22時にチムサーチョイに到着して1泊だったのでここを選択しました。 快適なシャワーを我慢して寝るだけなら安くてオススメです。 悪い点は、入口が分からずらく建物内部の中庭はスラム街のようでした。 部屋は建物の一室を改装して作られてます。 エアコンは効きましたが音が気になります。 シャワーは便器にかかります。 お湯が出ませんでした。 良い点は、スタッフが感じよかった、ウォーターサーバーがあった、部屋は綺麗だった、駅近だった。

よく利用するゲストハウスです。駅近バス停近、かれこれ25年前から利用していめす。

A localização é excelente!!! Muito próximo do metrô, restaurantes, shoppings etc. Não há recepção no local... aliás, o hotel fica num prédio que também é comercial! É bem feio e sujo! O quarto é minúsculo e não possui janela... o chuveiro não ficava quente por muito tempo! Os lençóis e toalhas estavam manchados e o quarto estava um pouco sujo!

深夜着で住所フロアに設置されている電話で呼び出ししました。部屋への移動は同性の女性だったので安心。 部屋は狭いですが立地が良く深夜は入口に警備員がいるので今後利用も有りだと思いました。

미라도 맨션 자체가 오래돼서 정말 장기 털릴거 같은 느낌이었는데 막상 들어가니 에어컨 빵빵하고 와이파이 되고 물도 주고 욕실까지 있고 2일에 한번씩 침구 정리 해주는데 아 정말 기대 이상이었습니다. 게다가 침사추이 한가운데라 정말 좋았어요

Location is really amazing close to everything The metro is one minute The bus to the airport is one minute The room is too small , building is old , Dont speak with strangers Check in at Floor 3 , A9 I will recommend this guests house to my friends who travel on budget

There is extremely small until no place for even a small luggage. The room is smelly and with cockroaches, we force to get them change another room but still smelly. There is not secure as this building staying with many Bangladesh ; on the way to our room, there is stinky and dirty. The reception was closed all the time, difficult to find them and they are very rude.

You get what you paid for. This hotel is inside a very big building. On your way to your hotel you'll see all the trash containers for this building. You won't even know that there are lots of guest house too in this building. It's so scary to use the stairs because the edge of it are breaking apart and It's also stinky. There are elevators but it takes time to get to you. You could also smell the restroom in the corridor. The room was so small. The door in the bathroom fall apart. You can also see the lower part of the toilet bowl in your bedroom which is so disgusting. When you take a shower all of the water spills outside the door. There's no lock to your room. The only good thing is they know how to speak English and they will clean your room everyday.

部屋によりますが今回の部屋はトイレが流れませんでした。 以前別の部屋の時は大丈夫だったので、運がよければまともな所もあると思います。 また、エアコンがものすごい振動をしていてうるさかったです。動画などの音が聞こえないくらい

掃除は気まぐれで来ます。ゴキブリも出ます。そんなに不便はありません。安いので仕方ないでしょう。そんな感じです。

Hotel location

If you need an inexpensive place to stay in the Hong Kong area, I can recommend this hotel. It is in Mirama Mansions with a collection of other hotels. The room is very basic but the bed and shower were fine. The wifi worked ok and was reliable.

Good location , near where we like to shop. Small but everything we needed, comfortable, clean, aircon . No complains

重慶マンションのとなりの建物だったので、エレベーター待ちも少なく、部屋も思いのほかきれいで良かったです。 ただ、香港に素泊まりで良いなら、私的にはここで十分すぎるほどでしたが、日本語しかできない人にはあまりお勧めできません。

一般住民も住んでいる古いマンションの一部をホテルにして利用。部屋５畳くらいのスペースにベッド２台トイレがあるのみ。トイレのスペースにシャワーがついている。テレビはついているが冷蔵庫なし。初めてアジアに行くような方にはお勧めできない。バックパッカー経験のある人であれば十分満足できる宿。香港はこのようなホテルばかりなので、ちゃんとしたホテルに週末泊まるには最低12000円くらいの予算は必要。

