Thitd time that I have stayed at the hotel. By far the best hoteĺ I have stayed om mÿ China visits.

The location was close to everything i wanted to see and had great valet service. The breakfast catered to international travelers and there was pleantly of room for large groups of people. The breakfast staff was very attentive. The room was spacious and had a bathtub which was great for soaking in after a long day of sightseeing, also the shower was in a seperate location.

I have stayed here before and was very impressed. This time was almost as good. The room I had showed more wear and tear likely because I booked late and the hotel only had a few rooms left at the standard level. The staff were excellent and catered to my every need. I will stay again.

Second stay in the hotel. Satisfied. with all services used. Your can offer a centralized laundry and or laundry services for guest to complete their washing at a more reasonable pricing.

The location of the Intercontinental Hefei is very central, nerby the lake. It's a luxuty Hotel but the style betrays its age with a marked 80ies air, and cold tones and lights. Reception Staff is very friendly and room confortable, although a little dated.

I was very impressed with the staff and facilities. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Any small issues that did arise were handled immediately. The food whether in the restaurant, buffet, or room service were all very good. I will be back to stay at your hotel again.

Well located next to the Swan Lake, and the room is spacious, nice and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our overnight stay at the intercontinental hotel in Hefei.

Stayed with family back in Dec. room was ok but breakfast is terrible. No many option and lots of empty plate closed to 9:30. Rather staying at Grand Hyatt. 12月和家人住在一起，房间还可以，但早餐很糟糕。没有太多的选择，很多空盘子在9点半关门前。自助餐也不是很好。宁愿住在君悦.

Check in was efficient and staff is so friendly. Room is spacious and clean. I love the bathroom, especially the bathtub. Food variety at breakfast is great, lots of guests there but the traffic is managed and acceptable.

The breakfast here is brilliant. The service staff is very patient and enthusiastic. Wish to visit again with friends and try more kinds of food. 这次和几个朋友一起来合肥洲际酒店。这里的早餐很干净，很丰盛，品种多样。主管沈女士热情地介绍了特色菜品。期待下次和朋友再来品尝。

We ended up taking a family trip here because this Intercontinental was the only one who would answer my email about using our points. A big thanks to Apple Wang for providing us with absolutely amazing service and great communication. She is the best! The room, pool area, breakfast buffet, and Japanese restaurant were all lovely. I really liked the Chinese breakfast stations and whoever decided to put a sound proof kids play land in the buffet area is a genius. Great club level drinks and food as well. Way better than other intercontinentals I’ve been too. Our baby even got a little bear and bath items. We had a super relaxing stay and everything was perfect. Great getaway from Shanghai. There is also a huge mall and two nice bars nearby. Great drinks at the Mexican place in the mall also. Never get a cocktail in the hotel lobby unless you want the worst drink in all of China (my only complaint). All we did was relax at the hotel, drink, eat, and walk around the area. It seems like an odd place to come for a relaxing family vacation but it was everything we needed and hoped for. Came back to Shanghai totally refreshed. Thanks again to all the amazing staff here!

Very friendly and proactive staffs, kudos to Jack! No doubt it is always the choice of hotel whether is for business or leisure. You can always expect extra ordinary experience from this team of staffs.

It is a pleasant surprise to visit Hefei for the first time at this property. Courtesy call to me before the trip started. I requested a foam pillow in my bed and saw it after I entered the room. The room was clean and had a large round bath tub with beautiful lake view. The executive lounge had great breakfast selection. The staff, especially Olivia and Sophia are very professional and courteous who let me feel the real Intercontinental hospitality. Olivia even took extra step to lend me her personal item which moved me deeply. The property is convenient to go to train station, municipal government, or airport. Ideal for business or leisure.

Staying here for a couple of weeks already I continue to enjoy the hospitality of the place. The hotel is stylish, modern and with a fresh spirit. Especially all the staff on the club lounge like Daisy Y, Sophia, Lvy and others are helpful in many ways to make my stay quite relaxed and comfortable. The proximity to the Swan Lake gives a kind of holiday feeling after long working Hours.

So honored to have a chance staying in InterContinental Hefei. It was my best stay experience ever! The hotel is well-furnished with elegant designs and the room is big with the amazing lake view. In the night time you can also enjoy the light show from the surrounding buildings just in your room! Also I’d to thank the housekeeping team, they made my room so comfortable. Their leader 姚丹丹 even made some drawings and notes to remind me about the weather, show her concerns about my stays in Hefei. I have to say this simple action maybe to others it’s nothing but to a guest who needs to travel 10 months abroad in a year, it does mean a lot to me. The lounge is the most recommended part! The food was tasty and the staffs here were all so sweet and friendly. Camilla, Daisy, Sophia, Lvy and Olivia are all treat me so well. I liked to spend time having conversations with them. Their daily warm welcomes just made my days. No matter I have any queries they can do their best to help me. I highly recommend to everyone if you are looking for a hotel in Hefei. InterContinental is your best choice!

