Nothing happen new year. No activity, no entrrtainment, no celebration.

Facilities, activies, quality of the food, comfort were all great. Daily activites for the kids were great. The heated pool is a huge plus.

Food prices were very overpriced for the ala cart menu items and the protions were smaller than expected for the price. Bad value on the food

Family oriented, nice and clean hotel! Good swimming pools and close to the beach, even though you are not allowed to swim! But you can enjoy good view, walk and observe the sunrise and etc. My kids enjoyed very much!

Undeniably, the facilities were amazing. Built with a large pool and water park, it was able to fit the requirements of all age groups. The rooms were really clean and spacious and were really well designed to ensure comfort even for little ones, such as preparing stools for young children to use the washroom. The room had a great view as well, facing the sea directly and the rest of the resort on the right. Breakfast and lounge consisted of a large variety as well, from local delicacies to western snacks, and friendly chefs aka Chef Yeung, who was really friendly during our stay. The resort was really large and had a great landscape, and of course, packed with activities for people of all ages. The resort also had a large variety of fun activities for guests, such as , games, archery, shooting, go karts, live bands and performances etc., which were well facilitated by the staff. The staff from the hotel were also really friendly and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant.

The hotel performance was kind of repetitive, which made it redundant for guests who were staying for a few nights straight.

Мы жили на вилле, вилла очень комфортная, удобная, ремонт свежий, продумана каждая мелочь, есть все необходимое. Фото полностью соответствуют реальности. При заселении нас там ожидали фрукты, пирожные, орешки и вино. Для кого важно, на вилле есть кухня со всей необходимой посудой, мультиваркой, микроволновкой и т.д. Бассейн прохладный, джакузи горячее - просто идеальный формат) Каждый вечер подготавливают все кровати ко сну, приносят угощение. Территория отеля прекрасна! Пальмы, цветы, кустики, травка - все ухоженное, красивое, глаза постоянно любуются. Персонал весь улыбчивый, во всем стараются помочь, многие разговаривают на английском, кто не разговаривает, с теми легко общаться через переводчик. Персоналу отдельное спасибо за такое отношение! За нами была закреплена Sunny, она старалась быть максимально полезной, готова была помочь с любыми вопросами, очень приятная и дружелюбная🙏 Детских развлечений огромное множество, много различных зон, детям точно будет, чем заняться. Есть горки в бассейне. Бассейнов на территории много, почти все пустые, лежаки свободные. Повсюду стоят антикомариные лампы, за все проживание комаров ни разу не видели. Каждый вечер есть ужин на песке, там же проходит файер-шоу, живая музыка и представления для детей. Еда в отеле вкусная, на завтраках есть все необходимое. У кого включены услуги Horizont club, включен дневной перекус и вечерний ужин (написано «счастливый час», но по факту это полноценный ужин). Если для Вас очень важно купание в море, то отель, конечно, не подойдет, в этой бухте купаться нельзя, очень сильные волны всегда. Но для глаз море прекрасно. Хотя бы на несколько дней, но очень рекомендую сюда приехать!

与头些年比起来，现在更新后的晚餐自助餐种类少了很多，虾变小了好多，感觉晚餐自助性价比不太好。

The amenities were overused and needs renovation, the bathroom wc washing didn’t function well and was not fixed after mentioningand the jacuzzi in the villa was not functioning well

Sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel. Frühstück ist einmalig - so vielfältig haben wir noch nirgends gefrühstückt, obwohl wir viele Tophotels auf der ganzen Welt kennen!

Der Strand ist leider praktisch unbrauchbar - schade, wenn man auf der anderen Seite die Yalong-Bucht und deren weissen Traumstrand kennt....

We like the pool and the beach! Staff are friendly and helpful. Some reserved activities are fun for kids.

Room is outdated and floor is a little dirty. There are no fans in the bathroom… There are too many activities with extra charges, which are very unreasonable.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found the experience disappointing. The room was clean and comfortable, but communication was a major issue, as there were no English-speaking staff members available, making it difficult to get assistance or information. The overall process and organization at the hotel were lacking, which added to the frustration. Although the pool was clean and inviting, the food was below average and did not meet expectations. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers who rely on English or value good service and quality food.

I didn't like the stuff because it felt cluttered and overwhelming, making it hard to focus or relax. As for the food, I found it lacked flavor and didn't meet my expectations in terms of taste or presentation.

The kids activities were great, so was the kids swimming pool

The room was very disappointed, it was noisy and the shower room had disgusting smell and with mold. We had to complain after the first night as it was not Shangri-la standard and unbearable, they did offer us a free upgrade to make things right. The check-in process was lengthy and not efficient, and they do not speak proper English. Would recommend anyone to book a slightly better room and asked for a higher level room as the hotel is packed with tourists groups.

They are /staff and service people/ don’t speak English so we extra charged some service . And room service included drinks wouldn’t refills

The staff at the hotel were nice and friendly, however, the hotel is old, all the supplies like towers, rooms, and in door supplies are supper old. The towers turn yellow but the hotel seems like they don’t have money to update. The room was terrible and smells bad.

