Poolen ser bra ut men var trasig på många ställen. rädd för att skada fötter när men gick på botten

Comfortable beds and good breakfast. We got caught up in the Gulf conflict chaos with cancelled flights. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and did what they could to try to contact our airline. They accommodated us for an extra 2 weeks and I can't praise and thank them highly enough. I would definitely stay here again.

Trevligt hotell med charm och bra läge. Städpersonalen var otroligt trevliga å hjälpsamma.

Personalen i receptionen var inte särskilt trevliga eller välkomnande. Poolen på taket som de marknadsför var inte i drift pga läcka. Fick en el-stöt av duschen i mitt rum, först skickade de upp en ingenjör, men han märkte inget, jag frågade flera ggr är det säkert, å han nickade bara ja. Jag provade igen å fick en stöt till, bad tillslut mitt resesällskap oxå känna å de fick oxå en liten smäll. Gick ner å klaga igen å de såg bara less ut å skulle skicka ingenjören igen. När det väl knacka på dörren så var det receptionisten med ett erbjudande om att byta rum, å det skötte de bra, men är inte säker att de tog problemet i rummet på allvar. Bodde där i ca 1v innan jag märkte det, men när jag väl kände det så gick det inte att undgå. Så var lite nervös även i nya rummet, å resesällskap i annat rum hade inga problem så är inget övergripande problem men ändå allvarligt. Då poolen på taket ej är i drift så finns enbart 9 solstolar vid den andra poolen, vi märkte dock inga problem med att få plats men åker man mer under högsäsong å gillar poolhäng så blir det problematiskt. Även Negativt att de städar inte balkongen om man ej ber om det.

Hotel menší, vybavení starší, ale zachovalé. Všude čisto. Na pláž necelých 10 minut chůze. Město dostupné pěšky, v okolí hotelu je vše potřebné. Personál velmi příjemný a ochotný.

V koupelně nebyla vana, ani zástěna, což při sprchování působilo určité komplikace. Do umyvadla byla přivedena pouze studená voda. Připojení k WIFI bylo nutné často obnovovat, docházelo k samovolnému odpojení.

Emplacement correct et personnel sympa. Rien d'autre de valable. Pour le reste c'est une belle arnaque

Beaucoup de manquements: 1. la piscine principale sur le toit non accessible et depuis longtemps bâtiment délabré (voir 3 photos) 2. Salle de bain, juste un robinet d'eau froide, pas de baignoire comme prévu, écoulement d'eau ne se fait pas, toute la sdb sous eau, deux jours pour une réparation (nettoyage du sterput) 3. Nombreux problèmes avec l'air conditionné : impossible de le régler, eau qui coule de l'appareil, flaque d'eau au sol de +/- 1 mètre de diamètre (intervention 5 jours de suite pour réparer + promesse d'un nouveau jamais arrivé), 4. La chambre ne contenait pas ce qui devait y être, pas de minibar, ni de téléphone (obligation à chaque problème de descendre à la réception, téléphone promis pour le deuxième jour à notre départ (9 nuits !!!) toujours pas là, 5. Douche à plusieurs reprises que de l'eau froide 6. seconde piscine eau stagnante et produit agressif pour les yeux dedans car pas de renouvellement de l'eau 7. déjeuner (repas matin) asiatique ok, continental très faible à part les 4 possibilités des oeufs. Very friendly staff in this hotel helping out with every issue. Our room on the ground floor was huge with the pool just outside. Plenty of decorations everywhere giving Wannara character. Location is close to Hua hin beach and there are also plenty of eateries around. Our favorite was a german restaurant "Treffpunkt" serving german and thai dishes. 100 meter from hotel. Breakfast at hotel was okay.

Having to reconnect too the wi fi every day , Swimming pool had to much chlorine in it my eyes were watery afterwards.

De første De-Luxe værelser de viste os var virkelig slemme og lugtede af mug. Vi var 3 par, der blev tilbudt den samme slags værelser. Vi fik dog alle nogle andre værelser, der var fine nok.

Have stayed here several times, mainly for location. Walk to beach, restaurants, nightlife. No transport needed

Rooms always look tired & need upgrade but sacrifice that for location

The chairs on the veranda were very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. Asked at reception if this could be fixed, but they couldn't. Considered buying chairs myself.

The location was great , but the cleanliness and condition of this very run down hotel was poor

Pour prendre une douche,on doit monter et descendre du bain qui est a trois pieds de haut et lorsque que l’on prend la douche ,l’eau va tout autour du bain et coule partout sur le plancher alors on patauge dans l’eau pour un bon bout de temps. En plus il y a de la construction de chaque côté de l’hôtel ce qui fait que c’est bruyant toute la journée. A la piscine très peu de chaises et les gens mettent leurs serviettes la veille sur les chaises ,il y a seulement deux petits coins ou il y a des chaises .

Chambre spacieuse, personnel de service avenant. Petit déjeuné varié et à volonté. Situation géographique un peu à l'écart mais reste très proche du centre Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Nice pool , decent size room with very nice balcony.

A little old and tired looking . NO SHOWER !! Bath with hand held shower head . No hot water in basin so have to lean over the bath to shave . Bottles of water provided are glass ! Not what you want in the middle of the night . No gym .

Swimming pool is terrible dirty and always in the shade

Comfortable and convient for beach and market have baht bus for 15 baht to shopping center if you don't want to walk. Bar area close by but get no noise from it.

Little bit dated and sometimes see a few very small ants best to keep food weapped or in fridge.

No bar or hotel services, reception seemed a bit bleak.

Great location and super friendly staff. The motel is showing signs of aging but everything functions as it should and the staff are so efficient that any request is taken care of Immediately.

To be honest, apart from things getting a little older, there is nothing I found negative about this motel and I really enjoyed staying there.

The pool the ambiente was amazing

Wery nice location, fairly nice interior and exterior. Good beds, nice pool

They forgot to refill toilet paper, and if you have Children bevare of rust pieces in the waterslide. The pieces where long as nails and sharp. I notified the staff but after a day the pieces where still in the slide. (Could be om the bottom as well) No towels near the pool, which meant that you had to walk to the desk for service, and nobody service you by the pool. So you want something you have to go to the front desk

This was my second time staying at Wannara, and as before, the staff were a delight, always friendly, helpful, and smiling. The shower had fantastic water pressure, the hot water was truly hot, and the air conditioning kept the room comfortable.

The hotel is beginning to show its age. My room’s cleanliness left something to be desired: there was a dead cockroach when I arrived, and it remained there for my entire five-day stay. The bed sheets had a hole, ants were present in the bathroom, and the towel hanger was loose, making it frustrating to hang towels after showering. Breakfast was fine, it offered all the basics you’d expect, but nothing that stood out. While marijuana use is legal in Thailand, I feel it’s inappropriate for a family-oriented hotel to permit it. At times, the balcony area smelled strongly of it, which was unpleasant.

Die Lage ist zentral. Night market und market village gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand auch in der Nähe. Der Preis ist gut.

Das Hotel ist alt und stark sanierungsbedürftig. Zum Duschen mußten wir in eine Badewanne steigen. Alles nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Inventar im Zimmer alt und teilweise defekt.

Pleasant older style hotel with spacious rooms. The female staff are excellent. The male staff don't quite get it. The hot water is a bit of a lottery.

Staff amenities excellent. Extra good value for money establishment