First time to Anhui and the Intercontinental was a nice choice. The sea view from the suite is awesome, I love the bed and the Bose speaker most! The Lounge is nice as well, thanks to the Manager/Camilla, she is friendly and helpful!! It was a fabulous trip at Anhui, highly recommend the Intercontinental Hotel!!

Stayed here for 29days and here are my views of this hotel： 1. Great hospitality. This hotel has a bunch of dedicated staffs. Miss Windy Song(Front Office Manager) who had done more than here jobscope to help me on my local cellphone issue. Many staffs knew my name and there was Jack and and Samuel at the lobby who would chat with me and concern about my day. Camillia and team in lounge had offered great service throughout my stay. Sales manager Seven would dedicatedly attend to my needs if I need anything. Thank you all! 2.) Poor Wifi and network : I need to connect to my company’s VPN to work, but the network speed is so poor that VPN is unable to connect. I had complained for 3 times; everytime they turn up the speed to 28Mbps and all is good but after 2 days it would drop back to 14 Mbps again and problems come back. Even feed back to Director of Sales & Marketing Ms Cathleen Wang, my room Wifi speed would drop back to 14Mbps after 2 days even though she guaranteed they will maintain the speed till I check out. I have no idea why they always want to reduce the speed. Save electricity? I have given up complaining... 3. I stayed in Non-smoking floor. But to me it really makes no sense why they still put smoking bins at the elevator lobby. On a few occasions you have uncultured guests smoking and fill the whole corridor with smoke while you are waiting for the elevators. For goodness sake, please remove those bins so they wont smoke there! On overall, this is a great hotel to stay as it is new with great facilities serviced by dedicated ground staffs. Network is good enough for local websites. But, if you have to connect to foreign network through VPN for work, you may throw your laptop out of the window. IT department have yet to upgrade their facilities to meet your requirement.

Big rooms. Well furnished. Great views. Well worth it.

I stayed here for four nights during a business-trip. The room was really great: good bed, lots of space, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom had a separate toilet, shower and bath. Both the room and bathroom had a great view over the surrounding area and the Swan lake. Also the room was very quiet at night. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. I also made use of the gym and the swimming-pool. Both were great.

Being a spire elite member I’ve become accustomed to a certain level of service. Upon arrival there was absolutely no one staffing the entrance. One staff member to work the entire entrance on a sold out hotel (I was told it was sold out as I could not get a room change) seems like poor planning. The club level rooms were beautifully decorated as was the club lounge. However, all the staff could be seen standing around at the entrance of the lounge. None of them were walking around providing drink refills or taking food orders during breakfast. Food was not refilled and at times cold. For an IHG top tier hotel which commands top prices this hotel fell short for me.

The hotel is new and clean, room is fantastic and neat. Hotel service is great, as all the service personal are very friendly and polite, As they always Ensure your stay is a pleasant one. The morning breakfast is good. Every morning, wake up early to ensure I did not miss the food. Hotel internet is great too, as I need to work on my report daily. Overall experience is a pleasant one.

Beautiful hotel with really terrific food. Rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Restaurant food was great. The service was very friendly and effective. Near the hotel are several malls which offer alternate dining locations. Overall, this is a really great hotel.

It was a nice visit. The Chef made very good food and the hostess are very kind too.

Overnight stay. Didn’t get to use the gym or other facilities. Very comfortable room and bed. Modern hotel both bedsides have multiple USB chargers. Bathroom is very large and spacious. Breakfast is huge with massive Chinese buffet. There is an egg station in addition to multiple other stations like noodles and French toast. Negs: Hotel WiFi was slow. Didn’t get any Ambassador membership benefits.

It’s fantastic hotel, the room it’s really very nice, clean and comfortable, the staff are very polite, and the service was excellent. In walking distance, few big shopping mall with many restaurants. However, the breakfast more like 3 star Chinese hotel, hope that will improve, because I really loved this hotel and definitely I will stye again.

Very polite staff, well trained and make sure that you feel at home when you first step in. Room is spacious and nice design. Loved the bathtub facing the city view and curtain is drawn up. Chinese restaurants and Asia restaurants both served delicious food at reasonable price range. Breakfast is a bit let down cos there is limited selection for western breakfast offering. Overall a nice new hotel that allow business traveller like to have more choices.
