The facility was top notch, service from the staff was amazing. Communication, skills and experience was definitely obvious from the staff from the moment we walked in.

Being our first time in Sanur. We were shocked at the distance to the main hub of Sanur initially, we got used to this and found that the restaurants and services nearby were just as amazing as the ones further away

Loved the cleanliness and how accommodating the staff was. Everything was perfect and our stay was very enjoyable.

Locatie was voor ons een must. Gelegen in het zuiden van Sanur. Voldoende warung’s in de buurt om te eten en eventueel kun je ook gebruik maken van het restaurant in het hotel. Zijn hier 1 nacht geweest aangezien wij weer terug naar huis gingen. Gaan een volgende keer zeker weer gebruik maken van deze accommodatie.

Great staff super accommodating and knowledgeable about the property. Especially nugrah who has been with the property since it opened. Well maintained, clean.

The showers were really cold. Water pressure was a bit weak.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in Sanur und nah am Strand gelegen, ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß und 2 Minuten mit einem Roller. Die Strandliegen zum Hotel befinden sich ebenfalls an einer guten Lage am Strand. Außerdem war der Service wirklich super. Das Mieten einen Motorrads war über das Hotel ebenfalls möglich. Die Vermietung lief total unkompliziert ab. Das Frühstück ist a la carte, hat eine vielfältige Auswahl und ist sehr gut gewesen. Insgesamt steht das Hotel für ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Beim ersten Mal duschen war leider der Abfluss verstopft. Nachdem wir Bescheid gegeben hatten, kam jedoch innerhalb von 2 Minuten ein Mitarbeiter und hat den Abfluss gereinigt.

Nos gustó la amabilidad del personal, su gentileza para atender cualquier solicitud. Las instalaciones son estupendas, el desayuno muy sabroso y diferente. Están muy cerca de la playa y todo son facilitados para visitarla.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having a lift made access easy. The pool area is small but well maintained, and breakfasts were tasty with a reasonable selection. It was a pleasant stay for two nights, though I wouldn’t choose it for a longer visit.

Our room was on the road side so was a bit noisy.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very nice with lots on offer. Very quiet small hotel which was great. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Close to restaurants and spas. Free bicycle rental was great to go and explore

The beach chairs on the beach were hard to locate

The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating, they made you feel right at home, the room was lovely, decorated very tastefully and stylish, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, it was a pleasure to walk back into it after a hot day out. Location was great although not on the beach it wasn't far to walk or use one of their free push bikes to a location on the beach where they had lazy beds awaiting you. There are restaurants all around you. The hotel breakfast was the best we had out of six other hotels we had stayed at this trip with great coffee. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Nulla da dire, tutto perfetto. In più il giorno seguente abbiamo dovuto fare il check out molto presto e ci hanno preparato la colazione da asporto alle 5.30 (nonostante iniziasse alle 7).

Super hôtel Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits. Tout était parfait. La chambre était spacieuse et très belle. Vue sur la magnifique piscine. Le personnel était adorable. Et le petit déjeuner inclus était super bon et tellement copieux que nous n’avons rien mangé le midi ! Je recommande à 100% Hyper bien placé avec plein de restaurants autour et à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage.

Stanza grande, silenziosa e pulita. Letto comodo . Posizione buona per girare . Ristoranti vicini. C’è uno stabilimento mare, semplice, ma in una zona poco affollata, con ottimo warung dietro. Nel complesso bene. Personale gentile

La colazione insomma.. poca frutta . Discreta rispetto ad altri posti più di livello.

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Zentrale Lage in Sanur. Schöner Strandabschnitt in angemessener Entfernung vom Hotel (gut zu Fuß erreichbar). Sehr gutes Restaurant mit einem hervorragenden Essen.

Obwohl der Pool optisch wunderschön war, hat mich der Geruch etwas abgeschreckt und nicht zum Baden eingeladen. Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut und die Nachtruhe entsprechend kurz. Es ist ratsam ein innenliegendes Zimmer zu wählen.

Nagyon szép volt a szoba. A személyzet csodálatos. Nagyon jó a medence is, finom volt a reggeli és az étteremben is finom ételeket ettünk. Minden nap volt takarítás, jópofa formákra hajtogatták a törölközőket.