4박의 일정으로 릴리가든 게스트하우스에서 숙박을 했습니다. 홍콩의 물가도 비쌌고 잠만 잘 목적으로 하였기에 저렴한 금액이었습니다. 미라도맨션 내에 있고, 같은 건물에 제니베이커리도 있었습니다. 구입은 하지 않았지만~ 마카오페리터미널도 가깝고, 지하철 역도 바로 앞이고, 모든 지리적 요건에서는 좋았습니다. 그런데... 정말 잠만 자야하고, 귀마개가 필수입니다. 방음은 완전 제로이므로... 그리고 창문이 없는 방이여서 환풍도 거의 안되어서 공기가 탁합니다. 그리고 침대시트는 슈퍼싱글은 안바랬었는데, 싱글침대에서도 더 작은 초미니 싱글인 듯 싶었습니다. 화장실은 건장한사내 뿐만 아니라 정말 날씬한 사람들만 이용을 할 수 있는 진짜진짜 작은 앞으로 전진했다가 후진으로 나가야 할만한 크기의 화장실이었습니다. 그리고 침대시트는 갈아주지 않는 듯 했습니다. 그냥 쓰레기통 비워주고, 이불정리로 끝인 것 같았습니다. 정말정말 침사추이 중심이어서 지리적으로는 좋습니다. 잠만 참고 잘~~~ 잘 수 있으신 분들만 예약 하시면 좋을 것 같아요 ^^ 어차피 청킹맨션이나 미라도맨션 내에 있는 게스트하우스는 비슷한 듯 싶습니다.

ホテルの場所が分かりづらいのが難だが体を休めるには十分 バスタオル、ジャンプー、ソープ、歯ブラシ、テレビがあったのはよい

櫃檯在別層樓，check in後會帶你到別層很遠的房間，退房時，因為不想退我們毛巾租金，櫃台門鎖住硬是不開門，結果剛好有人要check in,馬上開門，證明明明裡面有人，看監視器有人check in才開門，非常糟糕

First few days stayed in 2 separate rooms for our family, not so comfort as the room condition quite rundown, on 4th night we transferred to a family room. Quite satisfied of the room.

Conveniently located in TST. Shopping and Restaurants are in the neighbourhood. Bus to the airport is across from the street. I stayed here over night to catch my flight the next morning. I found the location and price was acceptable.

위치는 정말 최고입니다. 홍콩에 유명한 제니쿠키 아시죠 같은 건물에 있습니다. 침사추이 센터에 있죠 하지만 화장실이 좀 작습니다. 좀 많이 작습니다. 객실은 청결합니다. 매일 시트도 갈아주고요. 다만 객실 밖을 나가면 홍콩 특유의 고층건물 지저분함이 있습니다. 물론 이 가격에 그런 불평하면 도둑이긴 하죠. 전 전체적으로 만족했습니다.

價位地點都挺合適。

Hotel has an excellent location in Kowloon if you plan to stay for a day or two. The Airport Express Bus takes you practically right to the front door, that is great. The staff is quite friendly. The rooms are nothing to write home about, it is very small. After all this is Hong Kong, space in Tsim Sha Tsui is scarce. For the money, it is not bad. Will consider staying next time.

香港はどのホテルにいっても狭いのが基本。そして安価な宿を選ぶとどうしても「清潔さ」は失われます。しかし、衛生的に悪いことはありません。「薄汚れた感じ」がするだけ。トイレとシャワーが一体になっているのも、香港らしい。これをして香港のゲストハウスで不快だと表明するのは筋違いでしょう。スタッフも親切で話好き、よい時間が得られました。

홍콩에 밤 늦게 도착이라 잠깐 눈부치고 오전에 관광하다가 오후에 다른 숙소에 체크인하기 위해 머물렀지만 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 환경... 그러나 비행기 출발 지연으로 늦은 시간(새벽3시경)에 도착해서 자고 있는 주인을 전화로 깨웠음에도 친절히 방안내를 해주셨어요.

这个价格这个地点 其实性价比算比较高的啦，但是一个人要是第一次去 尤其是女生肯定会很害怕。。。就是所在的那个楼有点恐怖 乍一看

雑居ビルの一部を利用したホテル。夜遅く行ったら鍵のかかった部屋の前で「ここに電話して」と貼り紙があり、電話で呼ぶとチェックインに係員が来てくれた。携帯電話をお忘れなく。部屋はベッド・トイレとシャワーと冷蔵庫があり寝るだけなら十分、寝るだけなら。チェックアウトは鍵を部屋に置いて出ていけばいいシステム。

Very convenient and close to everything. The maintenance is ok. Room is clean.