Make up room is efficient and timely

Food is lousy and not up to standard. Breakfast is horrible with below par taste with low quality ingredients. Worst pastry we ever had in our life and not equate to the Shangrila brand. Toiletries quality is also sub par

The room is super clean and the staff super friendly.

All dine in choices are not cheap and you are not able to find more “local” options nearby. If the plan is to stay in the hotel and relaxed, it’s super good. But if you want to explore a bit about the island or the neighbourhood, the location isn’t convenient.

The environment and brand of Shangri-la.

The facilities are really old and tiles in the pool are coming off already even informing the life guard that couldn't be bothered. The buffet that charges super expensive but the food quality is really bad. There is a S.E.A restaurant that supposedly sells South Asia food but the chef believes it to be from China the taste is really bad and still charging super expensive. I believe the management is no longer the good team from Shangri-la. Greatly disappointed.

- pool temperature was perfect - breakfast as well - great choice of games and spaces for kids. - room quality was great (sea view) - pellows are very comfortable

- at reception, very limited of people speak english - beach is not really made to swim as waves are too strong. it is rather made for kids to play in sand, but still we had great fun and wonderful remember there

We had a great stay at the resort. nice location close to the night market. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

buffet breakfast was below average. I was surprised that the bacon on 9 Feb was made from flour, which wasn’t good. Expensive flour 😳

- warmed swimming pool (in december), making it great especially for kids, whereas most of other hotel ones were colder. - great choice for breakfast - great staff. all not speqking english, but sevwrql still even Andre, one of staffx helped to prepare tue room with 200 roses as a surprise for my wife. perfect preparation i must say !! andre also spoke french making it even more comveniemt to prepared the surprise. - snacks at swimming pool were alao quite nice - shangri la alao organized a family picture session, making the experience even more enjoyable for my wife, to keep a great souvenir

Water park and other activities fun for family

I booked a Horizon club room which should have provided me with some executive experience. The room and the facilities are lovely, good quality toiletries. However, the horizon lounge was an utter disappointment. It was very crowded and people struggled to find space to eat. During breakfast time it was also very busy, the food was not replenished in time. Coffee machines are not easy to use, you had to to wait for a maneuver of staff which took a while. This hotel is great for families with young kids because of the well equipped indoor playground and the pool. However, it was hardly executive…

【旅拍服务】香格里拉的旅拍服务，拍摄的师傅比较一般，可能看我们没有买的意愿，拍摄不太有耐心。不如自己订旅拍。五星级酒店，建议选择合作商也选择服务意识强的，比较也代表着酒店。 【儿童活动】烘培活动名额有限，不抢没位置。儿童夏令营580一位，感觉活动比较单一，还需要改进。儿童乐园不错，空间大。 【儿童泳池】非常好，大滑梯很好玩。 【餐饮】早餐很丰富！ 总体来说，值得入住体验。

Very nice stay with family good for children

Spacious and well maintained. Beach is good for nice walk but waves are too strong for swimming. Complimentary breakfast was average, we expected something more. Many families with children so its probably a great resort to recommend, but if you prefer a little more quiet place, this may not be the first place I would suggest. Its a great resort though, we enjoyed our stay!

We visit in Christmas holidays and have a great time. The bed is huge and also an extendable sofa. It is very nice for family with 2kids. All of us can sleep spaciously.

Super children friendly. They have activties catered for small and big kids. Had a small farm with rabbits, hamsters, peacocks. Had a small and big playroom ! Game zone with archades. Pool area with slides and fun shooting games. Restaurant food is quite expensive though. Quality is avearge. Anywhere , love this hotels if u have kids!

Amazing hotel and facilities. The staff were courteous and efficient. Beautiful beach and pool areas. The local area only has other resorts within 15 mins and no communal area to go to, otherwise a 9/10 hotel and thoroughly recommend

Great location, nice hotel, great staff, great entertainment, restaurants so so.

Incompetent staff, very poorly trained, from the person pouring coke and spilling it over my phone to restaurants not getting the order right several times - extremely disappointing compared to other Shangri-La properties.

This hotel is really good for family with kids. They have so many details that specifically design for little ones: kids’ Sandle, robe, toothbrush, water park, train in the garden, arts and crafts, indoor playground, children’s dining area...the room is so spacious and clean. Bed and beddings are very comfy. Our Complaints are check-in and room services were quite slow. It took at lease 20 mins for them to send stuff to our room.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. room was very nice. views limited to kids pool, but the resort was full when we booked, so we couldn't change. A bit pricey compared to the Marriott, but it depends what you want in a resort / hotel. This venue surely offered a nice beach and sunshine area, open spacious grounds. Breakfast was standard with some good selections for westerners on the buffet. we liked this resort because of location to beach and the rooms. Very nice.

Very enjoyable stay, only problem was children's pool in poor condition in stark contrast to the rest of this lovely hotel.

This was our first experience staying at a Shangri-La property. We enjoyed ourselves emensly. The only complaint is the kids pool. It really needs some work. The paint on the ground is peeling off throughout the pool. Luckily my little one isn’t running yet. I feel there can be a serious injury from this, and that the property should try to fix this area before an injury occurs to a child. For the reputation that this hotel has I was displeased with the lack of attention that this kids area needs.
