Le petit déjeuner, le hammam, l’espace SPA, les piscines avec eau thermales et les jeux d’enfants pour les enfants vraiment magnifiques, le personnel était sympa également

La chambre, j’ai demandé une chambre avec balnéo mais malheureusement les équipements étaient anciens, problème de fuite d’eau dans la douche, la climatisation faisait énormément de bruit et ne fonctionnait pas correctement en revanche les chambres sans balneo étaient très modernes et neuves

Overall, this is a good hotel for a city break in Bursa. The staff is very nice and polite, the breakfasts are tasty, and the spa area is ok. The hotel is located about a 25 to 30-minute walk from the main market and the Silk Market (Koza Han). For us, the walk was fine, but if you prefer not to walk, taxis are cheap, easily available, and will get you there in just a few minutes. The hotel is also relatively close to the historic restaurant where the original Iskender kebab was invented (it is absolutely worth a visit!).

One important tip: if you are a non-smoker, make sure to ask for a non-smoking room right away. Many people smoke in Turkey, and the smell can be quite noticeable in the rooms otherwise.

Warm and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast service and a lovely wide variety including local traditional delicacies from Bursa. Game room for the kids was a great fun.

SPA was closed on Monday which was unfortunate as we didn't know about it before checking in, we found it weird that a thermal spa hotel closes its SPA for the guests. The swimming pool closing at 5pm prevented us from using it on any of the days we stayed in, as when we return from any local walk it's too late for a swim already. We would appreciated it if the pool was at least open until sunset.

These were my best three days in bursa and the hotel is amazing the atmosphere the people and the rooms are also comfortable 🫶🏼🫶🏼

الفندق ممتاز، ما يميزه وجود مسبح ثيرمال نسائي خاص، والموقع المتميز، أمامك مول كينت ميداني، وحديقة عامة كبيرة، والمطاعم في الجهة المقابلة. يوجد فاليه والخدمة سريعة، كان الحجز يتوافق مع عيد ميلادي وأكرموني بكيكة وليموناتا وكرت تهنئة.

من جهة أخرى التكييف في الغرف ضعيف، وبوفيه الإفطار يحتاج إلى تطوير.

Η θέση του πολύ καλή (δίπλα στον αυτοκινητόδρομο, απέναντι από στάση μετρό, κοντά σχετικά στο κέντρο). Το σπα στο υπόγειο πολύ καλό (τέλεια η πισίνα με το καυτό νερό από θερμές πηγές). Καλή και η ανοιχτή πισίνα στην ταράτσα (αν και θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ πιο οργανωμένη, είχε μόνο 2 ομπρέλες). Το δωμάτιο άνετο και ήσυχο.

Παλιό , "κουρασμένο" ξενοδοχείο. Οι μοκέτες παντού χρειάζονται αλλαγή (μυρίζουν και είναι λερωμένες). Το πρωινό "πλούσιο" μεν, χωρίς καλής ποιότητας υλικά δε. Στο δωμάτιο που μας δόθηκε, τα τζάμια ήταν γεμάτα κουτσουλιές από πουλιά.

Ολα ήταν υπέροχα . Από το δωμάτιο που ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο με σαλόνι. Μέχρι και το πρωινό που ήταν υπερπλήρες.

Δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό.απλα η πισίνα λόγω γάμου δεν μπορούσαμε να την χρησιμοποιήσουμε στο διάστημα της παραμονής μας. Οκ το ξεπερνάμε.

This was my second time and I am sure I'll come back. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was extraordinary. Termal pool was so relaxing.

Localizarea aproape de centrul orasului,bazinul cu apa termala de la etajul -2 și sauna umeda .

Camerele mici ,fara balcon,geamurile nu se pot deschide,se rabeteaza doar.A trebuit sa deschid usa si sa aerisesc de pe hol. Halatele de baie sunt doar marimi mici ,nu am gasit un halat de baie pt sotul meu care este inalt,bine facut si poarta marimea 54.Parcarea mica in spatele hotelui,trebuie lasata cheia la poarta pentru ca ei rearanjeaza masinile in parcare.Micul dejun a fost bun dar cam scump 33 euro de persoana.La piscina exterioara programul era,intre orele 10-17 dupa care aveau evenimente private,deci nu se putea servi masa la etajul 8.Masajul si alte servicii extra de la centrul SPA exagerat de scumpe.

