Eigentlich alles, nette Personen sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer hat alles was man braucht. Klima Bett Dusche Toilette... Parkplatz ist auch top da eingezäunt und mit verschlossen Tor. Lage ist auch perfekt.

The accomodation Is close to the entrance of the Pompeii site. The room was clean, comfortable and has a really great backyard area with seats. The staff were also very sweet and helpful.

Nothing to do with the accomodation but more an FYI when in Pompei. You have to walk on the road a lot when away from the main road that runs along the side of the Pompei site. This place was great as it is very close to the main road, but I went for a walk on the way home from dinner, ending up in some backstreets and had to walk on the road a lot in traffic, at night which I didn't like. Better to eat dinner in the main areas of Pompei to have an easy journey, or get a taxi hah.

Kleine schöne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Pompeji: In ca 10 Minuten ist man zur Ausgrabungsstätte gelaufen. Sehr nah ist auch der Bahnhof. Man kann im Hinterhof/ Garten mit abgeschlossenem Tor parken - das ist ideal.

I stayed here two nights for discovering the ruins of Pompeii. The room had everything I needed and was very clean. The breakfast was decent. Communication with the owner was very friendly.

Secure on-site parking, we were there for two nights and pleasantly surprised that the rooms were cleaned daily, great location only 900m from Pompeii gates, good restaurant within 250m.

Minor point only, breakfast advertised at 8.00am but only served at 8.30. Also no milk for cereals.

Besonders freundlicher Empfang, toller Gastgeber mit guten Tipps, sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkplätze hinter der Unterkunft mit kleinem Garten. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eingang von Pompeji.

Leider sind die Betten sehr hart.

La disponibilità dell’host è stata superba. La posizione della struttura è ottimale sia per raggiungere gli scavi sia per il centro città. La colazione è risultata buona e super comoda.

Hotel situado cerca de las ruinas de Pompeya y bien comunicado (20-30 min) en tren tanto con Nápoles como con Sorrento (desde donde salen los ferry a Amalfi, Capri y Positano). Perfecto si buscas un punto intermedio lejos del bullicio y los precios de Nápoles para poder moverte. Son amabilísimos, las habitaciones limpias y desayuno incluido. También disponen de zonas comunes en el exterior y parking amplio si vas en coche. En los alrededores hay varios sitios para comer y cenar.

Das Zimmer war sauber, konnte mit der Klimaanlage gekühlt werden und war geräumig. Die Begrüßung war freundlich, es gab Tipps, wo man essen kann. Am Morgen gab es ein noch warmes Cornetto und Kaffee. Dazu aber auch Toast und herzhafte Dinge.

Beim Bett gibt es unter dem Laken ein Plastikschutz, den ich als unangenehm empfand.

Location. Couldn't order food delivery since the front office was closed early, making delivery difficult.

The hotel is about ten minutes' walk from the entrance to Pompeii. You can get there before the crowds. The circumvesuvium railway is about fifteen minutes walk away. The hotel is not in the actual centre of the modern town of Pompeii, but about twenty minutes' walk away, although this would not be relevant to most sightseers. The hotel is only two storeys high and has a very pleasant garden to sit or picnic in. The rooms are clean and spacious. The owner is helpful.

Just about everything. Location is superb, within 10 minutes walk to one of the entrances to Pompeii. Staff is very friendly and helpful, room was modern and quite comfortable. The garden in back special. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful, with fresh, rather than packaged, foods. If you are taking a train and walking to Villa Rocla, get off at the Torre Annunziata station. It's closer.

Fruit for the breakfast. Owners very friendly and guided me in person to the parking facilities in the backyard upon arrival. Lovely garden area with shadow. Very quite. The place is in walking distance to Pompei (took me 10 min.).

We were there in march and in the rooms it was pretty cold.

The owner was very nice, the breakfast was good, the accommodation has a nice garden, the possibility of parking at the accommodation is great. It is within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) from the archaeological site.

A third bed for an adult could have been more comfortable than just a pull-out bed, as it was supposed to be a triple room.

Diese süsse Familie macht es sehr herzlich. Beim Frühstück könnte es noch mehr Auswahl geben. Das Hotel ist denke ich ich etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber man kann sich wohlfühlen. Das ist die Hauptsache.

Amazing place to stay! Walking distance to Pompeii city & archaelogical site. Secure parking in their gated backyard and really good breakfast. Super friendly staff, wonderful garden and clean rooms! They even let me park my car there on the day of check out to visit Pompeii until the afternoon. Would definitely stay there again

Cortesia e disponibilita` dello staff, giardino e parcheggio interno.

L'hotel si trova molto vicino al parco archeologico di Pompei, il che è magnifico per visitare il parco e la zona commerciale della città. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, è necessario coordinarsi con lui per il check-in. La colazione molto buona, servita dal proprietario della struttura, non mancate di provare il croissant, una delizia. Il vulcano Vesuvio può essere osservato dall'hotel, una meraviglia.

