants etc. However, the number of sunbeds and umbrellas is very limited and the area of the hotel beach should be cleaned regularly. The neighborhood looks much better.

We had a wonderful stay at Sudamala Resort Sanur. The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind. The entire property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the excellent bed and mattress, which provided outstanding comfort and ensured a high-quality night’s sleep every night. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious food. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also joined the Full Moon Meditation session, which was a unique and memorable experience that added something special to our stay. We highly recommend Sudamala Resort Sanur to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Bali.

Beautiful resort in a great location. From the moment we stepped into Sudemala we felt welcomed and special. The resort itself is stunning, fabulous pool, great chill out areas, beautiful sculptures and great food. The staff are exceptional and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend you stay at this fantastic resort, cannot say enough about it and will definitely return if back in Sanur.

We had looked at the Sudamala rooms on previous occasions and due to another hotel not being up to standard this time, we changed to the Sudamala and so glad we did. The standard rooms which are usually upstairs and spacious have an excellent bed and spacious bathroom and balcony. The grounds are spacious and the pool area very inviting. Customer service was fantastic. Breakfast is el carte with lots of variety, ( no normal Bali breakfast here ). The Sudamala is a 10 minute walk to the beach. What surprised us was the surrounding area with lots of great restaurants and shops and best of all, hardly no traffic as it is a one way street. We look forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended.

We had a garden suite, and ours had a daybed in it that was great, they only have few with the daybed! Room is large and dressing room and bathroom off it also large and then shower and toilet indoor/outdoor also very spacious, was great. There are mosquito nets to have around the bed and lamps which create a nice ambience. Bed was very comfortable, had great sleeps, and room is very dark with blinds shut which helps sleep, and enjoyed the bed turndown and biscuits and story that are left every evening. There are barking dogs that you get used to, and they don't bark all the time and some loud music from nearby venues that we could hear, but no sounds from other guests/rooms. Lovely grounds and pool. Pool is a bit warm for my liking but about 25m long so could have a swim. Spa was good, pricey compared to other spas but they regularly offer a 30% discount on massages so took up that offer. I did the Fri morning yoga with a very good experienced teacher, wish it was more often, but went to Power of Now a few times. The lounges on the beach were grood, nice part of beach with warrangs nearby for lunch, it is about an 8 min walk to beach. Breakfast was good and you can ask for what you want if you want to change the menu a bit. We were there for 2 weeks visiting family nearby and really enjoyed our stay.

I would have liked some more shelving in the dressing room to put things and more hangers. Also some hooks on the wall for hanging things in bathroom would be good and I asked for an extra 'clothes horse' to put my wet bathers and anything I washed out on and they gave me one and that was great. There is one but it has the bathroom towels on. I kept the extra one in the shower area and worked well. We had a lamp that could only be turned on or off by screwing the bulb, I did report it but didn't get a lamp with a switch. But all minor things, overall very happy with everything.

I love Sudamala Resort. I want to recommend it but I also want to keep it a secret. The gardens, rooms and food are amazing. The staff are just so friendly and welcoming. I cannot wait to return. Thank you Sudamala for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous resort in a great location. Attention to detail is fantastic, and a wonderful breakfast. Cannot praise everything highly enough. We only stayed one night but are returning later in the week we loved it so much.

This small and intimate hotel was just beautiful with the most wonderful feeling of calm and peace. The breakfast was also lovingly prepared and the staff attentive and very polite . Would highly recommend this as a stay in the quieter end of Sanur .

After twenty-five hours of flying, I arrived late, jet-lagged, and honestly just grateful for a bed. What I found was so much more than that. I’d quietly asked about switching to a quieter room, fully expecting to tough it out on the street side, but the next morning the staff already had a plan and a new room ready before I could even ask again. That’s the kind of place this is: they anticipate your needs before you voice them. From the security and valet team to the bellboys, lobby staff, and the restaurant crew, every single person radiated genuine warmth. Not the polished, rehearsed kind, the real kind. I felt less like a guest and more like a visiting family member. The food was incredible, the included breakfast a highlight, and the 4hour deluxe spa treatment ending with a rose petal bath, was such extraordinary value I still can’t quite believe the price. Don't miss this one!! Perfect cure for any travelers jet lag! What struck me most was the magic of the place itself. You step in off a busy street and within seconds you’re in an oasis, all the noise melting away. It has the charm of an old, private Bali residence, intricate and charming. The pool area was my favorite spot of all. To the entire team: thank you for going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. You turned a weary traveler into a grateful one.

Location was great. Short 5 min walk to beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping as you walk out of the resort. I loved all the Gardens. Very quiet and peaceful by the pool. Breakfast had a great selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