L’Almira Hotel di Bursa è semplicemente fantastico. La colazione era ricchissima e abbondante, con possibilità di avere uova strapazzate e omelette preparate sul momento (buonissimi i tahinli pide). Camera molto grande e spaziosa, con finestre perfettamente insonorizzate: nonostante l’hotel si trovi su una strada trafficata, non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore durante la notte. La spa è davvero incredibile, con piscina termale, saune, jacuzzi e una bellissima zona fitness. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il gesto di benvenuto con biscotti al cocco e frutta trovati in camera al nostro arrivo.

Sinceramente abbiamo trovato davvero difficile trovare aspetti negativi. Tutto è stato curato nei dettagli e il soggiorno è stato estremamente piacevole.

Für ein 5 Sterne Haus alles im grünen Bereich . Der Grund warum ich dort nächtigte war der hauseigene Thermalwasserpool mit 40 Grad , da ich nun erfolgreich getestet habe, dass man zum Onzen baden nicht bis nach Japan reisen muss. Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr gut, wenn es auch dort ein paar kleine Baustellen gab, die den anspruchsvollen 5 Sterne Gast vielleicht erregen. Ich war ja froh, dass das Spa trotz (email siehe unten) geöffnet war.

Ich bekam einen Tag vor der Anreise eine Nachricht über booking com. vom Hotel, das das Spa geschlossen habe - das war allerdings im August 25 geschlossen. Man sollte mal dringend die IT überarbeiten, es gab noch so eine ominöse automatische email, deren Inhalt man mir am Empfangstresen nur mit der Aussage es ist eine automatisierte mail, was drinsteht wissen wir nicht, beantworten konnte. Es gibt ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet , wie in 5 Sterne Häusern üblich. Für den Bundeskanzler falls der mal anreisen sollte, sogar Schwarzbrot. Drei einfache Dinge (die in weit preiswerteren Häusern in der Türkei immer auf dem Frühstücksbuffet stehen, habe ich aber leider vermisst. Es gab nur mageren Joghurt (also fettarmen) und das in der Türkei. Weiterhin waren auf dem Buffet zwar Äpfel, Orangen und Mandarinen ( letztere sind in Bursa unbeschreiblich gut), vermisst habe ich allerdings den Obstsalat und auch die trad. türk. Kräuterfrischkäsezubereitungen die ich mir hier in B auf dem Markt immer hole.

كان اول مرره اجرب فيه الفندق و كان اختيار موفق بصراحه و سعره كان مناسب جدا وافطاره ممتاز و تعامل موظفينه ممتاز و مسبح الثيرمال ممتاز بصراحه كل شيء كان ممتع ومؤكد ساكرر العودة لهذا الفندق الكلاسيكي الجميل لانه مكان ممتاز للاستجمام و ايضا يوجد مطعم على السطح اكله لذيذ يستاهل الزيارة بالذات في اجواء الليل الجميله

Es ist ein sehr luxuriöses Hotel. Sparbereich ist wunderschön. Und Frühstück ist 1A. Es ist sehr zentral. Man kann vieles zu Fuß unternehmen. Personal ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend.

9 mayısta konakladık ve dışarısı 28 dereceydi. Güneş ışığını bütün gün alan oda resmen hamamdan farkı yoktu. Havalandırma çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyonu aradığımda henüz merkezi sistemde soğutmaya geçmediklerini söylediler. Cam açık olarak bütün gece uyumaya çalıştık ama yol kenarı olduğu için araç sesinden uyumak da mümkün değildi. 1 gece dinlenmek için kaldığımız odada hiç uyumadan ertesi sabah ayrıldık. Ayrıca sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen odaya girer girmez korkunç bi sigara kokusu odaya sinmişti. Banyo çok çok eskiydi. Genel olarak otelin odalarının yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Sadece personel yetiştirerek 5 yıldız kalamazsınız insanlar olanakları da aynı seviyede bekliyorlar. Tekrar kesinlikle kalmam.

Breakfast and spa were good, renovated and clean.

Very old hotel and rooms are worn out, smelly carpet and room is not ventilated. It was spring and we had to turn on the AC and it was not cooling. Just dry fan. The hotel needs serious renovation. The bed sheets were not the best thing.

We went out for breakfast - there a many small restaurants nearby that do very nice breakfasts. The spa facilities were fantastic - hot onsen pool plus different types of saunas. Good location - 10 minutes walk to main shopping mall area, trams and bus stops.