Nagyon magas volt a szoba páratartalma, nem tudom, hogy egy esetleges beázás állhatott-e háttérben. Ez csak amiatt volt zavaró mert nem száradtak meg a fürdőruhák és a törölközők illetve ha egésznap nem tartózkodtunk a szobában és nem szellőztettünk akkor kicsit dohos szag volt.

Really nice pool, the room was spacious and the beds really comfy. The staff were excellent - nothing too much for them.

Location was great, with some fantastic cafes and restaurants very close by (walking distance). The breakfast was great with REAL coffee - nice flat white each morning included in our breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Our room had a weird mouldy smell

Das die liegen am Strand Punkt 17 Uhr geschlossen wurden obwohl es noch hell war, hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer :/

Rooms were large, comfy beds, wifi worked well. The reserved Akana beach chairs were a great service too

Rooms facing the street were noisy, Level 2 was too noisy so they moved me to level 3 which was somewhat better.

Good location near restaurants, bars, great coffee @ bare bottle. Quieter end of town. Good bikes for use. Pool small but very clean. Lovely staff. Great breakfast and always great friendly by staff. We would stay again.

Wifi went out on last day but really no bad dislikes

Für das erste Ankommen auf Bali war diese Unterkunft für zwei Nächte genau richtig. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen lecker!

Kleines Manko: Für den Weg zum Strand muss man ein paar Minuten zu Fuß einplanen. Im Zimmer roch es ein wenig nach Feuchtigkeit, vermutlich vom Bad. Allerdings war alles sehr sauber!

Staff were very helpful, even though we were only staying 1 night. Location was fantastic. Front desk actually called us at 11.30 at night to inform us that our front door wasn’t closed entirely. Very much appreciated that .

We had very hard pillows which we put up with as we were only staying the one night. Staff said they would have swapped them out for softer ones if we had called, so next time we will.

On a pas aimé Sanur, beaucoup trop touristique et pas du tout authentique mais l'hôtel n'y est strictement pour rien.

The staff is very friendly and the location is very good. Unfortunately the towels and the bed sheet were dirty (multiple stains). Moreover, the soundproofing of the room is not good (you can easily hear the neighbors). There is a new breakfast formula compared to last year, but I find the previous one better.

Some minor upgrades would have made the stay more reasonable was a bit of a let down that it felt ignored and I think staff would be more happy if place was better maintained as needs attention before gets too bad

We had a lovely stay at Akana Boutique. We had a third floor pool facing room which was nice and quiet, the room itself was clean, with comfy bed, airy and the bathroom was decent. The staff had a specuial surpirse for us as it was our weddign anniversary, which was a nice touch. The location is good, it's near some decent shops and warungs off the beach, and just an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The fact the hotel has its own sunbeds on a great spot at the beach is a real bonus. We based ourselves here, eating at the nearby warungs on several days and they were never busy or unavailable. The free bikes are also a great bonus - we used these one evening to head up to northern Sanur and the different (busier) atmosphere. Our one main complaint was the included breakfast - we found it quite limiting in what it offered as you had to make one set choice from around 4-5 different options. For example, one morning our son fancied bacon with his scrambled eggs but was charged extra for this, despite the fact that on other mornings we didn't include bacon when we could have, or declined sausage for example. I understand charging non-guests for breakfast extras but feel that for residents there should be more flexibility on the choice at breakfast without the fear of being charged if one morning you may have one extra item. The morning staff seemed quite reluctant to allow any flexibiliity. The items were often quite cold too. Having said all this, I would recommend the hotel and would stay again at the right price. The pool area is a nice addition to chill out, the cocktails were well made and the staff were really very nice and helpful at all times. Just please loosen up the breakfast approach and it would probably then be 5 stars from me.

This is our second stay at Akana Boutique Hotel and again we were very happy. The room is spacious and very clean. Staff are excellent and very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return.

Receptionist Ikzy very welcoming and helpful! Nice beach lounger from the hotel at the beach, very nice! The garden around the pool is very beautiful, cozy!
