Notre chambre donnait coté cour et le bruit était infernal. Un moteur qui ronronnait sans dooute les clim qui nous a empêché de dormir les 4 nuits que nous avons passé dans cet hotel.

Within the walking distance to a lot of food, shopping, grocery stores, the main train station, and the bus stations. The staff are also very helpful with my luggage.

地點非常好，坐公車或去火車站都很方便。進出要靠房卡，安全性很好。房間很大，床鋪也很舒適。旅館人員的服務態度很好。浴室空間也不小，淋浴的水量充足。

我的房間(二樓)在全家便利商店的正上方，會聽到進出播放的音樂聲，如果怕吵的人，最好先問旅館能不能安排比較安靜的房間

I had the best experience at the Rich & Free hotel. The staff were amazing, the room was spotless clean, and the bed was super comfortable. As a bonus, they also offer free coffee, drinks and snacks 24/7. In addition, the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Taipei Main Station, which is very convenient.

Lots to like! Excellent location close to central station. Staff were always available - a 24/7 desk (a big reason I chose this place) Excellent free coffee for my mornings 🤤 very grateful for this. Very comfy bed and overall set up, and excellent daily cleaning.

One thing (and the only thing) that was actually a big issue for me - the AC. I recognise that I'm more sensitive than most people where AC is concerned, but I simply couldn't get off to sleep easily for any of the 4 nights I spent here. I moved the bed and changed the position of the blades but still felt like there was a strong wind on me while I was trying to sleep. To be fair, I did not feel like this when I woke up in the morning - for me, this only affected me whilst trying to fall asleep and didn't impact my staying asleep. I hope this info helps someone, as it's so hard to find the right hotel for you. Overall a very good and successful place which deserves its high score.

This was our first stop in Taiwan and the R&F was absolutely perfect for us! A nice-sized room, great bathroom, super staff and little extras like snacks and coffee. Superb location close to the main station but peaceful and quiet inside. And the staff went the extra mile when I forgot a seat cushion I was carrying in the room. Many thanks!

We had a minor water leak from the shower wetting the carpet close to my bed and a small electrical issue the first night in room 902, but the staff made apologies and it didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all. We’d happily return again!

第二次入住 餐飲區有免費餅乾飲料及咖啡可以享用。 窗外風景很不錯，有個日據時代的醫院改成補習班，好特別！ 地點方便，就在北車後面沒多遠，雖沒有早餐的服務，但附近購買食物相當方便。附近還有2間素食早餐店，走路只要3-5分鐘，素食者有福了！早餐素食水煎包專賣，1個18元，口味超級多，還有素食煎餃一個7元！ 一樓隔壁是一間全家便利商店，臨時要吃消夜點心都超方便的！ 228公園就在附近，還有個博物館，三民書局很好逛！

沒有不喜歡的點，cp值可，不算便宜但也不貴！4人不含早餐6000上下！ 房間雙床型，其中一床冷氣口直吹頭，所以我們反著睡！

位置非常好，二樓休息室應有盡有，小哥哥超級貼心，聽到我咳嗽給我藥局藥物的建議。

格局和空間比上次好一些。

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso, wie es im Internet wirbt. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und in der Nähe gibt es zwei Convenience Stores.

Das Treppenhaus ist leider nicht nochmal durch eine Tür getrennt, sodass man leider hört, wenn Kinder nachts im Treppenhaus spielen.

Close to train station, convenient with massages and restaurants nearby. Very clean, excellent shower! They provide bottled water every day and free juice, coffee and snacks at the reception. Most front desk staff members are very nice and helpful.

The room is a bit on the small side for 4 people. The room has a small window, no views at all.

Very secure, as soon as you enter you are greeted at the 2nd floor and they are very easy to work with. Foreign friendly and LGBTQ Friendly! Place was nice and very comfortable, everything is nearby and very convenient. I would come back and stay again.

打掃燈應該要在外面的卻在房內。 電視沒有正對床有點可惜。 冰箱沒有冷凍。

I like the facility.

We have 2 adults and two kids 14 and 12 of ages for 1 queen size and a single size bed. Feel a bit small compared to the picture.

Very near to both Taipei main station and Ximen station. Walking distance to Ximenting. Family Mart just below the hotel. A lot ot eatery nearby.

If there one additional mirror on the door way would be perfect.

日本の連休時で予約が出遅れたのか、お値段は高かった。

Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbanhofs.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer. Die Lärmbelastung durch die Strasse ist gross, auch andere Gäste hört man durch die Wand. Im Badezimmer war zudem eine Schabe unterwegs.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The room is not big but clean and cosy. It’s just 5 mins walk to the main station. The staff are very friendly.

Hotel was located within walking distance to Taipei Main Station and Ximending. Family mart next door and 7-11 opposite. Staff were friendly. Free coffee tea and biscuits at Level 2. We booked a room for 3pax and stayed from 8 to 16 April 2026. Very basic room. A bit worn out but for the price, we are not complaining.

It would be perfect if they have inhouse laundry facilities within the hotel property. We went to a nearby laundromat located about 5mins walk away which wasn't too bad after all. Bed & pillow were too soft for my personal preference. Bath towels were old. After a shower the water will flow all the way to the toilet bowl area and whole toilet will be very wet.

Friendly staff, very good location, amenities, clean and comfortable for a short stay.

Great customer service. The room was small, but had everything needed for a short stay. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the MRT station which was our mode of transportation. The location was safe and ideal. The safe in the room spoilt on our last day and the hotel staff immediately helped replace to a brand new safe although we were leaving the next day. Housekeeping was done daily when requested and we had a nice waiting area at the reception on the 2nd floor.

Nothing. Everything was good. Except for the toilet maybe, because it's frosted glass so be informed if you need privacy.

Bardzo dobry hotel za przyzwoitą cenę, w dobrej lokalizacji niedaleko dworca kolejowego Taipei Main Station. Tuż obok sklep FMart. Pokoje przyjemne, skromnie urządzone, ale czułem się w swoim dobrze. Łóżko było wygodne, a łazienka wystarczająco duża. Na specjalną pochwałę zasługuje obsługa hotelu, bardzo przyjazna i zawsze chętna by pomóc.