The room(s) temperature was a bit hot (27°C), we were unable to convince the AC to go down. Finally we had to turn the AC off and open the window to keep it at normal level.

very expensive not well maintained very old not renovated decoration is very basic and give you depression the staff are not very welcoming very few speak English very poor coffee setup no machines they said only in the suites there is no shower gel the don't chk to replace but u have to call for that towels were very poor quality and no fresh smell and they don't replace the robe many things are ruined here ,the safe ,the lock , the ac is not controllable, i found some insect on my bed thrir internal swimming pool is very poor

Otel çok güzel bir konumda. Temizlik, personel, yemekler... çok memnun kaldım. Kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi. Oda düzeni tatmin ediciydi. Bursa'da konaklanacak ideal bir yer. Çevresinde güzel restoranlar var. Ulu Cami'ye biraz uzun bir yürüyüş mesafesinde.

Es war einfach alles toll, die Lage, das Früstück , Wellnes und SPA Bereich 10/10 . Wir könben nur weiter empfehlen ! Sehr nettes Personal .

Öncelikle havuzlar küçük , ve tavan çok alçak geldi bana , yada benim boyum uzun, termal havuz gayet sıcak , ışıklandırma yetersiz gibi geldi , birde odalarda bornozları ve havluları asmak için herhangi bir aparat yok , kapı arkası ve banyolarda acilen bu aparatlar gerekli, bunun dışında her şey gayet güzeldi,, teşekkürler ALMİRA ,,,,

السلام عليكم لا استطيع وصف الاقامة في فندق الميرا لقد كانت اكثر من رائعة وصلت صباحا الى الفندق وقد كنت حجزت غرفة بثلاثة اسرة وتم ترقية الغرفة الى غرفة عائلية وهي عبارة عن غرفتين متصلة لقد كانت لفتة راقية من الفندق من قبل موظف الفندق حسب ماذكر اسمه فاتح اقمتي كانت لمدة اسبوع مع الفطور الرائع والمتغير باستمرار. الغرفة رائعة بالهدوء والنظافة والاسترخاء والفطور رائع والفندق هادى ولم نلاحظ اي ازعاج الجميع بقمة الاحترام والذوق والفندق رائع وانصح به لكل المسافرين الى بورصة مدينتي الجميلة. بصراحة لقد كان رائع مقابل المال .

Das Kinder nicht in den Wellness Bereich durfte und der Badezimmer war total kaputt das gehört sich nicht für ein 5 Sterne Hotel das Hotel liegt auf einer viel befahrenen Straße Fenster auf schlafen etwas zu laut

Как мне кажется, это лучший отель в Бурсе. Есть спа, отдельный для женщин, мужчин и детей. Вначале мне казалось, что разделение это минус... но потом поняла как это здорово. Расположен в центре, рядом есть небольшой парк и торговый центр, а так же бесплатный трансфер в горы для желающих покататься на лыжах (увозят утром и вечером забирают, услуга по запросу) Но самый большой плюс это семейный номер (2х комнатный), по очень хорошей цене. Отличный завтрак.

Absolutely wonderful spa and rooms, the staff was always available to help

It felt like a luxury stay. Large clean rooms, attentive staff, delightful spacious spa that catered to family and couples. Breakfast was abundant and tasty catering to traditional and more western tastes. Free valet parking. Short drive to Cable Car station and other dining options a short walk away.

Well located in Bursa opposite shopping mall, ATM and 15 min taxi to cable car. Thermal spa facilities complimentary. Room spacious and comfortable room temperature. Carpeted, luxurious feel bathroom with good layout. Breakfast superb. Massage was excellent (extra charge worth it )

Paper cups in room for tea were a bit of a surprise.

The service room of clean, I don’t like it when they go inside without permission. I came to open the curtain and it immediately fell. When I asked them to fix it, I tried to put it back and it fell the same way again (the furniture is somewhat old).

Staff are very helpful and friendly, Location is good, and breakfast is amazing.

Our welcome was met with a reception that made us feel at home. From the moment we entered we were well catered for with politeness and kindness. The room was absolutely stunning and clean. It was large enough to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast with world class. With a huge variety and tastes to cater for all needs.

Breakfast was great and with excellent variety. The spa was great and really enjoyed it.
