Reviewed Sep 3, 2026If you have an early Eurostar train then this hotel is 350m from the station. It’s clean, value for money, has kettle and fridge and close enough to walk into the centre of Brussels. Daily housekeeping is also provided.
We had some exceptional service from all the staff , However, there was one guy who was rude and uninterested he was working when we checked in on Sunday at 2pm.

Horrible location, so loud, so dirty, so many people around speaking so loud. No AC, couldn’t sleep, I tried to cancel the next night but not possible since I had the no cancellation room. Elevators are so small that only one or 2 person can fit. It was one of the worse stays I ever experienced. Would never come back here.

Le quartier n' est pas top mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. Chambre très sombre, pas de lumière naturelle.