Non è stato facile trovare il posto, ma alla fine è stato possibile. Il WiFi è intermittente. È necessario aspettare un bel po' per l'acqua calda, ma lo stesso hotel avverte della necessità di aspettare.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo B&B a Pomei, a pochi passi dagli scavi archeologici. La posizione è ottima e dispone di possibilità di parcheggio straordinario, molto comodo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili, la colazione è buona e varia, e la struttura è pulita e accogliente. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole. Consigliatissimo

Claudia fué encantadora, nos dio todo tipo de recomendaciones e hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda, además nos permitió dejar el choche en el parking para realizar nuestra visita a Pompeya hasta que nos fuimos.

Quizá podría decir que las fotos mejoran un poco cómo se ve la habitación en realidad.

Destacar la buena atención que hemos recibido, además de su buena ubicación y cercanía a ruinas de Pompeya; el servicio de aparcamiento y desayuno.

La ubicación,es prácticamente un polígono. Ideal si vas a visitar pompeya en coche, ya que tiene parking. Del tren parece que está muy cerca pero son 15 minutos andando.

La amabilidad de sus propietarios, nos permitieron dejar nuestro coche en su parking privado mientras visitábamos Pompeya y Herculano. Desayuno muy bueno y bien atendido.

L'approccio di Roberto e Claudia è stato cordiale e disponibile. Apprezzabile la quiete. Ottima la pulizia.

Da rivedere il getto della doccia, l'assortimento della colazione, la serratura della camera che non abbiamo potuto chiudere a chiave e per favore sarebbe opportuno mettere dei topper ai materassi ortopedici troppo rigidi. Inserirei un armadio possibilmente.

Located close to the Pompeii archaeological site. Villa Rocla is a very welcoming, comfortable, well kept and spotlessly clean guest house. The owners and staff were ever helpful made our stay memorable.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, gute Lage, das Frühstück ist klein aber gut. Kostenloser,gesicherter Parkplatz. Mit was wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten war dass das Zimmer täglich gereinigt wird.

Morgens hört man vom Frühstücksraum alles hoch ins Zimmer, das war leider nichts mit ausschlafen. Am zweiten Tag waren wir alleine da war es dann ruhig :)

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, sehr hilfreich und serviceorientiert. Wir konnten gleich morgens einchecken und bekamen sehr hilfreiche Tipps zum Besuch der Ausgrabung und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation ist überragend! Wunderbares Frühstück, insgesamt unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und Ausgrabungen (ca 15 Minuten), in einem Industriegebiet gelegen. Einrichtung einfach und zweckmäßig, ordentlich und sauber. Bequeme Betten, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Alles war wie erwartet und beschrieben. Kann sein, dass sich manche an der Lage im Industriegebiet stören. War für uns kein Thema.

Very cute, close to the ruins of Pompeii and perfect for a quick night in the city after the tour. The little pasta shop around the corner and pizzaria down the road were very convenient. The area is a little run down, but the B&B was clean and the breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable, we would reccomend especially for the price and proximity to the ruins. Thank you for the great evening.

Die Lage ist ideal um Pompeji zu besuchen, man kommt zu Fuß in 10 Minuten hin. Schöne und saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal und Parkplätze im Hof runden alles ab.

Très bell accueil de l'hôte Claudia, généreuse et attentionnée, prend soin de ses clients avec de très bons conseils pour les activités, restaurants à Pompéi et à proximité. Elle sera à votre écoute et bienveillante pour vos demandes et fera tout pour vous satisfaire. J'ai passé un agréable séjour de 5 nuits à la Villa Rocla, la chambre était propre et agréable, avec un balcon qui donne sur un jardin. Possibilité de garer une voiture dans la cour en toute sécurité. Il est situé à 15 mn à pied de la gare circumvesuviana, 30 mn à pied de la gare de Pompéi et 15 mn à pied de l'entrée pour la visite des ruines. Le petit-déjeuner était complet et varié. On peut demander un petit déjeuner à emporter si l'on part tôt pour la journée. Je recommande ce B&B bien situé avec un bon rapport qualité prix pour tous ses services.

Betten waren sehr unbequem, man hat jede einzelne Feder spüren können, es war ein Nichtraucherzimmer jedoch hat es bei Anreise stark nach Rauch gerochen.

We loved the property and our room, but we loved Claudia and her family the most. They were super accommodating, attentive and helpful with everything we needed. The cleaning staff was also friendly, efficient and lovely. The breakfast was great, and it gave us an opportunity to talk to Claudia and other guests, who were also full of amazing suggestions. The attached balcony was great to let fresh air in or to hang out and listen to the sounds of the city. The location is perfect for all the Pompeii activities we did. The place is about 15 minutes on foot from the train station and Pompeii scavi, and 40 minutes on foot from downtown Pompeii (but you can take a bus to downtown too). Non vedo l'ora di tornare!
