Very comfortable

A bit too far away to walk from restaurants and shops

Compared with 2024-2025 breakfast now offers less choice, although remains very good. Sadly, it used to be not just good, but absolutely fantastic last years. Hope it'll get back to where it was then.

In generally well organised hotel, nice breakfast and supportive staff. We liked full size of Gym.

Location little bit outside of shopping or centre, but we travelled for business so no issue for us.

Everything was great overall. I especially liked the food variety for breakfast and that there were many different types of dumplings. Also I liked the coffee there.

No real disadvantages, but if you don’t like warmer rooms, it’s worth requesting a room on the north side. The ventilation felt more like a fan than a full air conditioner. By the way, on the north side was perfect.

location is very close to where I wanted to be every day. Staff is very welcoming.

I can smell mold inside of the hotel hallway and room, which made me cough sometimes. The hotel’s central air condition system does not work well. The room temperature cannot be lower than 76 F (24 C), making the stay not very comfortable.

Room sizes incredible. Good breakfast. Nice shopping area nearby. Nice gym.

Nothing.

Clerks are very friendly. Our rooms got upgraded. Clean rooms and quiet too. We really like it.

Limpio y nuevo

Nada

Incredible interior and great breakfast.

All perfect

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The cleanliness level is on super high level, variety of food is great and the staff was magnificent. Kristy and Cecina from the front desk were amazing and really helpful.

There was nothing I can say I didn’t like in this hotel.

Very clear. Breakfast...super.

Swimming pool and gym were fantasic. Room was made out of heaven. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen - they even had cheese from my country! (Greece). And the best of all - the price of stay was beyond amazing.

Camera mare, vedere frumoasa.

Nu au existat motive.

Very nice hotel with good facilities, nice breakfast and friendly staff

The hotel is a bit detached from the centre of the city and from points of interest. A taxi ride is necessary to go anywhere, which is not a big issue since taxis are plentiful and cheap

The Staff are very Kindly but they speak less English. There are three restaurant: China style (a wonderful restaurant ala carte) + a Pub + a Buffet restaurant with a lot of dishes. The position in the city is comfortable. The size of the room and the bathroom it was very good. The Taxi was very cheap with DiDi App

The facilities was good. Laundry services was very express but a lot expensive. Handling payments has become critical. Not everyone accepts VISA and you have to pay with Cash or via WeChat app which is complicated to top up for foreigners (you have to have a Chinese contact who sends you the money and give him the cash).

Restrooms need renovation. Overall it's bit old style hotel.

Oda temiz, yatak rahattı. Odada çalışma ortamı vardı. Personeli dil bilmese de saygılı ve temizdi. Yemekleri güzel ve her tarza hitap edebilecek çeşitliliğe sahipti.

Personelin İngilizce seviyesi kötüydü, hatta yoktu. Gerçi bunu personele yüklemek haksızlık olur, çünkü Çin'de halkın Çince'den başka bir dilin varlığına inandıklarını düşünmüyorum. Bütün dünya Çince konuşuyor sanıyorlar bence. Havaalanında bile derdinizi Çince dışında bir dille anlatabilmeniz mucize. Anlatabilirseniz yardımcı oluyorlar orası ayrı konu. Otelin konumu kötü, ön taraftan yol&arabal sesi, arka taraftan tren sesi eksik olmuyor, uyutmuyor. Özellikle banyo&tuvalet kısımlarının biraz tadilata ihtiyacı var.

spacieux. piscine

Facilities but more importantly the services and stuff