部屋は狭いですが、きれいです。wifiは廊下にでないと繋がりませんでした。エレベーターがなかなか来なくて、すこしイラつきます。

由于去之前期望值太低，所以到了之后觉得还好，除了房间真的很小，没有窗户以外，别的什么都有，空调，电视，热水都有。主要是位置好，购物什么的很方便，出门就有地铁，SASA 卓悦就在楼下，宾馆小妹人也蛮好的，简单的英文对话就可以了，老板娘是会中文的，不过一般都不在那。最后一天寄存行李也没收我们钱，如果只是随便住住，要求不高，总体来说还是可以的，如果有窗户的这种房间就完美了。

方便，客房必须用品还算齐全清洁。

場所は繁華街のど真ん中で、夕方、ちょっと休憩できたりと、宿泊代から考えたた十分に満足できました。今回、高1になる息子2人で宿泊したので、いわゆる貧乏旅行を経験させたかったので満足できますたが、普通のファミリー、カップル等では部屋の窓の外は景色でなく、ビルの谷間だったり、においもいかにも香港って感じの匂いが充満していたので、よく分からずに値段だけで選択してしまう人には、ちょっと厳しいかなと思いました。

立地条件は最高ですが　香港のホテル全てに言えることですが　びっくりするくらい狭いのだけ我慢すれば問題ないと思います。 九龍駅まで、タクシーで３２HK$です。

価格が安いので仕方ないが、思ったよりひどい。 窓が無くシャワー、洗面も無理、 日本なら建築法違反の建物で、営業許可されないホテルであろう、 廊下にはフットマットや汚い洗濯物がつるされており、清潔ではない。

The Lily Garden is located in the Mirador Mansion in the city center of HK. Even though the photos about the building itself looked as if they'd be taken from a horror film, the Lily Garden proviided us a nice two night stay in Hong Kong. The service was friendly and the room was also clean and we had nothing to complain. The prices for accommodation in HK are very high in general, so if you book a under 50 dollar room, the quality is the same you get in Mainland china for under 10 dollar. Nertheless, the room was clean, had a working shower with hot water, and had a good wireless internet connection. Good choice who just want to overnight in the hotel and want to get a clean room without high expectations.

This price says it all, you pay for what you get. Accommodation in Hong Kong is generally cramped and expensive. Despite the location being in central Hong Kong. I recommend travellers to spend a little more on accommodation and bargain at the shops a bit harder. There are no supermarkets in this location. Any 4 star should be very comfortable and book very early, peak periods get expensive. Jordon is not a bad area to look, its only 1 MTR ride away from TST.

脏乱差，和它的价格差异太大。

立地を考えるとこの値段は良いのではないかと思います。場所がわかりにくいので、ネイザンロードを歩きながらマンション名を探しながらでないと見つからない。 室内は、改装されててこぎれいでしたが、建物じたいはビビるくらいキレイではない。

地方有點複雜 很吵 床位真的很小 唯一優點就在地鐵旁

we had booked a double room with air conditioning and we were given a room with two twin beds pushed together (with a big gap down the middle between the mattresses) I said that this wasn't what we had paid for and the staff wedged a sheet in the gap. The air conditioning didn't work in the room so we asked for a different room. The room was clean but there was not enough room for the two of us to both be stood at the same time and the bathroom was tiny, the shower was over the sink! The double bed was not big enough for two people to sleep in comfortably. The next day the dirty towels were taken away, but they were never replaced! Throughout our stay builders were knocking on our door wanting to come in and measure things as they were doing something that involved a lot of drilling and crashing about next door. On the day of checkout someone knocked at our door at 9.30am asking us to leave as they wanted to clean the room (checkout wasn't until 12 but we were told we had to leave by 11am at the latest) We went out for breakfast and when we came back to the room the bedding had been stripped and there were still no towels. We came to checkout at 11am and reception was locked and no one was around to take our key which was frustrating.
